Happy Saturday Cherie Sisters 👯‍♀️ 💕 I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I have been loving cool toned eyeshadows lately. I think they are the perfect tones to wear during fall and winter time so I purchased my first Natasha Denona product and got the glam palette. I fell in love with the color story and can see myself reaching for this palette often. So far the eyeshadows feel so luxurious. They are pigmented and I can do a look with just one dip. They blend themselves too so doing a look isn’t too time consuming. NATASHA DENONA - Glam Eyeshadow Palette
When I saw that Colourpop announced their That’s Taupe collection, I knew I had to get the eye palette because it looked very similar to my glam palette. I wanted to do a comparison so you guys can decide if you need to spend $65 for the Natasha Denona one. So far these are up to par with Colourpop quality. The eyeshadows are pigmented and they included a couple super shock formula on the palette. These are great quality for the price. #Colourpop - That’s Taupe[products]# So the Colourpop palette isn’t a complete dupe to the ND one, but there are some shades that are really similar to each other. Once blended on the eye, you can hardly tell the difference. The only difference between the two is the quality. The ND palette was pigmented after one dip and blended quickly. I had to dip 3-4x in the CP pan to match the pigmentation for the ND one. It also took time blending it out. Overall, the end results are the same, but it took half the time to work with the ND palette because it was much easier to work with. If cool-toned eyeshadows aren’t you your alley, but still want it on your collection, I say stick with CP. also if you don’t mind spending the extra time building up the color and blending then save the $51 difference. If you are someone who is looking for quality then definitely go for the glam palette. This will save you time and you won’t use as much product because it’s so pigmented. Do you prefer cool tones or warm tones? Xoxo, Francesca 💋

Are These 26$ Lashes Worth it?
Recently I went to Ulta and picked out some quality lashes with the intent that I could get at least 30 wears out of a single pair. I typically get the 5 pack of the ARDELL - Cluster Wispies Demi Wispies and I usually get 2 wears out of each pair- so 10 wears total for around 12$ ($1.20/wear) I picked up the BLINKING BEAUTÉ - Faux Mink Luxe Innovative Lashes for 26$. They have a cotton band that is extremely flexible which makes application so easy! They’re also light in weight and don’t give your eye lids that annoying heavy feeling. These are said to give you around 30 wears which would come out to around $0.87/wear. So cheap!! These are 1000% worth the cost, even if I only get 20 wears. I think I’ve officially converted to higher end lashes and will definitely be giving some other brands a try!! **these are the “Brill” lashes and they would be perfect for people with smaller eyes- they’re also great for a more natural look since they’re not overwhelmingly long and just provide some volume at the base of the lashes. What are your favorite high end lashes?? Eye Look Details NATASHA DENONA - Glam Eyeshadow Palette essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara (lately I’ve been feeling like this formula has changed, it gets much more clumpy/thick on my lashes than in the past) MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner PAT McGRATH LABS - Backstage Eye-Con Kit

My Current Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes!
I have probably hundreds of eyeshadow palettes so a palette has to really “wow” me to use it on a regular basis. I’ve gotten better about wasting money on products that I’m not going to get a lot of use out of, but palettes have always been my weakness. These six palettes are my top 6 for 2020! First off, #6 goes to my VISEART - Solstice Petit Pro Eyeshadow Palette I absolutely love the Petit Pro series, and this little beauty is a perfect addition to my Apricotine palette from last year. Viseart shadows have been my favorite ever since I bought my first palette from them, and I get more use out of their palettes than any other brand! My #5 would have to be the NATASHA DENONA - Bronze Eyeshadow Palette I am obsessed with it’s gorgeous bronzey color story, and the metallic sun this beauty are beyond stunning. My only. complaint is that I wish it had more matte shades, but I’ve learned to work with the few that it has. This was definitely my most-used palette this past summer! My #4 palette would have to be my Too Faced - Born This Way The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette When I saw the first promo photos I wasn’t really a fan of the layout, but once I bought it and started using it I totally fell in love. The layout actually makes it super easy to create a quick look and I love that it has such an even mixture of mattes and shimmers. The color story is gorgeous and I think the quality of the shadows is incredible compared to some of their other palettes. It’s most definitely my favorite Too Faced palette of all time. My #3 palette is my VISEART - Midsommer Petit Pro Eyeshadow Palette I love cool tones so much, especially pinky cool tones, so this little beauty is a dream. The color story is so beautiful and I love how travel friendly the Viseart Petit Pro and Edit palettes are! I can’t wait to see what other additions they have in store for both series. My #2 palette is my NATASHA DENONA - Glam Eyeshadow Palette Once again, I am obsessed with my cool tones and this beauty has the prettiest gray toned cool shadows ever! The metallic shades are absolutely stunning, and I love using this palette to create a cool smokey eye. I haven’t been able to put it down since I picked it up. I’m also blown away with the quality of every shade. Last, but most definitely not least, my #1 eyeshadow palette is my VISEART - Paris EDIT Eye Shadow Palette I could use this palette for the rest of my life and be fine. This palette has the prettiest variety of shadows, and the shimmer and metallic shades are beyond breathtaking. The blue shade on the bottom left hand corner is probably my all-time favorite shadow. I love using it to add depth to my outer V when I create an eye look and the lighter shimmers open up my eyes in the most beautiful way. It’s such a beautiful palette! #BeautyWithoutBarriers #CheriePartner

