The only hair line you need
I'm very fortunate to have found and tried Authentic Beauty Concept. Aside from being a certified vegan product and free from all the garbage you don't want in your hair produtcs, it helps me keep my long hair clean, strong, and frizz-free! First, let me tell you about my hair. It is THICK! My strands are very fine, but I have a lot of them. My hair is slightly wavy naturally. I also have a history of coloring and bleaching my hair. I'm quite fussy about shampoo because I really need it to clean my hair well (I wash it every other day), and it can't leave any residue or buildup behind because I need all the volume I can get. The shampoo and conditioner from AB checks all my boxes, and really can't imagine using anything else now! The bottle is a beautiful muted pink. What I love the most about the container is how the product comes out. There is a small hole that you squeeze product from, so the days of wasted globs of shampoo are over! The formula has a wonderful, but strong scent. I would describe it as something between incense and earthy. The lather is wonderful - It is very thick, creamy, and super foamy. It feels luxurious when I work it through my hair. You don't need a ton of products, as a little really goes a long way with these formulas. I'm in month 7 of use, and I absolutely love it. On top of the fantastic shine, my hair is looking vibrant and glowy

An ingredient I never thought I needed in my fac
Let's talk Amino Acids for a second. Amino acids are the building blocks that make up proteins and have a role in virtually all the biological processes that occur in our bodies. Here are some of the benefuts of Amino Acids for skin - 1. Build Collagen 2. Reduce Inflammation 3. Protects the skin via antioxidants 4. Increase water retention 5. Hydrates the skin 6. Smooth fine lines Essential amino acids must be retained through diet - they are vital components in making our bodies work, so it is beneficial that they are vital for us on a skin level, too. I've been using the Purify cleanser by Three Ships Aloe + Amino Acid Cleanser for about 6 months now and as you can tell in this picture I use it until the very last drop. This one has a blend of 10 different amino acids which are naturally present in skin. I love the subtle scent of the aloe vera and cucumber extract.

There’s something about having our nails done that just makes us feel better about life, amiright? When you get a glimpse at your perfectly-polished finger nails as they scroll on a smartphone, or tap on your keyboard. It’s a mindset. But, depending on the products used, you can be exposed to some questionable ingredients that are often found in standard nail products. Not everyone is going to have a perfectly clean beauty routine—and that's OK. However, one way that you can improve your overall beauty habits is by moving toward natural nails. I leave my manicure up to the professionals but I always bring my own bottle of non-toxic polish to any nail salon. My absolute favorite brand and color is from Static Nails called “Barely There” - I like it because it lasts longer than normal polish • you can purchase it on their website • easy, everyday nail polish color • very similar to cult-fave color “bubble bath” by OPI
Vitamin C for skincare
If you're looking for a skin care active that offers a plethora of skin-healthy traits, vitamin C is one of your best bets. Not only does it offer quick, superficial benefits (like brightening), but it improves skin cell function at the cellular level. Not only do I eat a lot of foods packed with vitamin C I also want to put it on the surface of my skin. The one that's most likely to get your attention is vitamin C's role in collagen production. It doesn't just stimulate collagen production; it stabilizes the collagen you have, leading to overall wrinkle reduction. The general skin care rule is prevention by day and repair by night - yet vitamin C falls under both categories! So you can wear it in the morning for an insane glow over sunblock or wear it at night. I love this one from One Love Organics Botanical C Moisturizing Facial Serum, because it's plant powered formula uses two potent sources of Vitamin C, synergistic C boosters – organic green tea and Vitamin E. The formula is so nourishing and feels like a warm hug on your face. I always wake up looking radiant, and have a more even-toned complexion.
The best eye cream under 25$
I stumbled upon this eye cream while roaming around in Venice. I never heard of this brand before but when I walked into a cute little store that carried organic skincare, ofc I was instantly intrigued. Last year I started my journey in incorporating clean make-up and eye cream was the last product that I had managed to switch over just because I haven’t found anything that I loved. I’m a huge advocate that the best skincare routine anyone can have is a proper diet, proper water intake, sun exposure, quality sleep and regulating your hormones. That being said, no eye cream in the market is going to remove dark circles and get rid of eye wrinkles. I really love living libations eye cream because it feels super hydrating. I’ve gone through so many eye creams in my life thus far and I gotta say these thick, rich and luxurious cream is the best one ever. The best part is that it uses the cleanest of ingredients like avocado oil, jojoba, shea, rose water, and aloe vera. I wear it during the day because it’s light enough to wear under make-up and in my nighttime skincare routine!
I’m obsessed with face oil. I just love to look like a juicy dumpling - dewy and oily. I’ll use this after sunscreen (tinted sunscreen from Raw Elements) These are hydrating without feeling too heavy or gross. Always handcrafted in small batches, organic, no synthetic ingredients, and clean!
