Great Chemical Exfoliator at Low $$$

I love this toner SO much. The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution is so good for exfoliating your face without the harshness of scrubs. ⚠️Some Disclaimers⚠️ Don’t use this product every night. I use 3-4 times a week but my skin isn’t sensitive and is very used to it. Only use this product at night and make sure you’re using SPF in the morning or you can get sun damage really easily. Don’t use this and retinols in the same routine. It can have negative effects on the skin.

PACIfICA - Glow Baby Super Lit Booster Serum is a really really good Vitamin C serum. It also has glycolic acid in it which helps lead to that good morning glow. It’s a bit pricier, and ill be trying other Vitamin C products out, but it’s definitely a good option. Oh and it smells YUMMY.🤤

My nightly moisturizer...love it or leave it???
LOVE IT! CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is great for a nightly moisturizer. It’s not very thick, but I have oily skin and already produce oils over night. Great for a throughout the night moisturizer!

Well, here’s the thing. I like this as a combo product but I just do not like the texture of the application. CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 can be a really good throw on or travel product, but I’ll be looking into a new moisturizer next time around. Made my face a little too oily, and I already have oily skin. I will combine it with The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG to help it apply better.

Great Cleanser for Oily Skin
I’ve been using this for the past few months and I LOVE IT. It has been so good for my oily skin. I don’t usually use as much as I show in the photo and it’s really cleansing without being too stripping! CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin It’s a definite buy if you have oily skin!!!

Ideal Morning Routine for Oily Skin
This is the perfect skin care routine for people with oily skin! I start off with a cleanse from CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin I love this for my skin! It’s not too stripping but definitely gets all the built up oil off your face! I use this at night for my double cleanse too 😊 Then I use PACIfICA - Glow Baby Super Lit Booster Serum as my Vitamin C serum! Love this product and it smells soooo yummy. After that I do a combo of CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 and The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG to finish off. I do find that the moisturizer can be a bit thick (not a fan with my oily skin, still gotta get that SPF) so adding the caffeine solution in helps distribute it better for my face. I also think that the caffeine solution just adds a bit of boost to my face in the morning! If my face is swollen from my sleep, I’ll go in with a gua sha stone or a jade roller!

Is it really a dupe?? Drunk Elephant vs. Inkey🍀
Is it really a dupe?? Drunk Elephant vs. Inkey🍀
In this round of dupe products, I tested Drunk Elephant’s Protini against The Inkey List Peptide Moisturizer. I have used Protini in the past and just got the newly released Inkey List moisturizer a few months ago. I was excited to see how they would perform up against each other. Let’s dive in! DRUNK ELEPHANT - Protini Polypeptide Cream $68/ 50ml: contains a combination of signal peptides, growth factors, and amino acids. It comes in an airtight jar and a pump to prevent exposure and oxidation. The cream is in an intensely thick formula but surprisingly doesn’t feel too heavy when applied on my oily skin (although I feel oilier later in the day). The formulation has A LOT of peptides. Nine in total. I’m still skeptical when it comes to peptides since there haven’t been enough controlled studies to support the claims. However, I do know it has amazing moisturizing properties therefore, it may really help reduce fine lines and improve the overall health of the skin. THE inkey LIST - Peptide Moisturizer $14.99/ 50ml: this is a mainly a shea butter moisturizer. The peptides are last in the ingredients list. It contains a two-percent royal epigen P5 that claims to nurture skin and help decrease the appearance of fine lines and one-percent hydrating peptide solution to support the moisture barrier. It has fewer ingredients compared to Protini so it has less potential to cause irritations for sensitive or acne-prone skin. Texture and Consistency: I find that the Inkey moisturizer is more lightweight and sinks in quicker than the Protini. However, the Protini has that special luxurious silky feel to it. It feels really soft and cream slides easily onto skin. They are both sufficiently moisturizing for my oily skin. Both make me oilier at the end of the day but I really have no problem when used in the nighttime. I think they’re both great products. Both are fragrance-free and have occlusive properties. They seal in the moisture to keep your skin looking healthy and they’re perfect for use to repair the moisture barrier and replenish your skin with hydration overnight. So which one should you get? depends on your needs and skin type: I would say, go for the PROTINI if: You have dry skin You have wrinkles and fine lines You prefer a really intensive hydration You’re not sensitive to plant extracts Go for the PEPTIDE MOISTURIZER if: You have oily skin You are acne-prone You prefer a lightweight moisturizer You’re sensitive to plant extracts *cons: it has a strong chemical smell I personally have been enjoying the Inkey List moisturizer better than the Protini. Although I have always loved the Protini, I find that the Inkey moisturizer works better with my skin type. Thank you for reading! xoxo

