Hate this Sunscreen
Here's why: hate the fragrance (irritating to the skin) hate that it has alcohol (irritating to the skin) chemical sunscreens only last an hour anyways MISSHA - Missha All-around Safe Block Essence Sun Milk Sorry just don't like this. Wish I didn't buy it 👎🏻

Beauty Starts from Within
Beauty does indeed start from within. Good gut health is essential for beautiful skin. Currently dealing and treating mild hormonal acne where I'll always have like one or three big painful zits on my chin or jawline area. While this is no treatment--if you will--for hormonal acne, because it is is essentially caused by testosterone, it still is a treatment for clearer, radiant and better skin. Eating those greens will not only be good your gut and body health, BUT it is a known fact that greens are also amazing for the skin. Which is why Asian women have amazing skin because of all the green tea, among other drinks, they consume. Sometimes drinking coffee, green tea, and matcha can be too much sometimes. Which is why I will take these in place of matcha. These pills contain green algae, detox herbs, Matcha Green Tea Powder among other ingredients which are all known to cause beautiful skin. 💚 It also contains helpful elements if you will , such as Zinc which is also known in clearing away acne hyperpigmentation marks. I've been taking two daily for about a week now and I have definitely noticed much more beautiful glowy skin and my acne marks have faded faster than usual. I also take turmeric pills which, again, will clear acne hyperpigmentation marks. Highly recommend taking these HUM - Daily Cleanse Detox Supplement Get your green on with these pills 💚💚💚

Some of my Fav Products I used for this look❤️
MAC - Mineralize Timecheck Lotion this beautiful primer will allow for a smooth application of foundation by basically giving my skin a smoothed out and velvety look laura mercier - Flawless Lumière Radiance-Perfecting Foundation Love this foundation as it is luminous whilst giving the face a beautiful natural radiant and glowy but not too glowy look. Because it is luminous it tends to melt easier therefore I gave it 4 stars because I live in the desert and a matte foundation would last longer) I still love it though because my face looks so good and natural at the same time. MORPHE - M439 Deluxe Buffer Brush This brush blends out the Laura Merciers Lumiere Radiance foundation, or any liquid foundation for that matter, completely and beautifully. Buffing brushes blend out makeup so beautifully and I find that this one does a better job at blending out liquid foundation than cream foundation. URBAN DECAY - Stay Naked Correcting Concealer beautiful and full coverage SEPHORA COLLECTION - Pro Press Full Coverage Complexion Brush #66 I love to use my fingers to blend out and pat in my concealer, then afterwards I love to use this brush to compact it into the skin. BECCA - Sunlit Bronzer one of my favorite bronzers that looks natural and just sun-kissed beautiful SEPHORA COLLECTION - PRO Angled Blush Brush #49 I find that this brush is the best for applying cream or powder bronzers ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Definer love this trianglular tipped brow definer. The strokes create natural looking hairs. Too Faced - Better Than Sex Mascara hands down one of my favorite mascaras of all time ! After I curl my lashes I love to use this mascara. For today's look, however, I used L'Oreal's Telescopic waterproof mascara first and it really just lengthens the eyelash's to their fullest potential and makes them stay curled all day and then I went in with the Better Than Sex mascara to give them extra definition and volume BECCA - Hydra-Mist Set & Refresh Powder hands down my favorite translucent powder of all time because it never leaves a ghostly white cast in pictures, makeup lasts all day, even in humidity, and because it's just so refreshing. Love to apply this with it Cosmetics - Love Beauty Fully All Over Powder Brush #211 I lined my lips first with BareMinerals Gen Nude Borderline lip liner then I applied this beautiful matte lipstick from MAC - Retro Matte Lipstick in the shade Dangerous 💋 & that's a wrap ❤️❤️❤️

