Skin Care Journey
The start: In 3rd grade, I started having acne. I would scratch it and A COUPLE TIMES, it left big black spots on my forehead. Amazingly, it didn’t leave any scars. The whole time, i would scrub my face everyday with the Neutrogena - Acne Proofing Daily Scrub(2017). That didn’t help. I’d also dap benzoyl peroxide treatments on the spots, like the ZAPZYT - Acne Treatment Gel(2017). Same story untill the summer after 6th grade. I got interested inn K-Beauty and tried the APRILSKIN - Real Carrot Blemish Clear Serumand APRILSKIN - Carrot Blemish Cream(June 2020) every day. it was AMAZING. It helped stop my habit of scratching my face and it brightened my skin, the acne on my face (forehead and sides only) was controlled. After a couple weeks, (now late June 2020) I purchased dermalogica - Daily Microfoliant Exfoliatorand used that once a week. I also started using moisturizer, like Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel and BURT’S BEES - Daily Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin. Then, I started tretinonin and it wasn’t pretty. Excess oilliness, dryness, my skin kinda freaked out. and no results after 3 months. I’ve decided to stop using tretinonin and let my skin calm down. So far, I’ve gone back to my routine of cleansing with APRILSKIN - Carrot Blemish Creamat night and applying APRILSKIN - Real Carrot Blemish Clear Serumafter. In the morning, I wash my fave with water and put on PURITO - Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50+. That’s been doing wonders for me, so far now, I’ll sticking to it. Lesson: Don’t freak out your skin! Stick with the simple, tried and true routine.

HELP!! What actives should I be using?
I’m really struggling to figure out which actives I should be using... which means I’m not sticking to any one in particular, just jumping around from product to product whenever I feel like it. I know I need to be consistent, I just don’t know which one(s) to do. What would be the best to use/combine? Should I use one type in the AM with sunscreen and another at night? Currently I’m using - Softymo Deep Cleansing Oil to remove makeup CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin as face wash DERMA•E - All Sport Performance Face Sunscreen SPF 30 as sunscreen and I recently switched to CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion from the CeraVe cream in the tub. I also have CeraVe - Renewing SA Lotionbut I’m hesitant to use it with my other actives. Any advice is appreciated, I’m really struggling 🥺
OTC Epiduo Dupe Part 1
**Disclaimer: This post is not meant in place of medical advice. It's best to consult a dermatologist about skin concerns when possible. This is another long one, y'all. I've broken it up into two posts to allow adequate explanation, but please, PLEASE, stick around to read part 2. Failure to properly use the products mentioned can result in skin injury!! WHAT IS IT? For those who don't know, Epiduo is a topical acne medication available by prescription only. It's two active ingredients however, are available over the counter. Epiduo consists of a combination of 0.3% adapalene and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. While you won't find adapalene in that high of a concetraion over the counter, the lower concentration (0.1%) can be just as effective with less irritation. Benzoyl peroxide however, can be found in varying concentrations from 2.5% to 10% with the lower concentrations also being as effective as the higher. HOW DOES IT WORK? For the sake of brevity I'll just give you a brief rundown here. Adapalene adjusts the rate of skin cell turnover to regulate the process. In the case of acne, skin cell turnover is in overdrive. That means new skin cells are being produced while old skin cells are not being discarded properly. These old skin cells, along with sebum and bacteria, clog pores. The regulation of skin cell turnover prevents accumulation of all that gunk thereby keeping pores from being clogged. Adapalene is also renowned for it's anti-aging benefits, but that's another post 😉 Benzoyl peroxide (sometimes abbreviated BPO) penetrates the skin and is metabolized into benzoic acid and oxygen. The oxygen free radicals kill anaerobic bacteria. For a more in-depth look at BPO, see my last post! Together these ingredients prevent clogged pores and limit bacterial growth, addressing two of the main causes of acne. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU? It means that your local drug store can supply you with everything you need to get started with an (almost) prescription strength acne treatment. Here are some adapalene products to consider: DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Adapalene Gel .01% Topical Retinoid Acne Treatment CVS Health Adapalene Gel ACNE FREE - Adapalene Gel USP 15G proactiv - Adapalene Gel 0.1% Acne Treatment And here are some BPO products: Neutrogena - On-the-Spot Acne Treatment Neutrogena - Rapid Clear Stubborn Acne Spot Gel ZAPZYT - Acne Treatment Gel LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Duo (+) *Stores like Walmart, Target, and several drug stores have their own brands of BPO spot treatments which are typically comparable to name brands at competitive prices. *Make sure to check the concentration of BPO. In this instance, the lower the better. Stay tuned to find out how to use this hack and to hear about my product picks explained.