L'ORÉAL - Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick provides the color impact of a liquid lipstick with a weightless, bare-lip sensation. This ultra-comfortable liquid matte lip stain provides lasting matte color and gives lips intense color. The Rouge Signature Matte High Pigment, lightweight lip ink, is one of the best long lasting lip products I have ever used! I love make up and have tried probably 90 percent of long lasting lip colors, lip stains, lip sticks, etc, of all sorts and brands, I'm also very picky, so I definitely know a great lip product. This Lip stain goes on so smooth, the color is absolutely beautiful, fully pigmented, and long lasting, even after drinking and eating. It doesn't flake, or dry your lips out, it really is and does feel lightweight, there ar no sticky clumps. I find that so many lip products that are long lasting and matte finish, cause extreme dry lips, flaking, and color fading, but all these problems are solved with L'Oréal's Rouge Signature. I suprisingly find that #116 is a good dupe for NARS - Powermatte Lip Pigmentslow ride and Chanel 834CHANEL - Rouge Allure Liquid Powder Liquid Matte Lip Color!! #116 I explore is a really nice colour on me. You do have to reapply if after a while which is the only downside but it lasts longer than other L'oréal lipsticks I've tried. I would definitely recommend it. I love the subtleness of the colour on my lips. It feels smooth on my lips so is easy to apply. I really like the fact that you don’t feel like you are wearing lipstick as it feel light on my lips.... The colour is slightly darker than online but still nice. It has a funny consistency when applying very thin and waterlike and then it dries to a rich matt colour. However there are also some disadvantages. Upon application this stain went on smoothly and felt pleasant, the texture is very smooth. As it dried it did feel very light, although I would say more 'barely there' than 'bare lip'.After about half an hour my lips did start to feel dry so I checked my reflection and thought they looked quite dry too. It's worth mentioning that my lips have quite deep lines which is why I prefer glossy lipsticks that sit on the surface. If you don't have this problem then it probably won't bother you.At this point I had a cup of tea and a biscuit to see how the lip stain fared. Not well, it was completely gone afterwards but then it didn't promise to be permanent so I just reapplied it.The next day I added some clear gloss over the top and got on much better. No dry lips and the gloss protected the colour for a while.Whilst I like the colour and subtle scent of this lip stain I probably won't buy it myself as I'd rather a moisturising lipstick or gloss. However if you like the matte look and want something lighter than most lipsticks I'd try this. Remember These ey Benefits: * At last, matte color with a lightweight feel - bare lip sensation, lasting matte finish * Matte colored lip stain delivers high color impact with a no-makeup feel * Ultra-lightweight, impactful pigment, fresh matte finish, and lasting wear * Designed with precision applicator to shape and line your lips

