Best & Worst⁉⁉ My Personal Ranking of 4 Hyped B5 Products...
Vitamin B5 helps keep skin soft, smooth and healthy. It has an anti-inflammatory effect that can help stimulate your skin's healing processes. I have combo skin and I've tried 4 hyped B5 products. Here is my personal ranking of them: 1⃣LA ROCHE-POSAY Baume B5 2⃣SKINCEUTICALS Hydrating B5 Gel 3⃣The Ordinary B5 4⃣LA ROCHE-POSAY Serum B5 The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 $6.8 for 30ml This is an amazing product at an inciting price tag. You really can't go wrong with $6.00 for this goodness. It has a sticky consistency with no scent. When you rub it into your skin, it suds up a bit. After a moment it seeps into the skin. Another thing to note is that it peeled under my sunscreen and makeup products, so I just used it in the evening. LA ROCHE-POSAY - Hyalu B5 Pure Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum $30 for 30ml The one major flaw in this product is the fragrance. It is a heavily perfumed scent that takes a long time to disappear and its not suitable for sensitive skin. The texture is sticky but it didn't ball up on my face. It seemed to absorb slowly, which means I had to wait along time to apply moisturizer over top. It may have worked to leave my skin hydrated but I will not repurchase it for the texture and fragrance. SKINCEUTICALS - Hydrating B5 Gel $83 for 30ml The price is kinda steep but you get what you pay for! The texture is silky and a little goes a long way. And it didn't ball up at all. It keeps the skin hydrated and plump. Although the product is pricey, it lasts for a long time and does the job, thus it is worth it. LA ROCHE-POSAY - Cicaplast Baume B5 for Dry Skin Irritations $15 for 40ml This is my holy grail irritated skin rescue product! When I suffered from sensitive skin conditions or went too hard on the retinol, it works well to speed up the skin recovery process and moisturize dry patches. My skin even gets sting when I apply La mer, but this balum helps so much to reduce the irritation and soothe the healing skin. I HIGHLY recommend for any irritated skin that needs quick healing. If you have any questions or suggestions hmu 😘💖‼️

The dangers of this popular clay!
First I’ll give you some background info on my skin: I have combination to oily skin with quite a few constant breakouts if I’m not properly caring for my skin. I haven’t had any bad reactions to any skincare product before (aside from some products dehydrating my skin) Pros of this product: Honestly the only pro I can think of for this product (in my experience) is the price. $13 and it would last a very long time considering it only took about half a tablespoon to do my nose, cheeks, and a patch test on my arm (with some left over!) I’ve heard other people speak amazing things about this product and most people don’t react the way I do so if you’re interested in buying I would say to go for it especially considering you aren’t losing much money if it ends up reacting the way it did on me. CONS: Before I used this product I decided to do a patch test on my forearm to see if I would have any reaction. As you can see on the second picture I attached above, I saw little to no redness on my arm after I took off the clay so I decided to try it on my face. Big mistake 😬. At about the 10 minute mark I started to feel the pulsing in my face (which I’ve heard is normal) and I decided to take it off at the 15 minute mark as it looked dry. I walked passed my mom and she said something about me looking crazy which made me laugh. The second my face moved to laugh I felt a painful burning in my cheeks and nose so I made my way to the bathroom to try and wash it off, OUCH! I felt like my skin was being peeled off and the burning sensation only got worse. Tip if you’re ever in this situation: the only way I could remove it without being brought to tears was taking a towel, soaking the corner with cold water and gently pressing it against my face to soften the clay, then after a few minutes I would GENTLY wipe my face with the wet towel to get the product off. Once that painful mess was finally over I looked up into the mirror and was shocked to see extreme redness that perfectly outlined where I had the product. This redness lasted for AN HOUR! Final thoughts: I will definitely not be using this product again. It also worries me that nothing came up on the patch test but I reacted so severely on my face (if there’s a better place to do a patch test please let me know!) AZTEC SECRET - Indian Healing Clay A few extra things that people have been asking: 1. I don’t consider my skin sensitive AT ALL (I’ve never had a reaction to anything) and that’s why I chose to put it on for 15 minutes. (The instructions say 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin and 15-20 minutes for normal skin) 2. I mixed and applied the mask using a plastic spoon and styrofoam bowl 3. I KNOW REDNESS IS NORMAL, but extreme pain is not

