5 Step Routine
5 Step Routine
As our routines get larger they get more complicated, I’ve split up the routine into an AM and PM. I will also continue to do this for the 7 step and 10 step routines. Like I said in my earlier posts, theses steps are the ones I personally do. You don’t have to follow the steps exactly the same way I do but I will explain why I layer everything in that way. 🌞 AM: Step 1: Make sure to wash your face. Now I typically just use water on my face in the mornings, or you can use a face wash. It’s up to your preference. Step 2: Toner; toners are used after a face wash to help get the remaining impurities and hydrate your skin before you layer on the next few steps. I have been searching for a good toner if anyone has any recommendations. Step 3: Serums. Serums are used from here on out, they are packed with nutrients that your skin craves. Depending on skin types you can get one that directly works for your skin. Step 4: Moisturizer. Your last touch of finishing hydration. Typically a light, maybe a gel, type of moisturizer so your skin can breathe throughout the day. Step 5: SPF. It is crucial for everyone to wear some form of Sunscreen. Sunscreen helps prevent fine lines, discoloration, and possible skin cancers. Now some people do combine step 4 and step 5, they will get a moisturizer that already has SPF in it. I personally don’t have one at the moment but there are a lot of good ones out there, it just makes your routine a bit easier and you’ll never forget your SPF since it’s already in your moisturizer. 🌘 PM: Step 1: Face wash. At night you do want to use a good face wash, to wash off all the dirt and grime from the day. Step 2: Toner. Step 3: Serums. Step 4: Different from the AM routine we want to add an eye cream. I like to add mine before my moisturizer because that way it can sink into the skin first before you add another layer. Step 5: Moisturizer. A thicker nourishing cream is best for the night time. Something that will help rejuvenate your skin while you sleep. What’s your favorite step in this routine?? Thanks Loves!! ❤️❤️ All artwork is my own, please ask before turning it around to use for other projects.

Progress pictures!
Progress pictures!
It’s been a journey. As you can see some hyperpigmentation has successfully faded over time but I was breaking out in other areas on my cheek that would reverse my progress. Right now I haven’t broken out in a week or so after realizing hyaluronic acid and vitamin c was sensitizing my skin and breaking me out! Anyone else experienced this? Current routine: AM: Skinfix foaming oil cleanser Beauty strike hydrating toner First aid beauty ultra repair face moisturizer La Roche Posay repair cream Supergooo spf PM: Biossance squalene oil cleanser Skinfix foaming oil cleanser Beauty strike hydrating toner Laneige cica sleeping mask La Roche Posay repair cream Yttp hydrate and glow face oil Exfoliate once a week: beauty strike pumpkin glycolic face mask

HELP!!!
HELP!!!
i need help finding pro us to that work for me! i use to use clean and clear and later learned those are NOT the move. i recently(like a month or so) switched to cerave/cetaphil! but i've also been told cetaphil isn't good for you either. right now my routine is the cetaphil daily cleanser, cerave hydrating facial cleanser, burts bees acne solution toner, and then the cerave daily moisturizer. i use to use a serum but later found out it was causing some irritation(my skin is SUPER sensitive). i only double cleanse at night. i've been using these for about a month straight and don't really notice anything:( i was going to get the cerave foaming cleanser because i heard that was good for acne but do to me being broke and stores closed i cant get it:( i've also heard that the ordinary is good too? if you have any suggestions i would love to heard them! (the pictures up above are what my skin looks like) i

Hi!! I currently have some acn
Hi!! I currently have some acne on my cheeks, which I believe is cystic acne(it seems to show up there a lot in the same place) and I have some acne scars that are causing my skin to have uneven pigmentation. I am 16 and I believe I have combination skin. I would really appreciate it if you are experienced and could give me some good tips and tricks along with products to help me out. 😊😊 Products I currently use: - Cera ve renewing SA Cleanser - neurogena oil free moisturizer for combination skin - Thaters facial toner(witch hazel aloe Vera formula) That’s it.. yes I know it’s not much, I’m hoping to find more products to help my skin:)