Flower Beauty is Worth the Hype 🌺
So many influencers are raging about this particular foundation and swear by it--particularly Dacey Cash. So I decided to give Flower Beauty (by Drew Barrymore) a try. Ordered the FLOWER - Light Illusion Liquid Foundation and let me just say it is absolutely beautiful. It's very soft to the touch, goes on creamy and wears luminous and dewy. Feels like I'm wearing nothing but leaves such a radiant glow. The radiance can be toned down to a natural finish when paired with a translucent powder. Gave it a 4/5 because it does not cover every single blemish but of course you can build up the coverage. The Light Illusion Foundation pairs beautifully with the FLOWER - Light Illusion Full Coverage Concealer This concealer has a weightless feel to it and gives my under eye area the perfect luminous coverage. The eye area is brightened with a soft touch of light. 🌺Both of these products paired together make my skin look airbrushed with the perfect tones for my tanned face and under eye area. 🌺 beautiful finish 🌺 radiant glow Other foundations I love and use are: MAC, Laura Mercier and Bareminerals.

Best Vit C for Sensitive skin
I've tried several Vit C serums which all broke my face out. This one, however, has not. I'll use this one from Versed at night and Niacinamide and Zinc serum (from The Ordinary) in the morning. I've noticed my face looking much brighter in the mornings before I even use my Niacinamide. 💕 VERSED - STROKE OF BRILLIANCE Brightening Serum contains Vit C, algae extract, licorice root (which will target hyperpigmentation dark spots and sun damage), palmaria palmara extracts (which are skin-lightening agents), Curcuma Longa which is Turmeric (known you lower inflammation) & my absolute favorite Niacinamide (Vit B3 that will reduce discoloration) I only gave it 4 stars because I notice that the Turneric gives the serum a slight orange tint to it, ergo giving the face a slight orangey look (BUT again it lowers inflammation) This products still works spectacularly.

Thoughts on the PM Cream
Finally finished CeraVe - Skin Renewing Night Cream This little baby contains: hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide, barrier replenishing ceramides and peptides. It designed to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, with its MVE Delivery Technology (that will continually release moisturizing ingredients for 24 hour hydration). Thoughts: It does have a non-greasy feel to the skin. It also leaves the skin feeling soft after applying and when waking up. It does not, however, feel as hydrating as the moisturizing cream does. I feel I have to put a lot more of the night cream on to not feel as dry. Which is why, overall, I prefer CeraVe's CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin (for thoughts on this one 👆🏻 refer to my 'Get Unready with me PM' post) CeraVe - Eye Repair Cream Additionally, I'm honestly not one to believe in eye creams as they are not only unnecessary but just thicker moisturizers. Plus most eye creams tend to break my under eye area out--even this one. I still do like it though because of it's amazing ingredients like Ceramides, HA, Niacinamide, and that it also delivers it's MVE Delivery Technology to the under eye. I will always love CeraVe because of its simplicity, ingredients and the fact that their products are fragrance free.💙💜

🦷 3 ALL NATURAL METHODS FOR PEARLY WHITES 🐚
A smile is often what others notice most about you so it makes sense to want it to look perfect! Enhancing the color of our teeth is the perfect way to stand out and make a great first impression. There are so many items on the market that create a whiter and brighter smile but at a cost: added chemicals.💀 Here are 3 ways to brighten up your smile naturally while causing less damage to your mouth🥰 1. Baking soda: My favorite all natural teeth whitener is too add baking soda into my toothpaste. I either dip the wet brush into the baking soda first than apply toothpaste or mix the two ingredients sepratley than apply to the brush. Either way you will definitely notice the results within a week! 2. Hydrogen peroxide: (with caution) Hydrogen peroxide is a great alternative to a mouth wash whitener as it kills the bacteria in your mouth. This product is found in most OTC mouthwashes but at a much higher concentration that could be damaging. You can feel this product working right away which I love but you should limit this method to 1-2x per week as it can be harmful to your gums. 3. Turmeric: Turmeric is a great teeth whitening alternative due to its anti-inflammatory properties but it does take longer to notice desirable results. To use; I make a turmeric paste with coconut oil, turmeric, and peppermint essential oil and brush as regular. **this is what works for me, everyone will have differing results and always consult your dentist before starting a new regimen💗 MAC - MAC Lip Pencil MAC - MAC Matte Lipstick (Both in Whirl)

