Blondes Have More Fun But...

...Brunettes remember it the next day? I am glad to be back to my roots (literally). I have been highlighting my hair and doing balayage for years. However, during this uncertain times I wanted to keep my hair more low maintenance. Salons keep closing and re-opening and there’s no way I could keep up with my balayage. With lowlights, I don’t have to go back to the salon every 12 weeks and my roots will blend better once my hair grows. I haven’t been brunette for a long time and I’m enjoying it. ...also I feel smarter. 🤣🤦‍♀️ So for my hair, I got partial highlights to break up my roots then low lights to darken the whole head. My hair was toned with Redken Shades Color Gloss in 6 GB and Redken chromatically in 6NA REDKEN - Chromatics Prismatic Hair Color *DISCLAIMER* I’m not a hair professional so please take this post with a grain of salt Xoxo, Francesca 💋

How I Finally Achieved Glass Skin ✨
Hi Cherie Fam 🍒 I have been wanting Benefit’s new highlighter called cookie 🍪 but can’t justify spending $30 on a highlighter. I already have a drawer full of them and most highlighters look the same once applied to the skin. However, an opportunity to purchase dropped on my lap and I didn’t hesitate. One day I was window shopping on Ulta and saw that Benefit was having a sale on one of their face palettes. This palette comes with the Hoola bronzer (a classic and a must-have), 3 blush shades and it comes with the cookie highlighter! This palette contains 5 full sized products and it also comes with a brush. It is a $150 value, but retails for $60. I got this baby on sale for $36 USD. The cookie highlighter it self was $30 and this came with the Hoola bronzer and 3 blushes I’ve been wanting to try. I use this face palette on my no makeup makeup days. I only wear a setting powder and use a blush. I mix Sugar Bomb and Georgia 🍑. These blushes are not pigmented. They are almost sheer, but buildable...this is the formula that I want when it comes to no make up makeup look. The cookie 🍪 highlighter is the star of the show. I love the buttery formula and it really blends to the skin perfectly. It gives me a glassy skin look rather than a glitter and blinding look. No highlighter I own so far has been able to give me a glass skin look. I am so glad I got the face palette on sale! benefit - Benefit Cheek Stars Reunion Tour Full Size Palette Unfortunately, I don’t think this palette is on sale anymore. However, I still think it’s worth it. If you are looking for a bronzer and been wanting to try Hoola or any of the blushes in this palette, I think $60 is a fair price. Cookie 🍪 can be sold separately if you’re not interested in any of the shades in the face palette benefit - Cookie Powder Highlighter I found my new favorite highlighter 🥰✨ What tricks do you use to achieve the glass skin look? Xoxo, Francesca 💋

Feelin’ Blue ❄️
...during this winter Hey Cherie Fam 🍒 I played with one of my favorite palettes of all time which is the MORPHE - Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow PaletteI have literally made so many looks with this palette and after all this time I still reach for it often. I wanted to do an icy winter blue look so I played with the jada and pool side. The jada shade, which is the teal shade is soooo pigmented! It wasn’t chalky at all and applied evenly. For this look, I used: •creamsicle and butter with a fluffy brush as a transition shade •hunts on the crease just below the transition shade •I cut my crease with P.Louise eyeshadow base in shade rumour 2 •I applied jada all over the lid then topped it with poolside •I used creamsicle and butter on the lower lash then applied hunts on the outer lower lash. I applied jada close to the lash line •I used NYX retractable liner in white to brighten up the eyes •enlight on the inner corner and brow bone •mascara then falsies. I used HOL in Temptress Wispy Maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to do a full blown eyeshadow look 💙 Xoxo, Francesca 💋

