This look is inspired by on of my favorite movie series, X-Men. I love how they portrayed Jean Grey in the Dark Phoenix. Plus Sophie Turner is just gorgeous! I had so much fun creating this look! And honestly it didn’t take as much as I thought it would. This look can be created with most things you probably have on hand any way. But here is what I used! I used the color Seriously from the Morphe palette to contour my face and “line” where I wanted my “fire” lines. About 1/2” thick. I gently blended it in to give a singed look.

I then used a thin angled brush and my camo concealer to lighten the center of those brown lines, and then gently set them with my finger. Leaving just enough brown shade on the outer edges. This is where I will place the red color. I used the Bossy color from the Morphe palette on top of the concealer.

Then I made “cracks” using NYX - White Liquid Liner

Once the white dried, I used the color Toucan Play from my REVOLUTION - Forever Flawless Eyeshadow Palette

and blended it in some places near the white line to give a more firey look.

I also used some of the color Canary from the revolution palette in some places to give a bright glow.

Ranking Benefit Mascaras

Benefit has to be my favorite brand for mascaras. I think they have the best formula and I love that they stick to their classics! I’ve been able to try all three this past year and here is how I would rank them! #3: benefit - They’re Real! Lengthening Mascara I think this has a very unique brush and I love how it gives the most natural look! The product doesn’t get clumpy and is very lightweight. By the end of the day though, it does feel a little bit dry. #2: benefit - Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara this is the first mascara that I tried by them and it’s definitely a holy grail! I love the rounded brush and how it coats the lashes. I feel like this is the perfect boost to your natural lashes! The formula is comfortable and lasts all day. #1: benefit - BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara this has easily become my favorite mascara of all time! It’s super lengthening and volumizing and doesn’t clump at all! It adds to your lashes and truly enhances them, giving them the false lash effect! They are always fuller and I love how flexible the wand is!

All about those BROWS! Soooo many options and everyone has their personal favorite. Today I am going to share with you my loves and my less loved brow products! First up! ✨REVOLUTION - Brow Pomade This one I have had for a looooong time. It used to be my go to brow product and here is why. -Creamy application, blends well, definition is super BOLD, and once set it stays put quite well. My only issue with this product is that it is so bold, and it can really cause your brows to get away from you and be super dark. Next! ✨WANDER BEAUTY - Frame Your Face Precise Brow Gel I absolutely LOVE Wander beauty I have yet to try a product of theirs I did not love. This brow gel, although it is clear, gives a natural illusion of filling your brows. It contains good nourishing ingredients. It made my brows so soft and promotes growth!! ✨item - Brow Chow This one is just ok for me. The tapered pencil is creamy but too thick and the small paddle brush is good for blending but not diffusing product. Awesome staying power though. Next! ✨#COMPLEX CULTURE - Full Out Brow gel[products]#[ThreeStars] Now I love me some complexculture beauty products buuuut I’m not sure how I feel about this brow gel. For me its too much and the thick mascara like spoolie grabs a lot of product. Which clumps up and doesn’t disperse well before it sets. ELF Hydrating Camo Concealer

e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer I don’t really wear concealer much, but I’ve had a few breakouts that have been very red and I want to cover up. I got this and was shocked at how good the shade match was! It was literally the first one I picked up! This is easy to blend out but I have to be careful or this makes my dry patches really stand out. Overall it has pretty good coverage and I like this! For someone who doesn’t use concealer much this was a great, inexpensive product.

Inexpensive Blendable Concealer

I’ve been using this concealer for the past month. It’s inexpensive, blendable (don’t know if that’s a word) & gives great coverage. I purchased mine at Target for about $6, plus tax. I wish that stores would carry more of the darker shades because the only shades that tend to stay in store are of course the lighter shades. e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer

I received the Laura Makeup Labs Moods Eyeshadow and Highlighter palette in my last Ipsy Bag and decided to swatch the eyeshadows today. Honestly? I’m pretty disappointed. The colors look pretty and pigmented in the pan, but trying to get them to appear pigmented on my skin is another situation entirely. It took a lot of effort, I mean A LOT of effort to get the shadows to look decent in these swatches. I added several layers. Once they’re on, the colors are very pretty and there’s a fun variety with different shades and mattes and shimmers. It just takes some work to get there. Feel’n some type of way

Laura Makeup Labs - Moods Eyeshadow and Highlighter Palette So super excited to receive this palette in my December Ipsy bag. This palette is an eyeshadow and highlighter palette, it has 8 shadows and 2 highlights, 4 matte 4 shimmer. The colors were pigmented and blended well. I used the red the yellow the purple and blue. Red first and yellow over the red and it just blended nicely could see the yellow over the red with out it being muddy and even with out cutting the crease with something I got a bright purple and blue. And the highlighters are cool too they kinda change color when the light hits it, they went on nice too didn’t have to use too much either. Didn’t notice a lot of fall out as well. Definitely recommend this palette.

New hair cut and new palette!