Jeffree Star Cremated Palette Dupe?
Jeffree Star Cremated Palette Dupe?
I like Jeffree Star’s new released Cremated palette. The colors are unique and it’s something I don’t have in my collection. However, for personal reasons, I don’t support Jeffree Star. Apparently Colourpop’s “Blowin’ Smoke/ Smoke Show” palette is pretty similar. So I’m actually not sure if it IS a dupe because I don’t have the J* palette to compare it to, but the looks that the YouTubers are going for looks pretty similar in my opinion. I LOVE this palette. It is something that is actually out of my comfort zone but I wanted to do something new. It is 12 dollars and the quality is pretty good for the price. The shade “star struck” is so bright and pigmented. I think that shade alone is worth $12. What do you think? Do you own this palette? Or J*’s palette? Is it similar? Xoxo, Francesca

Is it just me or UD’s naked heat palette is a little too monotonous? I attempted so many looks and it all seem to turn in to this one huge burnt orange/sienna glob. Don’t get me wrong, I love my naked heat but sometimes I feel like it just needs a pop from other palettes I added Colourpop’s “Starstruck” shade from the Smoke Show palette in my inner lid and it definitely transformed! I love both of these palettes

Elf eyeshadows have always been hit or miss for me, but I’ve struck gold with the e.l.f. - Bite Size Eyeshadow Palette . I’m actually super impressed with how these shadows performed. Blendable, pigmented and the shimmers are actually impactful. I’ll definitely be picking up more, especially at the price point of $3.🔥🔥🔥 And yes, I did a full face of makeup to just lounge around the house.

URBAN DECAY - Born to Run Eyeshadow Palette This eye shadow palette is a great range of colors to play with. I just wanted to share two looks that I had created with the palette. The formula and quality of the eyeshadows are nice. They blend well and apply nicely onto the lids! For the first look I applied Radio (a metallic royal blue color) and lined my eyes with Good as Gone (a matte chocolate brown color). For the second look I used Good as Gone for the crease and for the Lid I used Smog (metallic Rusty Orange color). Then I had lined my eyes with Jet (Matte black color). Hope this inspires someone! 🎨🌈

My Go-To eyeshadow palette!
My Go-To eyeshadow palette!
#ad #cheriepartner #beautywithoutbarriers Hey everyone! I thought I’d talk a bit about my favourite eyeshadow palette! It’s the Anastasia Beverly Hills soft glam palette. It’s the one I use and recommend the most (and I own a lot of eyeshadow palettes 😂) I tend to do my signiture brown eyeshadow look constantly with the softer warmer toned colours. This palette is so versatile- you can create natural looks, wedding makeup looks, smokey looks and sultry looks all with this one palette. It definitely is a staple for your makeup collection! It’s got all the colours you need to do a pretty eye look with and go out to hit the town! I used to love the Anastasia Beverly Hills modern renaissance palette which is also amazing- but I find it has more brown tones and natural colours to work with. I also purchased the subculture palette but found this one didn’t quite work for me as the shades were much harder to blend and would almost go patchy (a lot of people have this one not so good reviews). The palette retails for $86NZD from my favourite makeup store- Mecca Maxima. It may seem a little pricey, but having one amazing eyeshadow palette is all you need! And despite having hundreds of products in my collection, I always tend to go for the same things that I’m comfortable and confident in using! All the shades are super pigmented and blend easily on the eyes. There’s 5 shimmer/metallic shades and 9 matte shades- the perfect combo that compliment each other well. The shades don’t go on patchy or stain the skin at all. Swatches even come off easily with a bit of warm water and hand soap! Eyeshadows that blend well and that go on in one swipe is a must if you want to create a beautiful makeup look that’ll wear all day. I love the packaging of the palette too- it’s simple but classy, isn’t too big or hunky so perfect for travel, it has a mirror inside which I use when I go away and it comes with a double sided makeup brush which is actually really good quality! I could achieve a whole eye makeup look with this brush alone. The shades I wear the most are ‘burnt orange’ for the crease (it’s the only shade I’ve hit pan on!) It’s the perfect tone for the crease and the lower lash line. Then I use ‘rustic’ in the outer corner and the far lower lash line. I use the shade ‘tempera’ on my brow bone and will put the shade ‘glistening’ in my inner corner. I will also use my finger to apply ‘bronze’ in the centre of my eyelids. Using your finger makes the shades go on more pigmented and appear brighter. Let me know if you like this palette or if you’re willing to give it a go! 😍 ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette
