FENTY SKIN - DERMATOLOGIST REVIEW
FENTY SKIN - DERMATOLOGIST REVIEW
I am a huge fan of Rihanna and I was extremely excited (and honored) to be chosen to review this product in advance. I've only had a chance to use it for a few days, but I'm going to break down some of the ingredients for you all from a dermatologists standpoint and let you know if I think it's worth it! FENTY SKIN - Total Cleans'r Remove-It-All Cleanser 'FENTY SKIN - Total Cleans'r Remove-It-All Cleanser The cleanser is my favorite product in the entire starter kit from Fenty Skin. It's very hydrating, initially has a balm-like texture, that then foams after rubbing it into the skin. It has gentle cleansing ingredients that won't be too stripping to the skin. Unfortunately, this product does have fragrance in it, so it's not ideal for sensitive skin. However, fragrances in cleansers are generally safe because they're not in contact with the skin for long enough to cause sensitization. I would recommend this product to my family, friends, and patients! FENTY SKIN - Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum The toner is probably my least favorite part of the starter kit. In general, I don't think toners are necessary to a simple skin care routine unless they add an active ingredient that's beneficial to the skin. I do like that this product has niacinamide in it, which is great for oily skin, acne, and hyperpigmentation. However, witch hazel, which is a large component of this product, is very stripping to the skin and does not have benefits long-term. I would personally avoid this product, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. I would not recommend this product! FENTY SKIN - Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen I really like that the skincare line has a sunscreen with SPF 30 in it. It blends extremely well with the skin and is very hydrating, while protecting from the sun. It has the texture of a very light moisturizer. It is a chemical sunscreen, however, it does not contain oxybenzone, which is an ingredient that I have been telling my patients to avoid in their sunscreens. Unfortunately, it does have a small concentration of fragrance, limonene, and linalool, which are known to cause allergy and irritation in some people. Overall, I did enjoy using this sunscreen and I think many people will like it too! In summary, there are many aspects of this product that I really like. The packaging is my favorite part of the entire product line. It's very aesthetic and I really like the refillable sunscreen container. However, given the price point and the ingredients list, I think there are better products out there that will be more beneficial at a lower price point!

I would let you know my must h
I would let you know my must haves from all of my foundations. I’ll list them in order of most favourite. Is there any foundations you can recommend I try next? I’m always on my mission to find more. ♥️ maccosmetics - Studio Fix Fluid - NC10. ♥️ lamer - The Foundation - Porcelain. ♥️ laprairie - Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation - Tendor Ivory (needs to be mixed with white to lighten). ♥️ ysl - All Hours Foundation - N10. ♥️ hudabeauty - Faux Filter Foundation - Angelfood. ♥️ lancome - Teint Idole Ultrawear - 008. ♥️ byterry - Terrybly Densiliss - 02. ♥️ illamasqua - Skinbase Foundation - 001 White. One that I really have up on my list is the La Mer Cushion Foundation but the shade range is different to The Foundation. lamer can you help me find the right shade without going to a counter? The La Prairie would have hands down been the best foundation ever but it’s a good 2 shades darker than my skin tone in the lightest colour so unfortunately it needs mixed with other products to make it work which changes the consistency and how long it lasts which is sad. Another foundation I like to mix with this is the Fenty Foubdation in shade 100 because it’s too light and too matte for me.

NEW PRODUCTS = NEW ROUTINE
NEW PRODUCTS = NEW ROUTINE
Hey Girl, Hey! 🧚🏼 So I said that I would updated you guys once all my products that I ordered from Ulta came in so here i am!! I started a new skin routine today and these are the products that I used in order! The Ordinary - Squalane Cleanser Starting with the squalane cleanser, I used this one because I knew that I was about to do the peeling solution and i did not want to over work my skin before i did that process for the first time! I love the consistency of the cleanser as I have used oil cleansers before. It left my skin feeling very clean and moisturized. It is supposed to work really well with getting make up off but I haven’t tried that just yet. *I’ll keep y’all posted* The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution For the Peeling Solution, because it was my first time I was very cautious about using it and did a lot of research about it. I previously posted about my thoughts on this product and first impressions so if you want more information on this specifically, check it out! I will be using this again CVS pharmacy - Clear Zinc Sun Lotion SPF 50 So I got this sunscreen because I realized I needed to add one into my routine and this seemed like the perfect one due to it being a clear zinc SPF 50. It doesn’t leave a white cast and is very thick but rubs in really good. I do like the way it makes my skin feel because it doesn’t cause any unnecessary oils and goes on evenly. The Ordinary - Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% This Vitamin C Solution wasn’t my favorite. It had a really gritty texture that eventually smoothed out once I applied other moisturizers but the texture of it was a little off putting for me. I’ll use it for like 2 weeks to see if I see any dramatic changes but as of now it’s just okay to me. I feel it may have been a little too hard for me to be using right after a peel so maybe I’ll just skip this step when I use the Peeling Solution. Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer I AM LOVINNNNNGGGGGGG THISSSSSS!!!! OMG! ❤️❤️❤️ From the smell, to the Gel consistency and the smoothing of my skin after I use it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! It is perfect for dry skin while being light weight and not oily at all! I got mine from CVS and used a coupon to get it for $7 (Usually $23) You don’t need to use a lot so it will definitely last. I’ve been using it day and night for a few days and I will definitely be buying more. ✨‼️ The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Squalane This i feel like added that extra moister i need after doing the peel. Didn’t see much of a difference but i will be using it in my routine because i liked the consistency. Lastly, I used my probiotic facial pray that I got from amazon! I swear by this spray. It gets rid of acne and definitely gives a refreshing feel. If you have any questions or suggestions hmu 😘💖‼️
