Caudalie brightening glycolic night cream
The @caudalie brightening glycolic night cream is a true delight. I’ve been told to apply a thick layer, leave it on for ~20 minutes and massage the rest into the skin. After a few weeks of doing so, I was able to notice a significant amelioration in my skin tone and texture, in addition to the initial increase of radiance and luminosity. This nighttime treatment has a relatively thick consistency, You need a very small amount to cover your entire face and neck. I can definitely see myself going through another jar once this one finishes. I’ve also been enjoying the resurfacing properties of my beloved Liquid exfolikate. I have a few drops left in this bottle and I’m repurchasing once I finish it. CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Dark Spot Correcting Glycolic Night Cream 50ml

Caudalie has done it again 👏🏻
If you're a fan of Caudalie's vinoperfect serum, this is a must-have. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is my favorite skincare ingredient. It's best for supporting and strengthening the protective barrier of your skin while also improving texture, tackling uneven skin tone, softening fine lines and wrinkles, brightening and so many more. Unlike some other skincare ingredients, Niacainamde is versatile for all skin types. Caudalie's Vinoperfect line is my go-to so you know I was excited when Caudalie sent over two of these moisturizers a few months ago. I have normal to oily skin so I find that oil-free moisturizers with a lightweight gel texture. This one is so velvety and doesn't leave an oily or thick film. The scent is light and airy. According to Caudalie's website, this moisturizer brightening viniferine (62 times more effective than Vit C), niacinamide, and natural pearlizers to correct dark spots, even and give skin an instant glow. Have you tried? What are your thoughts on Caudalie's Vinoperfect line? 1.7 oz | 50 ml | $59 CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Brightening Moisturizer with Niacinamide _______ *gifted

new caudalie moisturizer review!
I’ve been using this new moisturizer complimentary from caudalie in my pm routines lately! I’ve been using it for a bit, so I wanted to share my early thoughts on it! It’s a lightweight consistency, not lighter than a water cream, but still packs in enough hydration for my skin. I have combo skin, and I worry that moisturizers won’t be enough for my dry spots, but will make my t-zone oilier. This moisturizer has actually been perfect for my skin type, as it hydrates but doesn’t leave me greasy! This contains niacinimide, hyaluronic acid, and viniferine, which is 62x more affective than vitamin c. It’s a little pricey for a moisturizer, but keep reading to see why I think it’s worth it! My skin tone looks brighter than it has in two months right now. This cream isn’t irritating or acne-inducing, but rather gentle and soothing. The texture is butter across my skin, and it has significantly improved my dark spots on my face. I was hesitant to think this was the savior, but as I haven’t added anything new to my routine in weeks, this has to be it. If my skin is particularly in need of help, I’ll follow up with their vinoperfect glycolic cream! This runs at $59 USD, which is more than I would pay for most things. However, only using this at night will definitely prolong my time with this, and I might even repurchase this after I finish some creams! I’ll def make that call when I empty this ✨

❄️ empty product review ❄️ • @olehenriksen sheer transformation perfecting moisturiser • • ❄️ I picked this little guy up during the Australian @sephoraaus sale. He retails for $16 for 15mls or $55 for 50mls. As I had never previously used this brand I picked up the little one since I didn’t know how my skin would react. I will definitely be repurchasing !! • • ❄️ This is an oil-free moisturizer, rich in antioxidants, to weightlessly hydrate, even tone and smooth the skins texture for a dewy looking complexion. Providing an illuminating base and lightweight consistency it allows for my acne to breath on days im not wearing makeup. • • ❄️ personal experience: I have honestly enjoyed this so much! I would recommend it to any skin type, those with a skin type like mine ( combo- leaning towards dry with cystic Hormonal acne and scaring ) will extremely benefit from this product. I like applying this after my cleanser, toner and serum as it is light weight moisturiser, if I’m wanting extra hydration I like to apply this under a heavier moisturiser. • • ❄️What are the benefits: Hydrates the skin, lightweight consistency, smoothes skin texture, vegan, helps improve the looks of discolouration and dark spots.

SUNDAY RILEY - Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream Update: I’ve started using this moisturizer with The Ordinary’s Niacinimide Serum, and have found it’s a lot better with that! It still doesn’t give me anything special, but it doesn’t feel and look as oily as it did without the Niacinimide serum. Original Review: Pro: It does moisturize. Cons: Doesn’t mix well. Leaves pores huge sometimes. Does not exfoliate or plump like it claims it does. I cant speak to whether this actually brightens dark spots because I don’t have many and haven’t used it consistently enough for that. This is definitely a moisturizing product as it claims to be. My issue is that despite being oil-free, it leaves my face looking and feeling oily all day if I use it with serums. Has to be used on its own, or with drying products - doesn’t mix well and leaves skin oily when I do mix it. This product also somehow leaves my pores looking huge. Despite claiming to have exfoliating and plumping properties, I haven’t noticed it do either.

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.3 DAYS AGO
