🥀 nail colors for rose gold accessories
I’m insecure about my short nail beds. Even my “long” is still pretty short. So when I pick nail colors, I opt for ones that make short nails pop. I ALSO have a thing for rose gold and pink. From my phone ring to watches and hair clips, I think I’ve made a ~*~ collection ~*~ Some of the best nail colors for rose gold & pink are: 🌹 Dark Red 🌹 Mint 🌹 Grey 🌹 Cream I tried the first two nail polish colors on. Here are the deets on the entire look~
Nail Shape : SquovalOne of the most natural looking shapes for short nails. I used the MALVA BELLE - Crystal Glass Nail File
👗 MINT essie - Enamel Nail PolishThis polish is a cult classic. It’s opaque on 2 coats, but I recommend 3 coats (shown above) for the brightest look. It also lasts 5 days like Sundays. Only reason I removed a star is because it needs a top coat for maximum shine. To be fair, that might be an unfair comparison though. It’s hard to make opaque polishes as glossy as jelly ones.
👑 Accessories~ Rose Gold & Opal clover phone ring by GreatQiQi on Amazon ~Mirror by Liz Claiborne ~Flower hair pin brand slips my mind 😅 Pretty sure it was by Elle or another brand at Ulta. ~Watch by Marc Jacobs 💎 Rose gold, silver, and other metals always feel in fashion. I blame it on smartphone colors. What color/accessory combos are popular where you’re from ?

guess I'm just a PLAY DATE to you
This shade is called Play date, which I think is an adorable name for a nail paint. It is a really pretty purple polish. You just need 2 coats for an ultimate finish. I love to top it off with Essie gel top coat.
3 Most Common Nail Mistakes You’ll Want To Avoid &How To Fix Them!
Since the pandemic started, I’ve had to do my own nails more often. My go-to nail salon has been closed for months. DIY manicures can be a little annoying if you don’t know what you’re doing. I’m telling you my mistakes so you can learn from what I did wrong. My Top 3 Nail Mistakes: 1. Only using one coat of polish I’m the first to admit it, I can be pretty lazy, but one coat of nail polish just doesn’t cut it. I know doing two coats takes more effort and adds to the drying time, but it’s so worth it in the end. 2. Not focusing enough on nail care Nail care is a game-changer! You need to buff, file, and cut your nails before applying polish to get the best results. Buffing really helps smooth out any ridges or inconsistencies on the nail bed. 3. Using a bad top & base coat Do you know that glossy top coat you get from at salons that makes your nails look super shiny and perfect? I didn’t use to care about which base or topcoat I used. I would just use the cheapest one available at the drug store. What a mistake! My Must-Try Nail Products: ● Seche Vite Base & Top Coat - The Sechevete base and top coats give you that salon-worthy shine you want from a DIY mani. Plus, it helps dry the nails super fast so you can get on with your day! ● Nail Buff - This thing was only $1, and it’s helped transform the way I give myself manicures! ● A glass nail file - Did you know glass nail filers are supposed to be healthier for your natural nails? The Final Look I did this fun look for the 4th of July! I filed and buffed my nails with the white buffer and topped them with two coats of my favorite nail polishes by Essie!
I love doing a simple look with an accent. Adding a glitter top coat to one nail does just that for me 😍😍essie - Luxeffects Glitter Top Coat in shade “A Cut Above”. This is a clear nail polish with lots ld pink glitter “confetti” pieces. essie - Enamel Nail Polish in shade Ballet slippers- a translucent pale pink shade. This is a great pinky nude nail polish for fair-light skin tones. This is such an easy look to achieve- all I did was apply two coats of Ballet slippers to all my nails, except my ring finger- For that nail I applied one coat. The second coat was the glitter luxe top coat in “a cut above”. I followed up with essie - Gel.Setter Top Coat on all my nails to achieve that gel polish finish. This is also great because it helps your nails dry faster! The one thing I will say about the essie - Luxeffects Glitter Top Coat polish is that its hard to remove since all the glitter pieces are solid pieces that dont come off with acetone. They need to be scraped off with a nail scraper (a flat end) . Having a coat of nail polish underneath the glitter helps in the scraping process since you wont be directly scraping your nail.