Carrot Blemish Cream Review‼️
APRILSKIN - Carrot Blemish Cream Part of having oily skin is to find products that aid in the control of sebum production, which also reduces the formation of acne. While the name of the cream speaks for itself, I was very impressed with the results. The main ingredient is the carrot seed oil and it’s derived from organic carrot. Carrot provides an excellent source of beta-carotene and antioxidants, which is why it is great for cellular regeneration for a firmer and brighter skin. On top of these properties, this cream also has niacinamide, a very well-known ingredient that helps with targeting acne while helping with hyperpigmentation. This cream is also equipt with peptides that help with skin’s moisture and elasticity, while being NON-COMEDOGENIC. If you have large pores (like moi) you don’t have to worry about this moisturizer clogging your pores at all. Being a non-comedogenic product also makes it pretty lightweight, so it spreads smoothly onto the face. Plus, the cream smells really nice! Highly recommend!

Achieving that Glow can’t just be Skincare
Hey Peeps 👋 I ❤️ skincare, I like refer to my skincare routines as SelfCare! but I also know the way to improve my combination complexion is through exercise 👣👣👣 and maintaining a good diet 👀. I do these posts sometimes ☺️ This October I’ve been walking 🚶🏽♀️ 60 km to support Mental Health Research. Only 20 km to go 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I like to get out whenever I can, it’s hot here in Australia 🇦🇺 we’re in Spring 🌞 I take my water bottle filled with: #Arbonne Essentials - Greens Balance[products]#[FiveStars] It contains spirulina, kale, artichoke, broccoli, spinach, alfalfa, barley grass, and wheat grass contain chlorophyll, and vitamins A, K and E. Reds like, pomegranate, cherry, red coffee bean and tomato provide antioxidants including vitamin C, flavonoids, and polyphenols. Yellows such as pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, papaya and mango contain vitamins A and C along with antioxidant bioflavonoids and alpha- and beta-carotene and Blues like blueberry, blackcurrant, purple sweet potato, and elderberry are sources of antioxidants, resveratrol and vitamin C. I add an #Arbonne Essentials - Energy Fizz Sticks[products]#[FiveStars] Guarana supports energy, Ginseng root helps support physical capacity and performance, Green tea and guarana provide naturally derived caffeine, Taurine, an amino acid, supports energy, Coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant and helps support energy. My photo is of me out there this morning and I love how my skin looks but I never leave without my cap and sunglasses. I use BANANA BOAT - Ultra Sport Sunscreen lotion broad spectrum, SPF 50 when going out. It’s rating is because of the sheen it leaves. It’s a wonderful sunscreen and my go to when at the beach 🏖 thanks to Cherie I’ve ordered PURITO - Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50+😃 I also do smoothies, todays was a Banana 🍌 Strawberry 🍓 and blueberry smoothie with Greek yoghurt. So while I love skincare, I’ve also started to improve my diet. I still eat Maccas, bacon and egg muffins are my fav and they’re not going anywhere but I also try and combat with vitamins and walking. I don’t run 🏃♀️ walkings my speed 😉 A plug for goli NUTRITION - Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies these are great for my digestion and have amazing superfood ingredients like pomegranate, beetroot, citrus 🍊, Vitamin b12, Vitamin b9 and pectin. Let me know if you have any questions by commenting below. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Have a wonderful day and get out there If you have time 😁 Jade
The Serum That Helped Me Control The Oil!!