My lazy-day skincare routine 2👇👇
1. REPLENIX - Restorative Nighttime Bio-Therapy I have used the replenished line since It was recommended to me as a teenager by a dermatologist. I’m 24 1/2 now and I always get mistaken for someone around 20. This stuff really works. A few times over the nearly past 5 years, I ran out of this stuff or tried some other skin care lines. My skin always starts to suffer and just not look as good. Over the past year, I did some pretty bad damage to my skin working outside with horses and wasn’t really using this stuff. Just recently bought another jar along with the 3x Retinol. I can see a DRAMATIC difference in my lines, skin suppleness, and overall quality. This cream literally reverses signs of aging, it’s crazy! I swear by this stuff. What I love about it, besides the fact that it has stem cells in it, is that my crazy sensitive skin loves it. I have psoriasis on my hands, and rosecea on my cheeks, along with skin that will burn or break out if it doesn’t like the way a paticular product is even looking at it. This cream calms my skin down and decreases redness over time. It does not dry out my skin and keeps it smooth and supple. I have had problems with previous nightly face creams causing breakouts. This one is perfect for my combination dry/oily skin. I will continue to use it as long as they make it! 2. Elta md am therapy One of the reasons I love this moisturizer is because it takes a lot of the guess work out for MANY people. For example, because it doesn’t contain any fatty acids or oils it is a great option for those with sensitivities to malassezia like in the cases of pityrosporum folliculitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis versicolor, atopic dermatitis etc. None of the ingredients in this formula will exacerbate the yeast on skin that makes these conditions flare. Secondly, the lack of comedogenic ingredients and addition of willow bark extract makes it great for those that are acne-prone. Thirdly, it doesn’t have any fragrance which is excellent for eczema. Fourthly, the niacinamide content makes this a fantastic companion for anti-aging routines that include retinol, or those who simply want to improve the appearance of wrinkles. So on and so forth. It’s just an all around FANTASTIC moisturizer for pretty much everyone… The only scenario I can imagine where it wouldn’t work, is if someone’s skin is sensitive to ascorbyl palmitate . But even that is pretty far down the ingredient list, meaning there’s very little of it (plus it’s an antioxidant anyway). In all likelihood, the EltaMD AM Therapy Facial Moisturizer will remain a staple in my skincare routine for the rest of my life. I can’t see any reason why I would ever leave this new sexy babe! 😀 3. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel The is my current nightly moisturizer. I have some issues with combination skin and hyperpigmentation. Since I started using this product, my marks have faded notably. It also manages to moisturize dry patches while not making my nose and chin look like an oil slick. I'm a bit of an Aesop freak and this is one of my favorite products. Thie hand soap and lotions are also fantastic! They only use top notch ingredients that are safe for your skin, which can't be said for many beauty brands. As a guy I also appreciate that the packaging is not overly feminine. Here are some other thoughts: ➕this is made for sensitive skin and imparts a lovely cooling sensation on the skin. While it does contain a hint of fragrance and essential oils (lavender oil) this has been nothing but kind and soothing to my skin. ➕most sensitive skin formulas I’ve tried are really thick, balmy and heavy. This one has a lovely gel-cream texture that feels light but still keeps my skin hydrated through cold, windy days. ➕the key ingredients are ginger root, bisabolol and squalane, which sits very high on the ingredient list. This contributes to the super nourishing, smooth feel on my skin. I always look so plump when I use this! ➖as I mentioned, this does contain potential irritants (fragrance, essential oils) to some very sensitive skins. There’s also citric acid in there, which some people may want to watch out for! I would like to see them come out with a fragrance-free version in future. — Overall I’m a huge fan of this and think that the formula is one of the best I’ve tried for my combination, sensitive and prone-to-dehydration skin. I picked this out in the Edinburgh Stockbridge location and I do have the lovely ladies in store to thank for guiding me to this choice! 💕