Give Your Nails a Cherry Right Now!🍒🍒🍒
This is a nail art that I highly recommend. I came across a nail salon by chance while shopping. I really like the nail style of its staff, so I asked her to make a similar one for me. This manicure took about 2 hours, and I really like the final effect. The shape of the nails is squoval, and in order to maximize the richness of this color, I did not add any embellishments and chose a pure color. The technique used in this nail art is also very simple, namely nail polish. But in order to make the final effect better, nail care took a lot of time and steps. In the end, the facts proved to be correct. The color of this cherry nail is very beautiful, and it may show some pumpkin color under the indoor lighting, and the hands are very white. I strongly recommend girls who like low-key and unassuming to choose this style, because it is very versatile whether it is for work or leisure. As long as you have it, you feel that your hands are very gentle and durable.
@Elyas Spotlight in 🏷 How To: DIY Manicures
Creator: @Elyas👏 “Summer is that time of the year when I amp up my nail art game! Mangoes have taken over menu cards at every restaurant, cute umbrellas have been put out for shade, and even pretty summer dresses have been pulled out of the closet. The vibe is fun, colorful, and vibrant, which is inspiration enough for a fabulous manicure! When it comes to nail art, it does not need to be difficult. A basic nail art tool like a toothpick can go a long way to achieve any look that you desire. Here are 5 easy nail art techniques that you can create with a toothpick, and together they make for a cute summer manicure. THINGS YOU NEED: Orange and white nail polish Clear nail polish Toothpicks STEPS TO FOLLOW: 1. Apply a thick layer of two shades of nail paint on the left and right side of the nail. Take a toothpick while the paint is still wet, and make a zig-zag motion to blend the two colours together. 2. Go minimal with a swipe of your favourite nail paint along with three dots in the centre of the nail in any accent colour. 3. Paint the tip of the nail with orange nail paint, and make white dots on it. Work in a gradient effect where the dots are bigger at the tip of the nail, and smaller as they hit the centre of the nail. Go back with the orange nail paint and fill in the gaps as needed. 4. Paint your nail with white nail paint, and create 3 small flowers on the left tip of the nail. Fill it in with a few polka dots. 5. Paint your nails with orange nail paint, and use a toothpick to create a flower by making 5 dots in a circle. 6. Seal in all the looks with a top coat. Finished!! Do u like it??”
super affordable nail art💅🏽💅🏽
hello everyone! so many of you are probably avoiding nail salons right now, but because of that your nails may be looking a little raggedy 😂 so here is how i do my nails at home for cheap! first, i apply my false nails. everyone has their own method of doing this, but i like to clean, buff, shape the false nail, then apply the nail with glue. polish lasts longer on false nails and they look nicer. also dont mind the fact my nails are crooked, im new to false nails! next, i apply a base coat. i let that dry, and apply two thin coats of polish. today i used OPI - Long Lasting Nail Polish Infinite Shine 2 in a really light pink. after the polish dries, i apply some cheap sticks i got from walgreens years ago. stickers are so much cuter and less messy than doing nail art by hand. after that, i put a little jewel on my nails, and use a top coat to seal the sticker and jewel in place. the jewels i am using i have had for years, so unfortunately i dont know where they are from. after that, im done! stickers and jewels are the best way to spice up your nails at home for a very affordable price. i believe these stickers were $3 and the jewels couldn’t have been more than $5. you get a huge pan of them too with a lot of colors! lemme know what you think below! dont forget to follow and cheer✨😊

My go to Simple mani style
When it comes to nails I’m a simple girl. I never get them done professionally, I always do them myself. I also work in a hospital so having short clean nails is a must so I never keep my nails long. I start by trimming my nails with some clippers, then file in a rounded shape. Lately I’ve been using this sally Hansen top/bottom coat and while it’s OK it’s definitely not my favorite. I then follow with 2 coats of my chosen nail polish ( here I used Essie in shade “mooning”). After that dries I apply a top coat and let dry. To add some fun/pop I did a glitter accent nail on each hand. It was an ELF polish that I got in a gift set some time ago. Unfortunately this only lasted me about 3 days before major chipping happened. I chalk it up to the top/base coat not being the best.

Trust me! You can never go wrong with nude💅
Nude is classic, intellectual, versatile, timeless... A nude nail polish is a sign of confidence, independence, and most importantly, elegance. It doesn't have a distracting effect, but rather makes people more attractive. Nude nail polish, don't you want to try it on? I've bought a lot of nude nail polish products, but I can't resist buying more. I've been a fan of H&M's Kalahari, a relatively cool nude nail polish. H&M's nude nail polish comes in many varieties, and there are some noticeable differences in tones. But this Kalahari is the one that caught my eye the most because it's not too cold and it's not too warm, it's a moderate tone. The color matches any tone of your skin no matter you’re quite pale of sun-kissed, and the color is very classic, suitable for women of all ages, will not make mistakes, will not raise your age. As anyone who has ever used H&M nail polish knows, it is a really good product! First, its brush head is very large, very easy to paint, you can basically brush a nail once. Second, its color is very good, the pigment is full, basically brush once can achieve the desired effect; Third, it dries quickly and has no unpleasant, pungent smell. It can be bought on H&M's official website or offline stores, with a price of about $9. It is highly cost-effective, so it is recommended to try it.