I feel like I'm glowing in pictures and a oily mess in person!!! For years I have used every matte product on the market from setting sprays to serums. Nothing ever really worked, I was always super shiney by the end of the night especially if I had a full face of makeup!! Even not wearing makeup I would be oily by the end of the day. During quarantine my skin started breaking out really bad and I started using some new products and the first few I incorporated was NATURIUM - Niacinamide Serum 12% Plus Zinc 2% and NATURIUM - Niacinamide Gel Cream 5% NATURIUM - Niacinamide Gel Cream 5% . Serum during the day and incorporating the gel at night. All of a sudden my oily mess was getting under control. The setting sprays and matte foundations were able to do their job!!! I never wore sunscreen because it made me so oily and now I lather it daily and even use a moisturizing sunscreen PURITO - Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50+ . I even layer on NATURIUM - Vitamin C Face Oil in the mornings to keep me hydrated but niacinamide hasn't caused me any irritation or dry flaky skin. My skin has gone from oily to combination!!! My T zone is still slightly oily but under control. I feel like I look glowy in person and no longer this oily hott mess. Just a PS- Niacinamide does more than just control oil it can improve texture and dullness, sooth skin, strengthens the skin barrier and even improves hyperpigmentation. Would you consider adding niacinamide to your skin care routine?!
Maybe I need to update skin routine?
To start, I have never been to a dermatologist so I don’t have a professional opinion on what type of skin I have. In high school, I thought I had sensitive skin because it would react to changing weather and environments. And I I didn’t have a problem with acne but would get a pimple here and there. Now, I’m in my early 20s and this summer has caused me to question my skin. It’s been doing new things (thanks 2020 🙃). Now I don’t really know what kind of skin I have. My cheeks have an uneven skin tone and are bumpy with a few dry patches. My forehead has gotten a couple of pimples. My nose has a bumpy texture but I’ve always had that. I have dark eye circles and a couple of wrinkles (more than likely from staying up late/not enough sleep). I continue to use Burts Bees products I used in high school but I started trying new products last year. My best guess is that my skin type is dry. Current AM routine Cleanser: BURT’S BEES - Face Cleanser for Sensitive Skin or cold water Moisturizer: BURT’S BEES - Daily Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin Sunscreen: TULA SKINCARE - Daily Sunscreen Gel Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Current PM routine Cleanser: BURT’S BEES - Face Cleanser for Sensitive Skin Moisturizer: BURT’S BEES - Daily Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin Whenever I feel like: GOLDFADEN MD - Bright Eyes Dark Circle Radiance Complex Body Merry - Day to Night Eye Gel Twice a week in place of regular cleanser: GLOW RECIPE - Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser Every two weeks: JJ young - Pore Glow Mask I’m currently wanting to update my skincare routine to targeting dry skin instead of sensitive skin. I’m also wanting to address evening and smoothing skin tone and decreasing dark eye circles without causing breakouts. I’m also in search of an affordable daily sunscreen that isn’t greasy, doesn’t leave a white cast and has clean ingredients. The one I currently use contains avobenzone. I’m looking for a zinc oxide one. I’m also going to change my diet to incorporate more water and less dairy and sugar. Feel free to share any product or lifestyle recommendations that are budget-friendly (less than $50 for me). I would appreciate any advice. I’m also interested in clean beauty products. They don’t have to be absolutely clean but as natural as possible. Products that I’m currently considering for evening skin tone are: HONEST - Vitamin C Radiance Serum HONEST - Beauty Sleep Resurfacing Serum Glossier. - Super Glow Vitamin C + Magnesium Serum
Hello skin care junkies! My name is Rosie and my skin needs more than a bit of help. Above is my most recent Skin Journey picture. My skin has always been sensitive, and my face is combo (oily cheeks, dryish everywhere else). Currently, my morning routine is rinse with lukewarm water, moisturize with BURT’S BEES - Daily Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin, and then use CeraVe - Mineral Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30 for Face with Zinc Oxide. Nighttime routine is wash with CeraVe - Renewing SA Cleanser For Normal Skinand then apply CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion. This has helped my acne somewhat (am still working on not touching my face when stressed), but it’s skill there and so is my hyperpigmentation/acne scars. Furthermore, I’ve noticed that I frequently get razor burn/strawberry skin on my legs when I shave, and I do not know how to fix this. Please leave any comments for what you think may be helpful, I appreciate it all.

