✨ powder + spray for the perfect base
I love my BB cream, but wearing it alone can start to look oily through the day. Plus, under eye foundation can start to crepe. Here’s the products I use to supplement it for a flawless base~ with a focus on my favorite powder & spray! 🌟 BASE 🌟 I’ve used the PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Super BB All-In-1 Beauty Balm Cream SPF 30for over a year. It’s a great BB that evens your skin tone, and looks natural. It’s also non-comedogenic, and has moisturizers like Shea butter. Only problem is it can look oily if I spend the day with no powder. 🌟 CONCEALER 🌟 I use the Too Faced - Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealerwhich was sadly discontinued. :( But it’s not matte, nor too heavy for the under eyes. I’ve used the L'ORÉAL - True Match Super Blendable Concealer& bareMinerals - BARESKIN Complete Coverage Serum Concealer, which were both comparable. ⭐️ POWDER ⭐️ In LOVE with the Beauty Bakerie - Flour Setting Powder

Makeup of the Day 💕
Hey, just because I’m still under quarantine doesn’t mean I can’t play around with some of my favorite products. Let’s talk about what I have on: For my base, I used the usual bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 which is tried and true. I luckily don’t need much coverage, and this gives me the perfect dewy look without looking caked on. bareMinerals - BARESKIN Complete Coverage Serum Concealer is still my favorite concealer right now. It provides great coverage without drying me out or settling into my fine lines. I skipped brow powder today and just used Milk MAKEUP - KUSH Fiber Brow Gel which I am OBSESSED with. I’m going to do a more in-depth review of this in the near future, but this product reminds me of Benefit’s Gimme Brow. It gives the brows a really nice tint to fill out those sparse spots and really holds everything in place all day long. I have thick, long brow hairs, so it’s perfect for me. If you’re on the fence about it, hop off and get it already! Onto the eyes! Today, I played with one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes, the CLINIQUE - All About Eyeshadow Palette . I absolutely love this neutral palette because it has a great range of colors, and they are easy to blend and build up. I used one of the darker shades as a smoky liner. It also comes with a really nice double-ended shadow brush and mirror, so it’s perfect for travel. I’m still using and loving the Milk MAKEUP - Kush Waterproof Mascara . That length and volume are fantastic. The brush is classic in its design, and the bristles are soft, so it’s very easy to apply and work with, especially in the corners and on the bottom lashes. On the cheeks, we’ve got the trèStiQue - Blush Stick in “Moroccan Rose” and trèStiQue - Highlight & Perfect Multipurpose Stick in “Maldives Luminescent.” The blush is a cream crayon, and I’d call the color a matte coral pink. A little goes a long way, and it’s buildable which is great. I like using my fingers to apply it. The highlight is also a cream crayon, and the color is a champagne tone which works with most skin tones. It’s gorgeous, and it makes it look like you’re glowing from within as opposed to just having glitter on your cheeks. Loving it so far! Finally, I finished this look off with bareMinerals - Moxie Plumping Lip Gloss in the shade “Daredevil” which is a plummy pink tone. It has a bit of a sparkle to it, and it also has that slight plumping peppermint tingle; it’s not overpowering which is just how I like it. Overall, I am digging this look, even if you and my husband are the only ones who are seeing it. Happy almost Thanksgiving! 💕
Feeling ill?? Slap some makeup on!
I apologize for the sparse posts. Mama has been feeling under the weather with some serious health issues. Instead of wallowing in bed all day, I decided to play with my NATASHA DENONA - Eyeshadow Palette 5 in Peak. These colors are to die for, and they have quite a bit of versatility once you start playing around with them. And that blending power? *chef’s kiss* Also, I just started using Milk MAKEUP - Kush Waterproof Mascara . I’ll be the first to tell you that I HATE waterproof mascara because I find it to be too abrasive, but this product gives you incredible volume and actually comes off with my regular cleanser!
It’s the battle against the concealers!
