Bronzer & Contour for 💎 Face-Shape

What’s the difference between bronzer and contour ? 🥥 CONTOUR accentuates or changes the shape of your features. You can create chiseled cheekbones, for example. It tends to be cooler/ more neutral toned than bronzer. ☀️ BRONZER mimics a sun tan. It can look warmer / more red, and touches different areas of the face. 💎 HOW TO DO EACH FOR A DIAMOND FACE SHAPE 💎 First things first, like all makeup, contouring is up to personal preference! For example, I know some people like to contour their foreheads to make it look smaller. I don’t do that because I have a 3-head ~ Although that trend surprises me because I’ve read that in some eras, high foreheads were considered more beautiful! How standards change... Anyway, the 🍇 purple lines in the first picture guide where I applied each product. 🥥 For contour, buff the powder under your cheekbone. I use my jaw hinge to guide where I begin, and build toward my lips and up my cheek. To avoid the look of a straight brown line, I REALLY buff it in until it looks like a blur. I’ll even blend it into blush. Wayne Goss has a video on the Starbust Method of blush and highlighter to make them look seamless. I basically apply that to contour too. I also applied a tiny bit on the side of the nose to make it look a smaller, and I used a fluffy brush to put it in my crease- making eyes look bigger. ☀️ For bronzer, I learned to do the 3 technique from Mariah Leonard on YouTube. Basically, you start at your forehead, then go to your temple, cheek, edge of jaw, and then your lower jaw / chin. You gently blend all of this into a sun-kissed 3 shape. I recommend applying it to your nose, too. I didn’t do that here because I didn’t want it to collide with the contour, though. The idea is that you bronze the areas the sun hits the most- the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. 💄 WHAT PRODUCTS I USED 💄 So both of these products are seeeemi discontinued. Too Faced still sells Chocolate Bronzers, though. And the Lorac bronzer is sold in sets / travel sizes. At least they’re worth seeing if you can dupe. Too Faced - Cocoa Contour Kit
This product smells like strong cocoa, which I love. But I feel like it could have been reduced to just Medium Cocoa (worn in this photo) and maybe the highlighter. This is just for my skintone, but Dark Cocoa was too intense and easy to overdo, Light Cocoa too unnoticeable, and Pop of Light too sparkly. But still, Medium Cocoa is really seamless and easy to work with. LORAC - TANtalizer Baked Bronzer
This product has a reddish hue which is nice and sunny. I wish the packaging wasn’t so bulky, though. Still, I didn’t have to work too hard to bring out it’s color. I’ve tried a lot of bronzers that I had to REALLY swirl my brush in to get color. This one was much easier. What contour and bronzer tips do you love?

WEAR A MASK BUT MAKE IT FASHION😉😛
WEAR A MASK BUT MAKE IT FASHION😉😛
who said wearing a mask nowadays had to be boring?! Not me for sure! I love playing up my eyes! 🤩 whether that’s with a inner corner highlight, a big bold liner or even a fun eye look like this! So for this look, it looks very complicated but it’s super simple and easy! 🥰 when it comes to shadows, all you have to ensure is there is a lot of blending and that’s it! Otherwise once you add the shimmery lid shade, it all comes together really well so let’s go through it 😊 FENTY BEAUTY - Sun Stalk'r Instant Warmth Bronzer I always use a bronzer as my crease shade to start off any look, especially one with colours to help blend other shadows HUDA BEAUTY - Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette so far this palette is gorgeous and I took multiple shades from this palette to create this look! I used the shades karma and utopia on my crease and they are wildly pigmented🙈 I then added some of the shade Libra (lavender) on my lid as a matter shade before adding in shimmer. For the lid colour I used cosmic with a dense brush to pack a punch and a little of the shade off balance to add some depth into the crease NYX - Epic Ink Liner created a very think link super close to my lash line and used the shade vortex from the huda palette on an angled brush to smoke out the liner! This worked perfectly with the eye since the eye was a lavender purple toned and vortex is a deep rich purple (close to black) ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Carli Bybel Eyeshadow Palette this is the final palette I used in this look and I used the shade mandala all over the lid as well to enhance the purples, the shade Bybel through the crease and smudged the shade boie on my lower lash line & shade boli for my inner corner highlight and brow bone highlight essence - Extreme Lasting Eye Pencil and used a shimmery purple shade on my bottom waterline to tie in more purple MAYBELLINE - Lash Sensational Mascara Full Fan Effect my favourite mascara to tie in the look all together and that’s it!! This look is super simple and honestly it’s all in the blending of all the soft shades in the crease 🤗 also I’m still trying to figure out how to keep my makeup off my mask so maybe I’ll come back with more tips and tricks regarding that #cheriepartner