Guide to MEN'S Skincare! 🤎
The days of minimal skincare for men are over! The global market for skincare is expected to reach $189 billion globally by 2025 (statista.com). These companies are no longer missing out on the huge market that is expanded through men of all ages. Sisinternational Research also did studies that show men have a few preferences when it comes to skincare: easy to use products, leave no residue, and no strong scent. So, men's specific skincare products are ultimately completely unnecessary. They do have simple packaging and added cologne fragrances, but the ingredients do not differ in any positive way. Physiological differences between men and women's skin usually shows through larger pores, more oil production, and thicker overall skin. As I said before, it used to be seen as a feminine endeavor to go down the skincare aisle. Through more education and gender neutral marketing, people are picking up cleansers and moisturizers without the stigma. So, put down the 3-in-1 shampoo and face wash combo and try these suggestions out instead. CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin Great budget friendly option for most skin types. Using a foaming but non stripping wash can help keep it clean and hydrated. Krave - Kale-Lalu-yAHA Gentle exfoliant that works great to ease your way into a skincare routine. Use 1-2 weekly and increase over time. This can help with pesky ingrown hairs and irriation caused by facial hair. Do not use same day as shaving! dermalogica - Daily Microfoliant Exfoliator Physical exfoliant option if you prefer a scrub feeling that can be used before shaving. Use 2-3 weekly and assess skin's response. Only choose one exfoliant to use at a time. OLE HENRIKSEN - Truth Serum Optional vitamin C is a great way to brighten up and even the skin tone. Use every morning before SPF. Leaves no sticky feeling and sinks in nicely. LA ROCHE-POSAY - Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer UV SPF 30 Sunscreen is an absolute must for everyone! This packaging is clean and neutral, and a squeeze tube makes it easy to store in a shaving kit. Be sure to apply quite a bit and reapply throughout the day. Working at the spa, I got quite a few male clients for facials. Taking care of your skin at home or professionally is necessary no matter what. Do not be afraid to purchase the essentials: cleanser, exfoliant and SPF. After a while of getting your routine down, then you can add in extra products as needed for your specific skin type. It is time to squash societal norms surrounding men's hygiene and skincare! Who's with me?
My Adult Skincare
Hello all! I’m fairly new to the Cherie community and I’m loving all the tips and skincare products used to help others. At the beginning of this year closer to spring (March), my skin really broke out from the stress of facing a pandemic as an adult and my skin broke out immensely. So much so that I didn’t want to take photos of myself because my image is very important to me and I have grown up with acne since middle school where I didn’t like looking in the mirror that often. Recently my skin type has changed to dry/combo, I’d say that my T-zone, cheeks, and chin are slightly oily compared to when I was in high school. I’ve recently been following a few aestheticians to find my right skincare routine and I feel like I’m gradually getting there. I’ve stuck to this regimen since the end of summer 2019 and my face has changed, but after March, it drastically declined. I have seen positive results with the products I have been using for the last 3 months. I have very noticeable hyperpigmentation, discoloration, and dull skin. I have noticed some pilling that occurs with the alpha arbutin and niacinamide so I’m trying to figure out what products have silicone in it and to keep that out of my skincare in order for them to work together. I wish I did have a before photo, but this month has been good to my skin and I hope to continue sharing and learning with you all. ❤️ Morning Routine CeraVe - Hydrating Face Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin dermalogica - Daily Microfoliant Exfoliator TRULY - CBD Jelly Toning Solution *Recently purchased * The Ordinary - Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA KOPARI - Coconut Water Moisture Face Cream *Recently purchased * CeraVe - AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 Nighttime Routine BURT’S BEES - Cleansing Oil with Coconut & Argan Oils LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin *Recently purchased* HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Facial Toner The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% DERMA•E - Skin De-Stress Calming CBD Moisturizer ACURE - Brightening Night Cream The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil Weekly Routine I DEW CARE - Cake My Day Hydrating Sprinkle Wash-Off Mask The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution
