I love smelling like natural flowers. Its my favorite scent.so I tired this out , the scent is subtle but the peony/salt mixture is so crisp and smells beautiful without being overpowering. This lathers niceeely. I lather up my loofah with it and go to town in the shower. THIS IS NOT A MOISTURIZING BODY SOAP. it gives me the skin feel for irish bar soap but not as drying if that makes sense. Basically...It REALLY CLEANS YOU. This gel enriched with organic essential oils of ginger and lavender, which are known to help us relax and well, Calm Down. š It is all natural and made with only eight simple ingredients and is completely free of parabens or anything toxic. My thoughts: First thing I noticed was the scent. It smells so fresh and nice. Nothing too overpowering. It cleanses the skin without drying it out. I find it very moisturizing. Which is a treat for me during winter. I love anything with lavender because it helps me to relax, so this will become a staple in my PM routine. Needless to say Iāve been enjoying it quite a lot!

Thoughts
Iād expect Dove body wash to be heavy and creamy but I was wrong! I love the scent, no doubt! But itās not often for me to encounter refreshing Sakura scent that usually associated with sweet scented products. .
Overall, I really do like it and definitely will be purchasing for myself.

A blend of oils and water as the soap base, infused with rosemary and peppermint essential oils and spirulina make for a very fresh, cooling scent and wash.
Green Tea & Lemongrassš:
A blend of oils and water, infused with green tea, matcha powder and lemongrass essential oil (last ingredient) make for a very soft, hydrating lather and gentle, clean smell.
These soaps smell delectable, and both have very concise ingredients lists.š They lather a little bit - less than traditional drug store soap bars, due to the lack of lathering agents and detergents - and produce a very soft, velvety, hydrating lather. While I opt for shower gel and a loofah in the shower, I prefer a bar of soap to clean up in the bath and these have been lovely! They are completely non-drying, gentle, and definitely do their job of cleaning the skin. šFun fact: most "regular"/mass produced bar soap contains animal fat šš as a main ingredient (tallow, sodium tallowate... I'm looking at you Dove bEaUtY bAr soap)
Relaxing night shower!
I loved every bit of this body wash. Small amount goes a long way. It has a nice ginger scent to it which is not over powering. The scent did a really good job at taking away all the stress at the end of the day and helped in getting that immediate relaxed feeling. O would definitely repurchase this product. This bottle lasted with over 3 months and I guess that is money well spent. It comes in two sizes. There is a smaller size which costs $7 and the bigger one (this one) cost $18. The is the BEST bubble bath/body wash. Since this brand is known for use with babies itās really soft and smooth, has the yummiest smell and works amazingly!
I absolutely love using this as a body wash or as a bubble bath and it really hydrated and softens my skin.

One of my favorite bath products of 2019 was the PLANT APOTHECARY - Calm Down Body Wash I have the pleasure of trying minis from the brand which spiraled into me buying full sizes of the product. It has a really nice gel consistency that lathers really well. A little goes a really long way! If you like more herbal smells youāre really going to like these. This one smells more like lavender which is really relaxing after a long day. It smooths over the skin and just envelops you in the scent. It doesnāt strip the skin either. Iāve never come out of the shower feeling like I /needed lotion after using this (though I still would just in general!) Iād recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good body wash! For their organic ingredients and wonderful smell I think itās completely worth it.