It’s the battle against the concealers. I have four contenders to share with you today. I rounded up my top concealers to share with you what I love and don’t love about them. Below are the top four concealers that I keep in my makeup arsenal. Next to each concealer, I’ll add in which color I personally use. My Skin Type: I have combination skin (dry cheeks & oily T-zone). My skin tone is light with yellow/neutral undertones. 1. Clinique Beyond Perfecting Super Concealer (Very Fair 06) This is a 24-hour concealer that I love to hide my undereye bags with. I love that it’s 100% fragrance-free, and it has more of a liquid consistency compared to other traditional doe-foot applicator concealers. 2. Maybelle Fit Me Concealer (20 Sand) Not only is this the cheapest option on the list - it’s my personal FAVORITE. I can’t say enough good things about this bad boy! It’s full-coverage, non-drying, a perfect shade match, and it’s under $6. I can use it under my eyes, around my nose, and to cover up any pesky pimples that may come up. 3. Too Faced Born This Way Concealer (Light Nude) This is a super full coverage concealer, but I feel like it’s a bit drying on my skin. I think this may be best for someone with more oily skin than I have. I notice I get a little dry under my eyes if I don’t use a heavy-duty moisturizer underneath when I apply this concealer. While it’s a nice formula, and I know this one is loved by SO many, I don’t really see the hype. 4. Tarte Shape Tape Concealer (Light Sand) This is another one of those concealers that people rave about - and this one I totally get! This stuff is wonderful. It glides over my skin and gives excellent coverage. I do wish I had maybe gone one shade darker, though. My current shade works well in winter, but it’s a bit too light for my tanned skin in the summer.
BEST Drugstore Concealer Dupe
I love makeup, but one thing I don’t love is shelling out my hard-earned dollars on overhyped products that don’t deliver what they claim they will. Dupes are cheaper alternatives that perform almost identical to their high-end counterparts. While I haven’t had much luck finding drugstore foundations to replace my high-end faves, concealer is a different story. The Concealer Faceoff: My hidden drugstore gem is the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. I use the shade 20 Sand for reference. This is not only one of my favorite concealers of all time; it’s almost a perfect match (formula-wise) to my Too Faced Born This Way Concealer, which I use in the shade Light Nude. The Too Faced concealer is full-coverage and rings in at $30. It’s excellent for camouflaging pimples and under-eye circles. I know many girls use this particular concealer in a few shades darker than their natural skin tone to contour. The Maybelline concealer, on the other hand, costs anywhere between $5 - $8. Sometimes with drugstore makeup, where you purchase it can affect the price. I found that Target ($5.99) and Walmart ($5.34) were the cheapest options in my area. Ulta sold this particular concealer for $6.49. I love this concealer because it’s lightweight and doesn’t sink into my fine lines. What’s Better? In my opinion, the Fit Me concealer from Maybelline. I notice I gravitate toward this concealer more than any others in my collection, including fan-faves from Nars, Tarte, and Clinique. This is the best drugstore concealer I’ve come across thus far on my makeup journey. I have already been using it for years and even converted my mom into a Fit Me fan! You can see the swatches of these concealers in the photo! The top swatch is the Maybelline concealer, and the bottom is the Too Faced concealer. While the colors may not be a perfect match, the formulas are nearly identical. My Skin Type: I have combination skin (dry cheeks & oily T-zone). My skin tone is light with yellow/neutral undertones.
Feelin’ Blue ❄️
...during this winter Hey Cherie Fam 🍒 I played with one of my favorite palettes of all time which is the MORPHE - Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow PaletteI have literally made so many looks with this palette and after all this time I still reach for it often. I wanted to do an icy winter blue look so I played with the jada and pool side. The jada shade, which is the teal shade is soooo pigmented! It wasn’t chalky at all and applied evenly. For this look, I used: •creamsicle and butter with a fluffy brush as a transition shade •hunts on the crease just below the transition shade •I cut my crease with P.Louise eyeshadow base in shade rumour 2 •I applied jada all over the lid then topped it with poolside •I used creamsicle and butter on the lower lash then applied hunts on the outer lower lash. I applied jada close to the lash line •I used NYX retractable liner in white to brighten up the eyes •enlight on the inner corner and brow bone •mascara then falsies. I used HOL in Temptress Wispy Maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to do a full blown eyeshadow look 💙 Xoxo, Francesca 💋
My Voting Look. Please vote!