Morning/Night Skincare Routine(Fungal Acne Safe)
Hi everyone!! I am 15 years old and had suffered from fungal acne. It took me awhile to find a routine that will keep my skin on check. I still get breakouts here and then but it’s not crazy. I have oily combination skin as well. Morning: Cleanser: Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser Toner: THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner Serum: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Moisturizer/Sunscreen: OLAY - Complete All Day UV Moisturizer SPF 15 Sensitive Skin Night: Double cleanse: GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Water JUICE BEAUTY - Blemish Clearing Cleanser Toner: THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner Serum: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Mositerizer: Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel Spot Treatment: Clearasil - Stubborn Acne Control 5in1 Spot Treatment Cream 2x a week I exfoliate with NOXZEMA - Anti Blemish Pads and every sundays I use the AZTEC SECRET - Indian Healing Clay to get all the gunk out before starting a new week
Tried and True
I have been using this moisturizer for years and have never had any complaints! It keeps my skin insanely hydrated even with weather changes! It never feels too heavy or sticky. It absorbs so nicely and works well with all my other skincare products! It is a great price for the amount you get in the container! I just absolutely love this product and have never come across anything that works better for my skin! I have tried both the normal water gel and the extra dry formula pictured but the extra dry works best in the winter time for me! Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel

𝙄 𝙆𝙉𝙊𝙒 𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙔𝙊𝙐’𝙍𝙀 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂: Honey, it’s been a long quarantine year, but it most definitely ain’t April. True, but with a good skincare routine, your skin can defy the seasons and bloom like a flower in April. APRILSKIN promises: High performance gentle skin solutions. Is it true? Well the first good thing I can say about both: i did not break out and I did not experience any irritation on my skin using either. Note: **𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙣𝙚-𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙜𝙞𝙧𝙡** APRILSKIN - Real Calendula Peel Off Pack 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙂𝙊𝙊𝘿: 🌼Product goes on clear with dissolving calendula petals 🌼Product dries in 20-30 minutes 🌼 Extracted from 100% real Calendula Flower Petals 🌼 Orange Peel Oil clears up acne, reduces puffiness and redness (plus pore size) 🌼 Goes on smooth with the Aprilskin Jelly Brush 🌼 A lot more gentle than the average peel off mask 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘽𝘼𝘿: ⚡️The smell is the opposite of enticing: it’s strong and smells similar to alcohol (fades once it dries) ⚡️It feels tight after it dries ⚡️ Dry skin? This will only make it more dry ⚡️ It only appears to take off surface oil and dirt, not going deep enough though it claims to penetrate (my skin does feel clean afterwards though) APRILSKIN - Real Carrot Blemish Clear Serum 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙂𝙊𝙊𝘿: 🥕 non-commodigenic! 🥕It brightened and soothes my skin 🥕 It sinks into my skin pretty fast about 3minutes 🥕Contains Hyaluranic Acid and Niacinimade 🥕Faded some of my Hyperpigmentation and acne scars 🥕glides on like silk 🥕Helps with Milia 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘽𝘼𝘿: ⚡️The smell again... not bad but kind of like organic soil in the garden section ⚡️The texture is light, slide-y with a milky white color but before settling has a sticky kind of residue ⚡️ Says that it soothes but contains some essential oil ingredients that could cause irritation **I am happily on my second bottle of calendula peel off mask but I more than likely will not be buying another bottle of carrot serum
Tried this off an instagram ad and... YIKES!!!