My secret weapon for giving volume to thin hair is...🤫
My secret weapon for giving volume to thin hair is...🤫
Thick and wavy hair may bear up under the weight of excess oil. Hair that is thin and straight, however, is limp and difficult to style when it is oily. Fine and flat hair will make people lack vitality, especially for women with straight hair. I have been troubled by greasy and flat hair until I came across this shampooaussie - Aussome Volume Shampoo. This shampoo is from P&G, and is specially designed for fine and flat hair that needs a little lift. This volumising shampoo can turn fine, limp hair into locks that are full of bounce and amped up hair volume. The lightweight formula with juicy Australian Kakadu Plum is oozing with a sweet fruity scent and is free from silicones and colourants. Additive-free ingredients will not burden your scalp and the fresh smell can last for days. It is cheap and can be bought in almost every store. I started to use this shampoo about a month ago, and it really surprised me. It is the first shampoo I tried which is really lightweight for my hair. It  really makes my hair thicker and gives a natural shine which is what most women want. If your hair has the same trouble as mine, why not try this shampoo and get a new experience for your hair!   Let me show you how to use it. First, take the coin size, but you can add a little more for longer hair. Then, give your head a massage as a sweet treat. Next, rinse out! Last, dry your hair and you will see the huge difference! Have you tried this shampoo before? Leave a comment!

LIP STAIN VS LIPSTICK? LIP STAIN DEFINITELY!!! L'ORÉAL - Rouge Signature Metallic Liquid Lipstick Ok at this point, I guess it's safe (and sad) to say that I am ADDICTED to this matte lip stain!  The reason why do I prefer lip stains better is because they are much more moisturizing, unlike many others that dry out the lips, plus they actually last.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 I’m always amazed by how well it stays on throughout the day. There’s nothing worse than putting on a bold lipstick and having it come off after your first sip of coffee. With L’Oreal, that doesn’t happen. I can even eat full meals confident my lip color will stay on. Does the stain eventually fade?  Of course… But what I love about this stain is that they stay looking very even.. I often find with other lip stains, the color starts to fade more in the center of my lips, leaving a darker outline. Not cute.. CONCLUSION: Pros: ✔️ Ultra-lightweight formula Brand credibility Highly pigmented load Fresh matte finish Ultra-comfortable Feels like it’s not there Cost Effective Price ($9.9 | drugstore) Cons: ❌ Does not have SPF Might be patchy for some This is the perfect choice when you want statement colors with a barely-there feel. Despite the matte finish it stays comfortable and flexible without cracking. No liner needed. I will continue to buy these!!$ Definitely recommend it! Included pictures, the colors tend to look a bit different on Asian girls, so I wanted to give ya a gander at what this color looks like on this yellow-skin gal. :-) 💚💚💚

Review of the new CeraVe smoot
Review of the new CeraVe smoothing cleanser. The new formula is targeted at dry, rough and bumpy skin- it aims to gently cleanse and exfoliate without disrupting the skins protective barrier. This can be used on the face and body and especially good at treating Keratosis Piliaris (those pesky bumps on the arms) so I've been keeping mine in the shower and use it on my face and body in the mornings. The ingredient lists boast three essential ceramides, niacinimide, Glycerin, salicylic acid, hyalaronic acid and one I was surprised about was Gluconolacctone, a polyhydroxy acid or (PHA) which is higher on the ingredient list than its namesake salicylic acid (BHA). PHAs offer less irritation than their acidic counterparts and are humectants, meaning they attract water so they are great at keeping the skin supple and moisturised. So here's my thoughts: I've been using this for three weeks and can see an improvement in texture, my skin feels baby soft after using this and It left my skin squeaky clean without feeling tight and irritated. It would suit all skin types due to its gentle formula, I have dry skin and it hasn't left me feeling stripped it's actually provided me with some much needed moisture. It's been mild enough for me to use before my retinol on occasions, I had no irritations or reactions doing this, I know you're not suppose to mix acids with retinols but I think the added PHAs, ceramides and HA really help to cushion the salicylic acid. I wouldn't say this is great for removing make-up and daily grime as it's feels too mild, I would use this as a second cleanse in that case. But I've found it perfect as a morning cleanse in the shower. All in all an affordable gentle cleanser with some impressive ingredients that I would continue to use as a gentle cleanse. If you're on the lookout for a gentle exfoliating cleanser then this is the one 🙌🏽
