old Hollywood glam inspired makeup
This makeup and hair was inspired by Audrey Hepburn in “Sabrina.” I have always loved Audrey’s simple yet sophisticated makeup looks, and her trademark bold, straight eyebrows. “Sabrina” is one of my favorite films, just for the gorgeous costumes and makeup looks alone. I completed this look using : ciaté - Editor Palette - New England Eyeshadow Palette tarte - Lights, Camera, Splashes Waterproof Mascara wet n wild - Ultimate Brow Micro Brow Pencil URBAN DECAY - Stay Naked Weightless Foundation L'ORÉAL - Infallible Fresh Wear 24HR Foundation Kaja - Mochi Pop Bouncy Blush wet n wild - Perfect Pout Gel Lip Liner tarte - Sea Color Splash Lipstick Milk MAKEUP - Hydro Grip PrimerBECCA - Hydra-Mist Set & Refresh Powder Too Faced - Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer #cheriepartner
My stay-at-home simple makeup
The past few months have mostly consisted of me lounging around bare-faced in my pajamas, embracing the comfort of staying safe at home. While I love this cozy feeling, I’ve noticed how quickly I can start to feel discouraged and unmotivated after too many days in a row of neglecting my skincare and makeup routines. My favorite thing about makeup and beauty rituals during these crazy times is how soothing and truly uplifting they can be. Whenever I find myself in a particularly sad mood, the self confidence boost I get just from applying a little bit of lip gloss or filling in my eyebrows helps set the tone for a happier day. It becomes less about my physical appearance and more about the act of taking care of myself and expressing self-love. Whether it’s for Zoom meetings or just for myself, I have a newfound appreciation for just taking a few minutes out of the day to apply some simple makeup and reap the mood enhancing benefits that come along with it! This is my current routine and my essentials for the days when I just want to look a little more put together and give myself that mid-week pick-me-up but still embrace a natural look. 👁 CONCEALER MAYBELLINE - Instant Anti Age Eraser Concealer I’ve been sleeping a lot more these days but I can’t seem to get rid of dark circles without my go-to concealer. I love the Maybelline Instant Anti Age Eraser Concealer because of the fun sponge-tip applicator and how smoothly it applies. I’ve been using and repurchasing this one for years and I’m fully obsessed. ✍🏻 EYEBROW PENCIL ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz Mechanical Brow Pencil I am in a committed relationship with this eyebrow pencil. I have repurchased this one time and time again and my loyalty to it is unwavering. I use the shade “Medium Brown!” 💕 BLUSH 3. Kaja - Mochi Pop Bouncy Blush I love blush so much and I can’t believe there was a time I didn’t use it. There’s something about having that flushed, pink complexion that I adore and I really think it makes me look more alive on the days when I feel particularly drained. I’m currently using this really cute heart blush from Kaja that bounces and I’m enjoying it so far! I usually prefer powdered blushes though because then I have full control when applying with a brush and can go a bit overboard and even bring the blush onto my nose— because there is no such thing as too much blush in my book. On the days when I’m feeling like doing a little more, I’ll also use powder, highlighter, and sometimes eyeliner! I’m grateful to have these three products that allow me to feel and look a little more put together in 5 minutes, but I’m also grateful for staying safe at home and lazing around in my cozy, naked face splendor too. ♥️

