Bad skin days :(

My skin isn’t always like this most of the time it is smooth and glows but due hormones and stress this is the result. And it sucks and it a real knock to self confidence. But I like to remind myself some of these things 1. Your skin doesn’t define you! You are beautiful because of your personality and what you do in everyday life that makes you you ! 2. This is just superficial this will pass and your skin will glow again! 3. People who care don’t matter and people who matter don’t care. Your true friends and family aren’t going to care what’s going on with your skin they care about you and who you are and love you for that. 4. Sometime as much as you love your skin your skin Doesn’t love you back. But keep loving it. Keep moisturising and using SPF. You will see benefits. 5. You are beautiful no matter what ! I struggle self confidence and I struggle with my skin being like this but I don’t let it stop be from being me. You are important and beautiful and strong. So love yourself no matter what. Xx Jaime

Hormonal acne and lil bumps
Hormonal acne and lil bumps
Hi I need help with my skin journey the rest of my face I have no acne anywhere it’s just on my chin or around my mouth area. My skin is combination sometimes very oily other times dry. they are under skin pimples and some don’t have whiteheads and they hurt and leave dark spots when they go. What products do you recommend? I was prescribed tropical treatment ( Epiduo cream) but I finished 2 bottles of it doesn’t help at all.

Textured skin = Comedones...help!
Textured skin = Comedones...help!
I get hormonal acne in the form of comodones all along my chin. My regimen consists of a Dewy·er - Spirulina Face Wash then exfoliate withGEORGETTE KLINGER - Phytic Exfoliating Toner use my APRILSKIN - Real Carrot Blemish Clear Serum or CUROLOGY, and then moisturize with my colleen Rothschild cbd oil. These work great in getting rid of the comodones after they appear, but unhelpful in keeping them at bay. I know this is hormonal Bc they pop up a few days before my monthly, and take the next couple of weeks to disappear. I used to get monthly facials which helps SO much but since COVID.... Does anyone have solutions—internal, diet wise, etc. that have helped w hormonal acne/textured skin? Thanks!

I have all these AMAZING products but the question that I keep finding myself asking, is in what order they go in? Oil, essence spray, moisturizer? Should something with hypotonic acid come first? Third? I’ve got night time oils and vitamin C&E, collagen (that was really pricey), moisturizers, essence... and I want to make sure I’m putting them in the best possible sequence to get the most out of them.