Went and got my hair cut and curled today. Feeling in a pretty mood so I decided to use my new #Laura Sanchez - MOODS Eyeshadow Palette[products]#[FiveStars] ! I am not wearing any lipstick and not very much blush because I will be wearing a mask today...sooo I skipped it. Plus I have hormonal skin at this time and makeup doesn’t help. But back to today’s simple eyes mainly look! I did use some e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer to hide my darkness. But that’s it. Today I embrace my spots!!! 🤗 I used billion dollar brows - Brow Powder and WANDER BEAUTY - Frame Your Face Precise Brow Gel The colors used on the #Laura Sanchez - MOODS Eyeshadow Palette[products]#[FiveStars] were as follows: Light tan as base color Dark Pink in crease and outer corner Shimmer Pink on inner corner and lid White highlighter under brows and cheeks I love this palette, these shadows are very nice. They are not as bold as they are in the palette but they are quite stunning. And they blend so well! The color is buildable so you can go as delicate or saturated as you like. The highlighters are so great!!! I love the white one it’s like holographic ! 😍 The little brush it comes with it pretty good at blending out the shadows even with not being a very dense brush. MAYBELLINE - Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner for wings. Araceli - Ojos Perfectos Gel Pencil Eyeliner in chocolate on lower water line. benefit - BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara which is my go to when not wearing falsies. MILANI - MILANI Baked Blush just a little, barely noticeable 😂! Since we are visiting the pumpkin patch today and half my face will be covered.... it was just all about the eyes!! Also during hormonal times I try to avoid foundation, contour, and blush because my skin likes to fight back!😳 I am not usually a punk eyeshadow person but I like this looks. It’s soft and shimmery. This is just the first time I have used this palette and I can’t wait to see what other “moods” I can create! 😜

Achieving The “Airbrushed” Look 🤎

Start with making sure your face is prepped and clean and moisturized! I start with Simple - Water Boost Micellar Cleansing Water Then I use The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 make sure your face is damp when applying so it’ll retain the moisture! This is important Then I seal it in with The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane Make sure to wait 30 seconds to let these products seal in. Makeup: For foundation COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation Now before I blend it in I spray my setting spray and let it dry a little before.. this will make it looked airbrushed!!! It’s important trust me. Then I use my REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Complexion Sponge For concealer I use the e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer I use the #Maybelline - Fit Me Loose Powder[products]#[FiveStars] and this stuff is great especially if you’re taking pictures or using a ring light! I use a dark concealer for my contour e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer And the wet n wild - Color Icon Bronzer Square I love this stuff it blends so well!! Then I use MILANI - MILANI Baked Blush in luminoso it’s the best For highlighter I use wet n wild - MegaGlo Highlighting Powder in precious petals this applies so good I use the Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara After I spray my NYX - Matte Finish Makeup Setting Spray and use my beauty blender to make sure everything sets properly! For my lips I use NYX - Suede Matte Lip Liner in Brown And NYX - Butter Gloss in Praline Then layer a coat of NYX - Soft Matte Metallic Lip Cream in Cairo Let me know any suggestions in the comments of your fave products! 🤎

Feelin’ Blue ❄️

...during this winter Hey Cherie Fam 🍒 I played with one of my favorite palettes of all time which is the MORPHE - Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow PaletteI have literally made so many looks with this palette and after all this time I still reach for it often. I wanted to do an icy winter blue look so I played with the jada and pool side. The jada shade, which is the teal shade is soooo pigmented! It wasn’t chalky at all and applied evenly. For this look, I used: •creamsicle and butter with a fluffy brush as a transition shade •hunts on the crease just below the transition shade •I cut my crease with P.Louise eyeshadow base in shade rumour 2 •I applied jada all over the lid then topped it with poolside •I used creamsicle and butter on the lower lash then applied hunts on the outer lower lash. I applied jada close to the lash line •I used NYX retractable liner in white to brighten up the eyes •enlight on the inner corner and brow bone •mascara then falsies. I wear sunscreen every day now and questioned myself why haven’t i been doing this already??? Something not completely related that i learned this year was self-care. Face masks and tea are not enough, i’m talking mental health breaks & reflection on how i can live my best life. This year was definitely one i will never forget, I lost many loved ones this year 💔 but at the end of the day i’m grateful to end the year in good health. 🤍 Here’s to 2020! MORPHE - MORPHE Brow Cream i love this brow cream! egirls wear long, full brows that are very well manicured. COLOURPOP - BFF Liquid Liner this liner is really intense and black🖤 my only complaint it that it picks up my eyeshadow and foundation which is annoying. egirls often wear VERY thick, intense wings! L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Original Mascara this is an affordable, amazing mascara i use everyday EYLURE - ProMagnetic Magnetic Eyeliner & Lash System so i have never worn fake lashes, but i really liked these! they are really great for beginners🖤the magnetic liner really works and thelashes are so pretty! MORPHE - MORPHE Lip Gloss in prose🌸

Lately I’ve been having a lot of fun with makeup and seeing what I can do with what I got. Cow eyeliner look🐄: 1. Take some white eyeliner and draw a regular wing. 2. Then with the white eyeliner draw a line above your crease connecting to the wing. 3.once the white eyeliner is DRY, then make random black splotches\dots mimicking a cow pattern.