Kiehl’s - Extreme hair growth
If you clicked on this post, you are probably suffering from thinning hair or you know someone who have thinning hair or you might be kind of freaking out that you might be losing your hair. No worries, let me share my hair growth story and products that helps me with my concerns. I have a bit thin hair around my hairline that shows through whenever my hair gets longer when I put it back in a bun or pony tail, people can actually kind of see my scalp which is always depressing. Especially when I see myself in a picture, that area specifically catches all my attention. Kiehl's - Amino Acid Shampoo According to dermatologist, this shampoo actually works very well for hair growth especially for people who has alopecia (which is genetical). I do have a friend who have used this system and her hair grew back. I used to have thick hair when I was in high school. I suffered terrible hair loss in my last year of college and it suddenly became an issue for me. I tried this system because of my friend and it works well for me. The effect was not immediate but I do see a lot of regrowth on my hairlines. Kiehl's - Amino Acid Conditioner I didn’t noticed much in the first month of trying it, but I got this one on discount in a Duo, so I decided to use it up before buying new ones. It was about 6 months, I started to get compliment on my hair after continuously using this product. I came to notice that my hair does look completely different than last year. It was shiny, full, and glory. I also feel that my scalp is healthier. I believe this products is one of the lines that does what it says. I agree it is a little bit expensive, but that’s because they put in all of the right ingredients to help you have thicker and more luscious hair.

How I regrew my hair back with the tips I learned over the past four years...
I've started losing my hair since high school, which has been quite painful for me for years. I've tried nearly all the methods I could find on the Internet, magazines and so on but the truth is that most of them don't actually work for me. After trying so many hair growth "tips", I finally got my hair back! I'll list the tips that are actually helpful to me, so you don't need to waste your time on the useless ones: 🌟Massage scalp with hair serums or hair oils Many of those who have bought hair growth serums or hair oils like to complain that these hair growth products or hair thickening treatments don't work at all, and I used to be one of them until I found that It's the way I apply these products hat makes them less effective! Don't just simply drop your hair treatments and then rub them your two seconds. You need to use a scalp massager or brush such as BOUCLÈME - Scalp Massager to gently let your scalp absorb them, which helps hair follicles remain active. I normally massage my scalp for at least 5 minutes before I go to bed. My favorite hair growth serum is GROW GORGEOUS - Hair Density Serum Intense in case you are interested. 🌟Take vitamin supplements Vitamins are the key for hair regrowth: Vitamin A promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp; vitamin E helps blood circulation to maintain the productivity of hair follicles. My doctor advised me to take some vitamin supplements daily. At first, I thought it was nothing but a waste of money, but I noticed a difference that some newly grown babies were growing on my hairline after taking DL.MD - Liquid Multi-Vitamin Supplement for one month! 🌟Stick with mild hair care products Keeping hair and scalp clean is necessary, but steer away from the strongly detoxing ones as these strongly purifying shampoos overly exfoliate your scalp and will harm your hair follicles. By using gentle shampoos and conditioners like Anne Semonin - Memoires D'ete Gentle Shampoo and Neutrogena - Healthy Scalp Gentle & Soft Conditioner with Micellar Water, you are lowering the risk of infections and sensitive scalp that may lead to hair breakage or loss. 🌟Carefully using the wig clips I used my lace front wig sometimes to cover my bald spots on my scalp during the period that I suffered from the severe hair fall. The lace front wig usually has clips added for steady holding. If you are using a wig, don't constantly put the clips of your wig in one area of your head, as the clip can tug at your real hair. Also, don't pull at the wig or yank get it as these actions harm your scalp and aggravate hair loss. But don't get me wrong! I'm not saying that you need to avoid wigs, but you'd better be careful with them! Very quickly, I used to feel depressed and shamed for my hair loss, especially when I was a teenager, and I guess there must be someone who is still going through something similar. Having wresting with the hair fall for about four years, I gradually learned how to accept my hair fall and reacquired my confidence. It's not something self-inflicted, and some so many women are having the same problems! Take your time, keep your head up, and follow those really helpful hair tips, you won't be troubled by the hair fall for sure! Love you guys lots xx!