Fenty Gloss Dupes for only $6.99!!
Ive been seeing these glosses around on Instagram a lot and heard they were a great dupe for the Fenty Gloss Bombs- and at $6.99 9per gloss, I couldnt help but purchase 4 different colors to try out. I am a Fenty Gloss FANATIC...I LOVE them so much, theyre definitley my favorite lip glosses. The texture, packaging, smell + colors are amazing. But, they are $19...which I personally think is kind of expensive for lip gloss. I honestly hate spending that much on glosses when most glosses perform pretty similarly for less. These glosses are SOO similar to fenty glosses (at least in my opinion) the smell is similar, the colors (at least some of them) are pretty similar and the packaging is just as cute. But, the most important thing when it comes to gloss and why I LOVE fenty glosses as much as I do, is because of the texture..it’s perfect, not sticky at all! But these Maybeline glosses really give fenty a run for their money..like..for real. MAYBELLINE - Lifter Gloss With Hyaluronic Acid Here’s the shade dupe guide: Moon = Fu$$y Topaz= Fenty Glow Pearl =Diamond Milk Crystal - Hot Chocolit Silk = $weetmouth Disclaimer: these shades aren’t EXACTLY the same but they are pretty similar! Moon + Fu$$y are IDENTICAL imo I def will be splurging on my fenty glosses still LOL but these glosses really are amazing and the shade range is really pretty + I will definitely be trying every single shade

Natural + Dewy Beat Using New Products 💖🤩🥰
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒 Happy new year all! I decided to do a natural and dewy makeup for my first look of 2021...and by natural I mean no lashes and no crazy and dramatic eyeshadow. For some this may be dramatic so it depends how you define “natural”. ...and by new products I mean new to me. Sorry that the tittle is a little click-baity 😳🥺 I got new products that I’ve been trying and loving lately. For DRUGSTORE PRODUCTS, I used: • MAYBELLINE - Lifter Gloss With Hyaluronic Acid I am wearing the shade petal and omfg I am never spending $$$ on fenty again because this is the exact same dupe. Formula feels the same and smells the same •wet n wild - MegaGlo Blushlighter I love this product, however I don’t think this is a “blush”. I thought the pink side was a blush but it’s as sheer and as shimmery as the highlighter. On the plus side, this is helping me GLOW and look dewy af. I got the shade “I Met Someone” •e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer I talked about this primer so many times and it’s so worth the $8! I don’t even use my high end primers anymore •e.l.f. - Instant Lift Brow Pencil I ran out of my HG brow pencil (Benefit Precisely my Brow) and tried this. It’s so creamy and the quality is so good. Did I mention it’s $2 • essence - Volume Booster Lash Primer I bought this after@madisonnoonsposted about it. I used L’Oréal primer but this is much cheaper and better •NYX - NYX Retractable Eyeliner I used to love Colourpop liners but they break easily on me. This has a much creamier and sturdy formula. I use the nude and white shade HIGH-END PRODUCTS •ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Micro-Stroking Detailing Brow Pen I got the shade in dark brown and I prefer this much more than benefit’s microfilling pen. It’s much more precise and easier to use •ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - ANASTASIA Beverly Hills Pro Pencil You don’t need this. You can use concealer to clean up your brows but this makes it much easier and faster. I caught ABH’s 2 for 30 deal otherwise I wouldn’t repurchase •NATASHA DENONA - Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette My current favorite 🤩 I have been using this and it’s perfect for an everyday look. The formula is amazing! I would invest if they had a bigger palette By the way shout out to @cheriefor my merch 🥰 the sweater is so comfy and I love the hat! I truly am proud to be a #CherieCreator Xoxo, Francesca 💋

$25 v. $3 // Natasha Denona or elf. DUPE? 🤔
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒 I recently bought some Natasha Denona mini palettes and I realized that my mini nude looks eerily similar to one of my ELF bite sized eyeshadows. The closest shades I can find it similar too is the cream & sugar quad. The packaging and the shades look so similar that I decided to see if they are a dupe! From the swatches, you can see that they are somewhat similar. Not all shades are a dupe of each other but the shades that I found to be really similar are bronzage and soil from the ND palette. The rest are close enough, but not identical. You can see from the swatches that the shade lumino is much more pigmented than its ELF counter part. I only swatched lumino once and swatched ELF about 4-5x and it’s still showing up very sheer. The shade quoin is much is a true bronze and the elf counter part is much warmer. The quality between the palettes are night and day. ND feels so smooth, velvety, creamy and much more pigmented than ELF. I wouldn’t say this is a dupe. However, I think both shadows are close enough that you can create similar looks. I don’t think you need to spend $25 on the ND mini palette to get a nice nude look. ND has 5 shades but the pan sizes are much more smaller. If you are looking to splurge and want more quality then I highly recommend it. However, you can get the same end result with ELF. I really like ELF’s bite size shadows. I think the quality is amazing for $3! I hope you enjoyed this post! Follow me fore more high end vs drug store comparisons Xoxo, Francesca 💋