Clean your beauty blender in 1 minute
Clean your beauty blender in 1 minute
I saw this Beauty hack on Tik Tok and thought I would give it a try and see if it actually worked. It’s suppose to be a one minute hack to clean your your beauty blender. Materials Needed: Microwave Microwavable glass Dirty Beauty blender Warm water It was such a simple process and these were the steps I did Steps: 1). Wet your sponge 2). get a glass fill with warm water add a few drops of liquid dishwashing soap mix up with finger. 3). drop the sponge in the water, make sure it’s submerged 4). microwave it for one minute, let the glass cool down before removing from microwave. 5). After the water has cooled, Squeeze out the beauty blender and run it under warm water while squeezing. Repeat depending how dirty your blender is. 6) let it dry overnight This was a quick and easy beauty hack and it worked great on my blender as you can tell from the picture. I recommend you try it out and let me know how it work for you. if your blender is really dirty you might need to repeat steps My blender wasn’t that dirty so it only took one time for me to clean. REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Complexion Sponge This is a good dupe for the Beauty blender sponge. I use a brush for my foundation but use this to blend around my jaw line & for my concealer. I have repurchase this sponge several times. I highly recommend this product check it out it out at ulta for $9.99

I don't have the Kylie's figure, but I can follow her eye makeup👀
I don't have the Kylie's figure, but I can follow her eye makeup👀
I always like Kylie's eye makeup and figure! Since there is no way to have same figure, I am gonna get the same eye makeup. This kind of makeup looks difficult, but it is actually quite easy to learn.   Step 1: Use an orange and brown eye shadow to base the eyelids in a large area.   Step 2: Make a cut crease with bright concealer. This step is very essential which helps create clean eye base. The eye concealer brush I used is BOBBI BROWN - BOBBI BROWN Concealer Blending Brush   Step3 :From left to right, apply light pink and green eyeshadow. Light green is used to faint the connecting part in the middle. And then add green glitter.   Step 4: Draw eyeliner and apply mascara. Products: Eyebrow pencil: MAYBELLINE - Expert Wear Twin Brow & Eye Wood Pencil Light Brown Concealer: KRYOLAN PROFESSIONAL MAKE-UP - Concealer Circle Mascara: MAYBELLINE - Lash Sensational Mascara Full Fan Effect Contour: CATRICE COSMETICS - Prime & Fine Professional Contouring Palette Eyeliner: MAYBELLINE - Eye Studio Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner Eyeshadow: MORPHE - The Jeffree Star Artistry Palette

A trip down bad makeup lane
A trip down bad makeup lane
When I first started getting into makeup all I would by was drugstore. I went through a lot of terrible phases. Raccoon eyes. Almost unibrows. Unblended contour. It was tragic. ALMOST UNIBROW: I don’t know why I used to do this. I would leave about at most a pinkie of space between my brows and think that looked good. (I would share photos, but I don’t want to be ridiculed.) This was also before I had my eyebrows microbladed. And my brows were sparse and took too much work to just be eaten away by my self-made oil. My main problem was that I would use the ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Pomade for my entire brow. • Fix: I tend to follow the shape I decided on with my microblader. I used the LASplash cosmetics - Ultra Define Brow Moussepomade on the tail and then switch to pencils (NYX - Precision Brow Pencil) for the front and pray that the upward flicks would be thin enough to mimic brow hairs toward the front of my brows. RACCOON EYES: This phase was about as goth as I goth during my teen years. I would hit the eyeliner in my waterline, under the waterline and on the lid. I was always told that I have rather large eyes and I thought this would be a way to combat that. It did, but I just don’t like the look. I haven’t really used eyeliner since I left for university. (It’s been a while.) • Fix: I stick to using pencil eyeliner (MAYBELLINE - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Waterproof Gel Pencil) in the waterline only. CONTOUR BEARD: I did not know how to contour or where to place it. When I just got into contouring, I would apply too much product at once. And then because I had so much product, I would have to drag it down more. That would lead to the contour coming down too close to my mouth. I would also make it too thick because of the brushes I was using. • Fix: I use the e.l.f. - e.l.f. Contouring Brush for more precision with URBAN DECAY - Stay Naked Correcting Concealerin 90NN. I got in with smaller amounts and blending out more as soon went. I also stop it just under the apple of my cheek. I know I’m not the only one who looks back at old photos and cringes. What a life-changing moment when I use a brush! See Tutorial👇👇👇
What a life-changing moment when I use a brush! See Tutorial👇👇👇
Often, I’d dot concealer where I need it, then use my fingers to spread it out and blend and pat it into place. For the most part, it’s worked well for me. But recently, I saw a brush being used, and that piqued my interest. So I gave it a shot. OMG! What a life-changing moment! Here is the tutorial about how to apply and blend it the right way with a brush. Firstly, I dot my concealer where I need it – usually on my under-eye area and any blemishes. I then use a round, fluffy eye brush, and gently blend the concealer, in a circular motion. If the concealer comes in a pot, I dip the tip of the brush into the pot to pick up product, and then blend into my skin in small circles. Then, a natural, diffused effect has been made! I really agreed that the perfect way to blend concealer is do that with a brush! The way you put on your concealer is just as important as the concealer itself. You can have the best concealer and foundation in the world, but if you apply it incorrectly, it does more harm than good.