Too Faced - Shadow Insurance Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer like glue for your eyes. But a less creepy metaphor. COLOURPOP - Making Mauves Mauve Eyeshadow Palette I was incredibly impressed with both the intensity of color and the lack of fallout. It created a lot of eyeshadow dust but tapping off the excess and the primer kept the eyeshadow firmly in place. I just got this palette and I would have done different color combinations. Eh, that’s how you learn! WANDER BEAUTY - Mile High Club Volume and Length Mascara NEVER LEAVE ME HG. UOMA BEAUTY - Say What?! Foundation in White Pearl T1N. I think I finally found a) my color match and b) my HG foundation. There is no line where my product application stops and I have been wearing this comfortably for four hours. I keep forgetting that I haven’t washed it off yet. Best foundation on the market and at a reasonable price point. tarte - Shape Tape Concealer in 16N. PEACH & LILY - Power Calm Hydrating Gel Cleanser broke me out so so badly that means that right now I need a little extra coverage. Still don’t love shape tape either Beauty Bakerie - Flour Setting Powder HG. Feels so soft and smooth. Lasts a long time. Works quickly and washes off easily. OFRA - #OFRAglow Signature Highlighting PaletteThe colors are gorgeous and smooth. Nicely pigmented and a wide range of colors. I used Blissful which gets four stars because application was somewhat difficult due to how small the amount of product was. Definitely glad I picked this up on sale because it was gorgeous on! ILIA - Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil in Tahiti. I meant to do Violet but grabbed the wrong one. I didn’t realize until I saw the pictures. So the look is a little kooky. This isn’t my favorite look but you only get one shot at a voting look in the 2020 general election! PS Please vote!
Simple Winter Skincare Routine (SENSITIVE SKIN)
Hi everyone! I’m new to the platform but I wanted to share this really simple and affordable winter skin care routine that has really made a different in my skin. I generally have very dry skin that is easily irritated by pretty much everything so I decided to look for products that are minimal but super hydrating products. I have been using these for about a month. Here are my thoughts: Cetaphil - Extra Gentle Daily Scrub This one isn’t pictured but this is amazing for wanting to get a bit of a deeper daily cleanse with a lot of moisture. It feels very smooth, but you can tell it’s exfoliating your skin. My face always feels very silky and fresh after using this. You can find this at pretty much any drugstore. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Steppin' It Up Vitamin C Moisturizing Spa Eye Balm The next step (and my favorite) is this eye balm from Formula 10.0.6! It makes my under eyes feel really smooth and plump all day, and it works beautifully under concealer if you like a glowy look. I will have to wait to see if there any long term difference Great for night time too! Cetaphil - Cetaphil Facial Night Cream The name of this is actually “Rich Hydrating Cream” but it’s wonderful. They originally had it marketed as a night cream but I believe they’ve changed it to a really good option for all day hydrated skin. Anywho, it’s made my skin feel supple for 12+ after using it in the morning. And when I apply it at night, I wake it with very even and much brighter skin. Love it. COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hydrating Setting Spray This is pretty straightforward, but it’s a great spray for a quick burst of extra hydration because of the hyaluronic acid and coconut oil. I carry this with me throughout the day. I have been looking for a sunscreen to complete this routine but I can’t seem to find one at the drugstore or at drugstore pricing. Please feel free to make recommendations! :-)
ulta fall haul
50% off is a good time to try new product you have been wanting to try, well I did just that and loaded up at ulta's recent fall haul event In the look I'm showing in the pics I'm trying colour pops foundation and concealer and also their setting spray I'm using ABH brow whiz for my brows the morphe x jeffree star pallet on my eyes and ardell 3D fauxminx lashes. 1- colour pop foundation- It feels pretty light on my skin I believe it said it is a medium to buildable coverage however I think the coverage is okay definitely not full unless you want a thick cakey feel on your face. The concealer was okay a bit more coverage but not my favorite there is much better out there in my opinion however it is only around $12 so for that price point it's above avrage. 2- jeffree star- this eyeshadow is amazing the formula is great so easy to work with and blend if you can get past the person behind the eyeshow then I would recommend this palette 100% 3- ABH- brow whiz I love the way my brows turned out with this and really can you go wrong with ABH? 4- Ardell 3D faux minx lashes- these lashes were easy to put on they are comfortable they have the invisaband and they look amazing recommend a thousand present and if you follow me you know I'm a lash diva lol!!