Long time no post Cherie 😔 Honestly I gave up for a little because I had made it to 200 cheers within my first 2 weeks on the app but I didn’t make it on the leaderboard so I got salty 😭 ANYWAY, I’ve been trying out the COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer and it’s everything I want in a tinted moisturizer! It’s infused with Hyaluronic acid, perfect fit dry skin like mine. It wears sooo well, doesn’t crease up or cake on me even if I don’t set it with a powder! It has a beautiful dewy finish on the skin and truly makes you look ✨ fresh ✨ which I love. The coverage is good for a tinted moisturizer! I’ll still go in with concealer and honestly it looks like a foundation. This was $14 I believe and it was well worth it! Can’t wait to try the matching concealer and foundation 💕
My HOLY GRAIL Drugstore Products 🥰
Hello beautiful! It’s definitely been a while since I posted and I miss you all much. Things have been hectic at work, but I’m back for now. I wanted to share my holy grail drug store products without breaking the bank even though it looks like you did 😉 ✨ MILANI MAKE IT LAST SETTING SPRAY $8.99 I used to spend $30+ for UD’s all nighter setting spray, but since I discovered this little gem, I don’t anymore. This makes your make up stay on and transfer proof. I even use this to spray my surgical masks to prevent make up transfer and it works! ✨MAYBELLINE CHROME MASTER $7.99 I love the shade in Molten Gold. This is amazing! It’s not glittery at all. It has a natural shiny finish and it’s comparable to my Becca highlighters. A little goes along way and you only need a tap for a full glow. ✨ELF PRIMER-INFUSED BRONZER $6.00 I have the shade in “perpetually tan”. This gives me a sun kissed glow all year round without looking too muddy. It’s buildable and the texture is the softest. It almost feels like silk. ✨MILANI BAKED BLUSH $9.49 I LOVE blushes. I own many high end ones as well, but these are comparable with some of my high end ones. I have been repurchasing this for years. I used Rose D’Oro and Luminoso religiously. Now I am obsessed with the shade Berry Amore. This gives me that perfect glowing from within look. I instantly look healthier when I apply these. It has a little sheen without looking too sparkly either. A must!! ✨COLOURPOP SUPER SHOCK CHEEK $8.00 This is my favorite cream blush. I apply this on the days I don’t wear foundation. It looks so natural. It’s so buildable and easily blendable. My favorite shade is “between the sheets”. I own almost all of the super shock cheeks, but I always go back to this! I have repurchased multiple times as well. I love the texture of this as well. It’s sooo soft! This can be used with a duo fibre brush or your fingers. ✨ELF BITE-SIZE SHADOWS $3.00 This one is a hit and miss, but the “truffles, pumpkin spice and cream & sugar” quads are great quality for the price. I suggest you stay away from the “rose water” quad however. That one was patchy and horrible, but the rest are amazing. I bring them with me whenever I travel. I hope you find these helpful! What’s your favorite drugstore product? Comment down below. Xoxo, Francesca 💋
10/10 peachy goodness 🍑
Amazing. Great pigmentation, looks light on the pan but it’s nice and pigmented, adds a lovely flush of color. I personally like peachy and pinky blushes best on my skin tone, this is such a lovely color and it’s a nice formula! Very creamy for a pressed powder blush but doesn’t last as long as I would like. Also its kind of easy to over apply if you’re not careful since it’s so pigmented but it blends nicely. And how lovely is this packaging? 😍 for $8 couldn’t ask for more. Super cute blush, not so cute price
This is the Kaja mochi pop bouncy blush in the shade atmosphere, which is a shimmery dusty rose. While I may use a lighter hand with my other blushes, I tend to go bold when I wear this one. It’s a summer fave of mine. However, the price is not cute. This blush retails for $19 at Sephora and you get very little product. Thank god it’s so pigmented, otherwise I would have totally regretted this purchase.

Freck Beauty Cheek Slime in Cuffed
Freck BEAUTY - CHEEKSLIME Lip + Cheek Tint with Plant Collagen Idk why I didn’t think to use flash on these review pictures until a ton of reviews in 😂 I was lucky during the COVID-19 boredom and found an urban outfitters gift card in my room during their big St. Patrick’s Day sale. I wasn’t sure if I would have bought this otherwise, because I have a ton of cream blush and didn’t need another. But the name cheek slime intrigued me! This is a very same vibe to the Glossier Cloud Paints but this shade is a bit more peachy than Dusk is, plus you get a ton more product. I really like this, it’s very pigmented but is a wash of color that is easy to blend out. The color stays on throughout the day and looks sort of like a nice sunburnt color. This comes in two shades, but it’s basically a darker version of this lighter shade that I bought. So far so good and I really like these! If they came out with more colors I’d buy them for sure. It says it’s a lip and cheek tint but this is too pale for my lips so I’ll stick to the cheeks.

liquid VS Powder Blush
Liquid VS powder blush, which do you prefer? Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color Cloud paint in shade puff What I like- I love the shade of pink this is, it works really well for my skintone. I apply this with a beauty blender but can be applied with fingertips or a brush. It’s very pigmented. Could be easier to blend, sometimes I feel like I get hard lines if it dries before I blend it. What I don’t like- for this particular product it’s hard to only get a Little bit out. For whatever reason I feel like every time I use it SO much product comes out even with the slightest squeeze. Like I stated above it can be hard to blend if you delay at all, then you’re stuck with hard lines that are difficult to erase/blend. NARS - NARSissist Wanted Cheek Palette I This is from the Wanted 1 palette, and I used the shade “notorious” What I like- very pretty lavender based color, works great with my skin tone. Easy to blend and apply. What I don’t like- it’s harder to build up pigment than it is with the liquid blush. I had to go over and over it to build the color that much on the swatch view Overall- I like both forms of blush. I think for daily use I’m more likely to use powder blush because it’s easier to apply in a rush without worrying I look like a clown. When I have time I like to use the liquid blush for more of a special occasion use.

Sweet as heck 🍧
I feel the need, once again, to share with you my undying love for Colourpop’s super shock everything. I picked up this blush and highlighter from the Pony x CP collab, the packaging is so cute, the formula is amazing, these shades are absolutely gorgeous! This COLOURPOP - Super Shock Blush in shade Double Bubble is a warm, terracotta shade with the tiniest golden shimmer. It’s a beautiful blush, easy to apply with your fingers and is long lasting for a blush! Now the COLOURPOP - Super Shock Highlighter you already know I adore these highlighters if you’ve read my past reviews; this one is from the same collab as the blush in the shade Glow Burst and its divine. It’s a pink-peach toned highlight that I also happen to love to use on my eyes. I think these are around $7-$8 and are definitely quality!
COLOURPOP- Super Shock Highlighter
Colourpop super shock blush
I purchased this blush as part of the Whatever collection which dropped last fall. This shade is described on the colourpop website as a pearlized peach with a gold duo chrome sheen. It’s a beautiful shade which I can alternate as a blush or a highlighter. It goes perfect with the Whatever eyeshadow palette, which I have previously posted already. This blush retails for $8.
