Favorite Blushes of 2020
One of my favorite makeup products is blush. I love how much life blush adds back into my complexion after putting on foundation and concealer. I used to reach for mainly peach toned shades, but lately I have been loving pink blush. Here are my favorite blushes of 2020.
DIOR - BACKSTAGE Rosy Glow Blush The Dior Rosy Glow Blushes are one of the most beautiful formulas. Itās infused with Color Reviver Technology which reacts to the skins moisture level upon application for a customized rosy effect. It adds the perfect amount of radiance to my cheeks and I love both the pink and coral shades.
FENTY BEAUTY - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush I was never a fan of cream blush until I tried the Fenty Cheeks Out Cream Blushes! The can look a little intimidating because quite a few of the colors are super bright, but they blend out really beautifully and look really pretty on the skin. I have quite a few shades, but my favorites are Petal Poppin and Strawberry Drip.
MAC - Glow Play Blush I just recently tried the MAC Glow Play blush formula and I am so glad that I did. The formula is a really unique cream to powder hybrid formula and it looks so beautiful on the skin. I have a few shades, but my favorite is Grand. Itās such a pretty shade of pink.
#Colourpop - Wayfarer Pressed Powder Blush[products]#[FiveStars] I absolutely love Colourpop Cosmetics! They have some of the most affordable makeup without compromising quality. I have so many of their products, but my favorites are their shadows and blushes. Iāve been wearing Wayfarer nonstop! I highly recommend checking it out!
WANDER BEAUTY - On-The-Glow Blush and Illuminator I am obsessed with Wander Beauty and this blush and highlighter blush and illuminator stick is absolutely gorgeous! I use the cream blush for both blush and lip balm and the formula is super creamy and really long lasting. It blends out really nicely with either your fingers or a brush and it has the perfect amount of pigmentation.
Rare Beauty - Soft Pinch Liquid Blush My newest faves are the Rare Beauty liquid blushes! She has the prettiest shade selection and you can get either a matte or dewy finish, but I absolutely love the matte. Bliss is my favorite shade and I love that you only need the smallest amount of product. It blends out so beautifully and stays put all day long!
#Jouer Cosmetics - Blush Bouquet[products]#[FiveStars] I love Jouerās blush duos and palettes, but Cheeky Summer is the duo that I reach for the most often. Both blush shades are so beautiful and they blend out really nicely on the cheeks. They have so many beautiful shades to chose from also.

I had been wanting to try cream blush for such a long time! I had tried powder blushes but I wanted that āpink glowā from within look.
This blush stick from colourpop actually caught my eye because of the convenience of not having to use a brush or my fingers to touch the product in order to apply.
The shade I use is āUnder Pressureā & it retails for $8!
I think for the convenience and AMAZING price for the amount of product itās worth it!
I find itās best to apply my blush before my foundation so that I can have an even application without dabbing foundation all over the place in the process.
I recommend it to anyone wanting to experiment with cream blush! They have a great shade range that will compliment all skin tones āŗļø
Fenty Cream Blush Review, Swatches, & Looks
I purchased 2 of the FENTY BEAUTY - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush recently. I had at least 5 of them on my Sephora wishlist, but ultimately decided I should pick colors that are more unique to my growing cream blush collection. I chose the shades ārosĆ© latteā (browny-rose) and ācool berryā (cool mauve-berry). āCool berryā has some shimmer in the pan, but it barely translates on the face. Both leave skin with a dewy finish, though the product does mostly dry down. You can always put a bit of powder on top so the product is fully dry.
Both wear decently well throughout the day, and fade gracefully after about 8 hours, though will still be visible (at least on me) for 10+. Longevity can be increased by setting with a tiny bit of powder or a powder blush. They are both pigmented but sheer out once applied, and can be easily and quickly built up, making these good for a variety of skin tones. This collection features a bunch of beautiful shades - including some āunconventionalā ones like a hot orange and lavender. Thereās something in this line for everyone, which is what I love about Fenty Beauty.
I included photos of myself with the blushes applied semi-heavy to my skin so you can see the color. No bronzer or highlighter. I love how they look! I canāt pick a favorite. I apologize in advance about the appearance of my eyes. Iām currently dealing with some sort of reaction and I canāt wear eye makeup š„“ Did you pick up any of the Fenty blushes?! During the summertime, I hate the feeling of anything cakey on my face. I normally use It Cosmetics CC Cream as my foundation, but I like something even lighter to even my skin tone in summer! I am absolutely obsessed with this product. I would definitely describe it as a very low coverage product, but it is the perfect amount of coverage for me. I apply drops to my cheeks and t-zone and then blend it in with a damp beauty blender. I have used my fingers before and it spread very easily, but I prefer to use the sponge! It provides even coverage all over my face, and wears so well throughout the day. Sometimes I will place a translucent powder over it if I know I will be out in the heat, but otherwise I just leave it and mist a dewy setting spray over it!Glossier. - Perfecting Skin Tint As you can see in the last photo, itās great for covering imperfections but leaving things like freckles visible š

Rosy Blushing Cheeks with Glossier
I heard many great things about the Glossier products and wanted to try them out for myself (and Iām glad I did!). This Glossier Cloud Paint in Puff gives you the most radiant naturally flushed cheeks. I actually bought this blush cloud paint in the Covent Garden pop up store in London, but you can find this online via the Glossier website. It cost me less than Ā£15 and would say I can see this lasting a long time so itās worth the investment.
It comes in a variety of different shades (6 in total!). I was trying to decide between this one and the Beam (a soft peach colour). Eventually, I went for the shade in Puff because the colour is a natural cool pink colour that makes you literally look like youāve just blushed! If you have a somewhat olive skin tone like me, youāll definitely suit this! The colour is super romantic and leaves your cheeks flushed with a healthy dewy glow. A little goes a long way - just one drop is enough to cover my entire cheeks!
Some blush creams can double up as a lipstick, but I would say that this blush cream is only pigmented enough for the cheeks as opposed to the lips. I prefer blush creams to blush powders because itās a lot less obvious! Itās super lightweight and glides on the skin really comfortably, perfect for those no-makeup makeup days!
The Glossier product comes with a squeeze tube so is super easy and hygenic to apply. I add a dab onto my cheeks and blend it out with my fingers. Itās small and travel friendly! Just pop this into your bag and take on the go with you.

My skin tone is a light/medium-warm/neutral if that makes any sense š
I think I would prefer a powder blush recommendation but I love a good cream blush sometimes so consistency doesnāt matter.
Iām just too indecisive to decide which blush to purchase so I want help from you all š

#ad #cheriepartner This product was on my wishlist for well over a year before I finally took the plunge. I had very high expectations due to the price tag and they were met AND exceeded! This is such a great multipurpose product. You can use it as a glowy primer (I love to do that when Iām wearing a light coverage base), you can mix it into your foundation to add a little glow and/or you can use it as a highlighter after your base is applied! I have applied this over setting powder and powder blush and bronzers and have NEVER had an issue with it disturbing the product underneath it. It makes my skin look dewy, healthy and glowy, it lasts all day and words cannot express just how much I love it!! It is 100% worth the money in my opinion.
I have the shade 2 Light, which is described as a neutral peachy beige for fair skin. Swipe for a swatch. Itās a little icy for my faux summer tan, but any other time of the year itās the perfect highlighter shade for my light skin tone and my preferences. If you have been wanting to try it, I canāt recommend it enough! Buy it and thank me later! ššš¼