✨ picking your BB/CC/tinted moisturizer
Tinted moisturizers (TMs), BB creams, and CC creams are all light coverage alternatives to foundation. But what’s the difference between each, and how do you pick the right one? ⭐️ TM, BB, or CC? ⭐️ TM- What it sounds like. Your standard daily moisturizer, just with a little color. Often light coverage. BB Cream- stands for Beauty or Blemish balm. Combines moisturizer, primer, SPF, and tint. It’s an all-in-one product that’s usually light-medium coverage. CC Cream- stands for Color Correcting. Contains pigments/undertones to correct redness or other discoloration. Coverage varies. Any of these creams can be dewy or matte. They’re usually not full coverage- but in my experience, TMs are usually the lightest coverage and CCs are the thickest. ⭐️ TIPS TO PICK YOURS ⭐️ 🌸 Determine your skin type and concern. Do you want dewy skin, and minimal coverage? Go for Glossier. - Perfecting Skin Tint Medium-full coverage with SPF that looks like natural skin? it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream SPF 50+ An affordable, all in one tint with primer? MAYBELLINE - Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-In-1 Skin Perfector SPF 30 That same thing, but with a matte finish? MAYBELLINE - Dream Matte BB Cream SPF15 Personally, I’ve been using the PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Super BB All-In-1 Beauty Balm Cream SPF 30 for a year. My skin is sensitive, and it gives light coverage while looking like your skin. You can see how it covers my under eye circles and minor blemishes on the 3rd pic. That’s without concealer. It has never broken me out and it lasts all day. It only needs minimal touch ups for shine. It’s a gel that flows out of the bottle without spilling. I love how easy it is to work with and it has moisturizers like Shea Butter and Willow extract for skincare! BONUS: I tried the L'ORÉAL - Studio Secrets Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream I liked it, though its odd- it comes out white and has little pigment bubbles that burst as you blend it into your skin. Texture is liquidy, but the finish on my face was nice and satiny. ⭐️ PICKING THE RIGHT COLOR ⭐️ 🌸 If you can, match within the same brand. Some brands use the same names for their BB cream and foundation lines. This saves a lot of hassle- with Too Faced, for example, I figured out I was usually their “Vanilla” shades. Sadly, TMs, BBs, and CC creams usually have less colors to choose from. But Colourpop, Black Radiance, and Laneige all have wide shade ranges. 🌸 If not, use a foundation matrix Temptalia, Sephora, and Findation all have a way for you to put your current foundation and find its match in other brands! This helps you break it down to not just get the right lightness, but also your undertones. 🌸 Mix & match. Truth is, there’s no perfect match for our skin. But the TMs, BBs, and CC can be mixed with other pigments to get the perfect match.
🌺 drugstore blush for warm-neutral tones ☀️
If you’re wondering whether we have the same skin tone, here’s 3 foundations I’ve more-or-less matched with: L'ORÉAL - True Match Super-Blendable Foundation Makeupin N2/N3 Too Faced - Born This Way Natural Finish Foundationin Vanilla PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Super BB All-In-1 Beauty Balm Cream SPF 30 in Light Aaaaand through trial & error, I’ve learned the best colors for my skin tone are: Peaches Salmon tones Rosy pinks The last of which is the tone of today’s product! L'ORÉAL - Visible Lift Radiance Cheek Duo in Romantic in Rose. Their website says the product is discontinued, but it looks like Walgreens still carries it. And I hope it does, because I really like this product. 🌺 PRODUCT REVIEW 🌺 This is a very pigmented blush and highlighter duo. Both have sparkles in them~ But the blush’s finish is like satin, while the highlighter is somewhere between metallic/ natural. The product is easy to build up for maximum pigment. In my swatches, I just circled my finger on it for a few seconds and THAT was the result. It lasts pretty much all day, though someone with more oily skin may want to blot off excess sheen. It’s definitely not a matte product. Easy to blend, easy to match for any occasion- I keep it in a bag in my car in case I need to stay the night at a friend’s and need a back up makeup kit for the next day. 🌺 HOW I APPLIED IT 🌺 I put the blush on my: Cheeks Undereyes & in the crease Since peach and pink cancel out blue under eye tones, I applied it there. I was partially inspired by Momoko makeup from Japan, where blush tends to go near the eyes! I brought it up to my eyes and crease, where it was pigmented enough to double as eyeshadow. Which I love to make the look cohesive. Keep in mind that I applied with a heavy hand in these pictures! You can use a lighter hand to look more natural. 🌸 COMPARISON TO COOLER-TONED BLUSH 🌸 Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with using colors outside what anyone recommends for your tone. Actually, sometimes “unnatural” colors are the best for experimental, creative looks. But I put the blush MAKE UP FOR EVER - Artist Face Color Highlight, Sculpt and Blush Powder in S214 to compare because it’s noticeably more cool-toned than the L’Oreal product. Sometimes, I have trouble telling if something is cool or warm toned alone. But when you put them next to each other, you see the difference. I still love this blush for more metallic, goth-ish makeup! But still, it can help you notice the colors that may be trickier to pull off on us like Mauve or Fuschia. What recommendations do you have for finding good blushes?