This brand kept popping up on my Instagram page and I finally decided to try it— it promised blemish-clearing, smoothing and retexturization of skin which is exactly what I need. Unfortunately, not only did it not do this, it made my skin react horribly. As well as creating big, painful, deep cysts on my cheeks, my skin got splotchy and lost its natural glow. It started to look rough and red, almost what I’d imagine dehydrated skin to look. As soon as I cut this out of my regimen, my skin started healing and returning to its texture/color. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
It’s been about a week since my last update. I noticed I have less bumps, but nothing drastic. It’s one of those things only ‘you’ can notice. But anyway, I wanted to add the products I have been using regularly for these past few weeks and months for some products. The first slide is what I use in the morning and the second slide is what I use at night. For mornings, I wash my face with the low PH cleanser and use an SPF moisturizer everyday. I’ve been using these products since before I started using Differin. I haven’t had any problems with either of these products. At night I use the Cetaphil normal to oily skin cleanser and then apply Differin all over my face. I wait a few minutes and then apply my CeraVe night cream. I started using these products when I started Differin. I also haven’t had any problems with these products. I wasn’t sure what products to use when I started my Differin journey so hopefully this helps someone navigate their way through so many products out there. Is Curology worth it?
⬅️Check my previous post to see the Results and my experience with Curology !! ✨ What is Curology? ➡️ It's a prescription skincare subscription that deliveres a CUSTOM formula that's made only FOR YOU!! They pair you with a licensed Dermologist to assess your skin concern with the help of your photos, questionnaire and allowing you to fill up what you expect. The dermologist then prescribes you a custom formula that's a mixture of Active ingredients that you don't necessarily get over the counter and that formula is sent to you every two months or every month. They offer first month trial set free(4.99$ Shipping cost) for you to try and test if it works for you!! ❤️👍 I’ve chosen the Cleanser, moisturizer and Custom formula sey. It is gentle and basic but effective for my Acne/blemish prone skin. ✨My experience ➡️ I decided to order their Free trial set with shipping cost 4.99$. I thought to myself why not? It's free for a month and anyway my other skincare actives are not doing the best job. Curology - Curology formula Curology - The Moisturizer Curology - The Cleanser ❤️✨The cleanser and moisturizer are pretty basic and gentle. They don’t disclose the full ingredients list of those two but the feel and usage experience is pretty gentle and effective. The cleanser cleans the sebum and first pretty well and is a great second cleanse for me. Moisturizer is Gel formula which I had the chance to choose as they offer two types of moisturizers, one for Oily skin types (gel formula) and second is Thick, occlusive one (Dry/Aging skin types) My Custom formula contains 4% Azaleic acid + 4% Niacinamide + 1% Clindamycin. Azaleic acid has anti microbial properties as well as it helps with controlling melanin production hence reduces Hyperpigmentation ✨ Niacinamide helps with excess oiliness and sebum production, also it brightens skin. Clindamycin topically is applied to kill the Acne bacteria and helps to prevent future breakouts 👍 I started using Curology in April. I experienced my skin and my acne getting better in just ONE DAY!! It's amazing. I started to take pictures of my face to keep track of my skin journey and my skin journey is phenomenal. Now, my Acne is quite covered up I'm going to have a talk with my Dermologist on their website and get the formula changed to target PIH (Dark spots) I'm so happy and satisfied with @curology and I don't think any other products would work this amazing and with such limited time!!✨👍
Broke out overnight! Help please!
My face virtually broke out like crazy overnight and I am not sure why. I’ve never had this before and i havent added anything new to my skin care routine (except the Differin Gel which I started using when I first broke out). It looks like an allergic reaction but I haven’t ate anything new or changed my diet. What is this on my face?? Anything would help, thank you so much!! SAVE MY SKIN!!!
I’m 18 and my breakouts started happening when i used this one moisturizer. I stopped but it left a bunch of acne marks and continued multiple zits. I then used this serum for the acne but it also made my face break out. I stared researching skin care routines and started using Paulas Choice. Right now I only use a cleanser, toner, exfoliate (2 days a week), and then my morning sunscreen/night moisturizer that’s CereVe. I’ve been using this routine for about a month and i still don’t see a huge difference or clear skin.