I never thought I would wear yellow eyeshadow...like EVER, but I HAD to try Colourpop’s “uh-huh honey” palette. At first I thought it was a dupe for UD’s naked honey palette, but I compared both and this is a true yellow eyeshadow while UD is more of a bronze gold/honey toned. 2 palettes are completely different. This look is super simple. I only used 2 brushes (Sigma E35 and E27) and 5 eyeshadows. I used: On beehave (transition and lower lash line) Stinger (crease ) Buzz kill (inner+ outer lid, lower lash line) Sunburst (mid lid) Palooza (mid lid on top of sunburst) Colourpop bff liner in “grande” I have Kylie’s lip gloss in “literally” This is a beautiful palette and it is subtle enough to be used for an everyday soft summer glam. What do you think of yellow eyeshadows? Francesca

My favourite all-in-one palette I got in the UK 💗
My favourite all-in-one palette I got in the UK 💗
All in one palette are a great way to have a few of your favourite products or shades in one place. The product I will be reviewing today is the N07 Highlighting palette that I was given for Christmas and is limited edition priced around £10 so be sure to check them out around Christmas as they will be sure to release another similar product. The set includes three shades. One off white shade, baby pink and a rose pink. I would recommend this product for the fairer toned complexion as the shades are so light. The product is exceptionally buildable, which is perfect as it can be so easy to go overboard with blusher and highlight. The pigmentation is most reliable on the off white and rose-pink shades. I notice I often receive compliments from friends who see when I wear these shades. The baby pink, however, is still a great shade though I find it sometimes blends into my skin tone a little too much. Additionally, the product long-lasting and does not smudge, fall or form a strange texture on my skin. This, I believe, is due to the creamy texture of the product, which can blend easily into your foundation. Upon application, it appears like a powder; however, to touch, it feels quite creamy.  As all the shades are shimmery, this may not work for those who prefer a matte finish.   Overall, for the price of the product and the shades included within the set, I believe it is excellent value for money and the perfect travel product. I would recommend trying out some NO7 products if you have the chance. Boots also offer lots of vouchers for this brand which makes it even easier to put it to the test.

Summer Glam Tutorial w/ Morphe X MannyMUA
Summer Glam Tutorial w/ Morphe X MannyMUA
✨SWIPE RIGHT FOR SWATCHES✨ This is my first eye tutorial so please bare with me 🤪 This is a super easy look. I only used 3 brushes. I used Morphe X JH32 for the crease, JH41 for lower lash and JH39 on the inner corner and brow bone. For the eye shadows, I used: -Sophie (transition) -Spell bound (crease) -Gamenta (crease layer) -Howl (outer corner and lower lash) -Aries (all over lid and lower lash) -Nova (inner corner +brow bone highlight. Also used as cheek highlighter) I am actually surprised by this palette. I didn’t expect much from it because it is Morphe and these didn’t swatch well. Morphe is also a hit or miss for me, but all shadows blended well. It is not the most pigmented, but it is buildable. Aries is a beautiful shade and my favorite out of all the shades in the palette. For 20 USD, the shadows perform well and I like how there are 2 highlighter shades. The highlighters isn’t the most blinding, but perfect for a subtle everyday look MORPHE - Morphe X Manny MUA Glam Palette

hello everyone! today i am reviewing the heavy metal glitter liner from urban decay! i love glitter and ive never bought anything from urban decay before some i am going into this with an open mind! first of all, this product is quite expensive at $21. its not a ton either, its only 0.25 oz. so, its pretty small. i do like the applicator. its a very small brush that picks up only a little at a time so you can be precise. it is a little difficult to get a lot out of the bottle if thats what you want❤️ the glitter itself is very beautiful yet a little patchy to apply. its a little frustrating and it almost looks a little clear unless light it shining directly on the glitter. i think this may be because of the color i got. maybe i just need to use more 😐 either way, it lasts all day and is very gorgeous, so im still giving it four stars!! lemme know what u think! dont forget to follow and like❤️ URBAN DECAY - Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner (im also very wearing COLOURPOP - In a Trance Shadow Palette , COLOURPOP - Colourpop Super Shock Shadow , e.l.f. - Intense Ink Eyeliner , L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Original Mascara )