Guess who is the winner! 💖💖
I've tried 3 affordable concealers recently, here is my review: MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Concealer Texture: It's a very refined texture and only has a moderate coverage. It gives you more of a natural look, which means it isn't very suitable for those who want their makeup to look impeccable and flawless. It's also moisturizing and easy to blend, making your face glow when applied. It's suitable for dry and normal skin. People with oily skin should avoid this product. Shade: 105 Natural Ivory. This neutral tone goes well with my skin tone and it gives my skin a more natural look. 💓💓 L'ORÉAL - True Match Super Blendable Concealer Texture: It's suitable for dry and normal skin. Those with oily skin should properly prime their skin and later set their makeup. It's also quite moisturizing and my makeup looks decent. The makeup stays on pretty well too. Shade: I think everyone can find a shade from True Match that matches their skin tone. I strongly recommend this product! 🥰🥰 L'ORÉAL - Infallible Pro Glow Concealer I chose a wrong shade that didn't match my skin tone, so I've never used it and won't comment on it.😐😐
PROFUSION for the win, baby😍
GUYS! Let me tell you, I have found a gem! Profusion, an adorable brand found at Walmart and sometimes Target, has launched a foundation that is to die for. I picked this bad boy up at Walmart for under 7 bucks. It’s a new launch and I haven’t seen it at Target yet. Let’s get to the good stuff: Coverage: So this claims to be a medium to full coverage foundation and it definitely is. I’d say it leans more on the full coverage side, especially when applied with a brush. Anticipate more of medium coverage with a sponge. Either way, this covered my redness and acne/ acne scars very well! Finish: This is described as a satin finish. I have very dry skin so it definitely is satin on me. I can get it to look dewy (which I prefer) by using the right primer and products underneath. I can’t speak on how this would look on oily skin, but I would assume it would look satin or a bit dewy. I think it would tone down nicely with a setting powder if you chose. Also, I had no issues with this oxidizing or anything like that. Longevity: This lasted wonderfully on me. Even as it started to inevitably break down a little by the end of the day, it was graceful. Even my lower face, where my mask is worn, looked nice. Again, set with powder to make this last longer if you need to. Packaging: This sucker is pretty! The packaging is super sleek and has rose gold accents. It reminds me of a high end foundation. It’s a squeeze type bottle (which is handy and sanitary). Ingredients: This gem has hyaluronic acid in it which is amazing for all skin types but especially us dry skinned girl’s! It also has SPF 15 in it. MOST IMPORTANTLY.....IT’S 100% CRUELTY FREE AND VEGAN !!!!😀😀 Now onto the not so pleasant things: It has slight fragrance. I do not like fragrance in my skin care or makeup. It’s usually a deal breaker for me but I will make an exception for this foundation. It’s not strong and disappears once you apply it, but I still could do without it. The shade range is laughable. No inclusivity with this foundation which really disappointed me. The website says there are 12 shades. Most of them are beige with different undertones(warm yellow, neutral, etc). I am not happy with this shade range whatsoever and I hope it expands so that we can all have a shade. I don’t know why companies even bother launching foundations if they aren’t going to include all skin tones. So, despite the shade range being absolutely horrid, I am really liking this foundation so far. It might become a HG for me. I would look for this at Walmart since Target doesn’t seem to carry it yet. If you can’t find it at Walmart, I’d suggest looking on the Profusion website. They have free shipping after you spend a certain amount too. Best $7 I have spent in a long time!😁
8 hours of wear
First impression: very thick but very blendable! This is a FULL COVERAGE foundation, but when applied with a beauty blender, you can blend it out enough to be skin like. Great for all day wear, I’m a little shiny but nothing that can’t be fixed! No cracking or settling! I may not use this every single day, just because it’s so full coverage... but perfect for days I just need a little more :)

BB Cream.. Blotchy & Bad-Blending?
This product came in my July Ipsy Bag. This Illuminating BB Cream with SPF came with my July Ipsy Bag and is unfortunately my least favourite item in the bag. :( pūrlisse - Radiant Glow Illuminating BB Cream SPF 30 It surprisingly gave me more coverage than I was expecting but did not blend well at all, using a primer beforehand & not using a primer. I love the fact it has the SPF 30, but maybe that’s the reason it isn’t blending? I wasn’t aware of the price of the cream (until I looked it up right now), and at $35, I will not be purchasing again. I probably wouldn’t buy it if it was cheaper either. My Maybelline Fit Me is still my staple foundation – smooth application and a light feeling with great coverage and price. MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Dewy + Smooth Foundation This product sample came in my $12 Ipsy Subscription, but will not be becoming a future staple in my collection. pūrlisse - Radiant Glow Illuminating BB Cream SPF 30

DEWY $10 FOUNDATION FOR SUMMER (click for pics)
COVERGIRL - Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation $10 🥥Why did I buy this product? This foundation kept popping up all over social media and I liked the fact that it was formulated with coconut milk and aloe extract. Also this product is formulated with out parabens, talc, etc that tend to clog your pores. 🥥What do I like about the product? This product has a dewy finish without looking greasy. Like it advertises, it looks like your actual skin with still giving a medium coverage. My freckles are visible but I can cover up scars with its buildable formula. 🥥What don’t I like about the product? The shade range could be more expansive. 🥥Who is this product for? This product is suitable for those with combo-dry skin as it does have a dewy finish. That being said if you have more oily skin, this product along with a good setting powder will work fine. I am in the shade fair/light which was a good match for me. ***Even though I wanted to, I did not edit my skin in the photo to show the true appearance of the foundation. I definitely recommend this foundations and am impressed at the quality for only $10💗

How to get flawless base makeup in summer!!
What you’ll need: a foundation brush, a primer that is light and easy to blend, a high-coverage foundation and an oil control setting powder My pursuit for the base makeup: as I have an oily-combo skin type, I would like my base makeup to be long lasting and not easily ruined by the oil and sweat that I will inevitable have on my face during the day. Besides, I would especially suffer from acne in the hot humid summer, so it would also be better if my acnes could get perfectly covered. What I’ve used and my thoughts: ·smashbox - Studio Skin Full Coverage 24 Hour Waterproof Foundation I love how this product provides full coverage and it could last a whole day, sometimes when I wear this foundation, as long as I moisturize well and set the foundation well, it still stays on place and give me an intact look after 9-10 hours. But the only problem with this foundation is that it tends to get dry quickly and it could be hard to blend. ·clé de peau BEAUTÉ - Correcting Cream Veil SPF 21 My go-to foundation when I pursue a natural and clean look. But these days it is not long-lasting enough and it could only provide light-to-medium coverage. So on important occasions, this alone is not enough. ·KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Lock-It Finishing Powder This is my holy grail setting powder, only that the cushion that comes with it is not good enough. So I’ve changed it with something else I bought from CVS. You could also just use your brush or sponge to apply this powder on your face. It just blurs out every single shine resulting from oil on one touch. And I always carry it with me in summer to save my from being too shiny… Steps to follow: 1. Moisturize well before you apply any foundation products. This is always a must for any base makeup to look good and last long. 2. Blend the primer and the foundation in the ratio of 1:1 on hand. 3. Use the brush to dip the mixture and apply them on your face. You could also opt for a beauty blender if you are in want of a more natural look 4. Use the setting powder to set your foundation carefully and thoroughly. And voila, here is a base makeup that provides high coverage and lasts long.

Elf Halo Glow Setting Powder in Light
e.l.f. - Halo Glow Setting Powder This is a powder I tried out because I ran out of the Becca setting powder and it wasn’t quite time for me to do my big Glossier order to buy the Wowder. I actually really love it! It comes nowhere close to my love for the Wowder but it’s a nice glowy powder that sets my foundation and still looks like skin. It keeps everything set without looking cakey or powdery. I got whatever the lightest shade is, pretty sure it’s called light, but it’s more like a translucent shade. We’ll see how that goes as summer gets closer and I get more tan. So far I love this and it’s replaced my Becca setting powder!