🧪𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐀𝐜𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🧪 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐧 - patience is what you need if you want this ingredient to do wonders for your skin. great for acne and anti-aging - surely will be my bestfriend for a long time. although I think it doesn’t do much for my pigmentations, this has improved the texture of my skin tremendously. ~ 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨-𝐀, 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚, 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐚 𝟎.𝟓% 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐙𝐢𝐧𝐜 - the underrated one. I’ve always loved zinc for my scalp. I use it for my hairline, it’s an awesome ingredient for seborrheic dermatitis (self diagnosed😅) When I learned about malassezia folliculitis (fungal acne) and I was positive I had it, I tried Zinc for my face and it totally got rid of the pustules/whiteheads. I use it in the morning while in the shower, lather and leave it for 5-10mins on the face then rinse off. Give it a week of two to do its magic. ~ 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐙 𝐁𝐚𝐫, 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐢𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐞+𝐙𝐢𝐧𝐜 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐮𝐫 - I don’t see this a lot in cosmeceutical products but it’s one amazing ingredient. Just found my lost ointment not long ago. Sulfur is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. It’s great on absorbing excess oil too. Leave it on affected area and rinse off after 10mins. I usually use it once, but if the acne is stubborn I would use it again the next day. Sulfur speeds up the process of healing the skin. ❗️sulfur can burn the skin and you can end up with dark marks, never leave it on for more than 10mins. ~ 𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐜 𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐝𝐞, 𝐒𝐀) 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴: 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐢𝐝 - excellent pore-clearing/exfoliant especially for acne prone skin 𝐍𝐢𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐞 - reduces inflammation 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢: tretinoin 0.018% 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐲𝐜𝐢𝐧 -antibiotic, reduces bacteria and swelling (not for long term use) 𝐀𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐢𝐝 - anti-inflammatory , also great for rosacea sufferers

🌿 I’m craving you. krave beauty 〰️ 🍵Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser: “I need to wash off the nasties, but I never want to give away any moisture.” Imagine a formula that is unbelievably hydrating, pH balancing, and oh so soothing. This cleanser is all those things and more - it’s seriously the real deal. The texture is stunningly light and graceful. Matcha and hemp seeds are the key ingredients that help to boost the skin’s intake of antioxidants. It is damn gentle and your skin’s barrier will thank you for indulging in this cleanser morning and night. I honestly think it’s a perfect cleanser. 〰️ 🌿Kale-Lalu-yAHA: No, you can’t eat it, but it will certainly feed your skin the dark leafy greens that it needs! Kale-Lalu-yAHA is a skin resurfacing exfoliator that works to reveal truly glowing skin. Glycolic acid, leafy greens, hyaluronic acid, aloe, and allantoin mingle together to reduce discoloration, sun damage, and fine lines with regular use. The AHA is at a perfect pH range for your skin - (3.0-4.0) I have been using this beautiful exfoliant twice a week and have absolutely been loving the feeling of my soft + hydrated skin. I’ve also tried mixing this into some of my night creams and have been waking up with radiant skin. It’s a beautiful formula, you guys. 〰️
Favorite Hemp Matcha Cleanser!!
I love this product and the first time I saw it, I was intrigued by the Hemp and Matcha in the cleanser. Many of us know the benefits of matcha for our health but what does it do for our skin? Well, Matcha in skincare keeps our complexion fresh and healthy by exfoliating and eliminating dead skin cells but matcha also helps with inflammation. It’s already so amazing! Now we are thinking what does Hemp necessary do for our skin? Hemp helps moisturize our skin without clogging our pores and it can even help balance out oily skin and hydrating it! Pretty much the best cleanser ever for me! The reason I purchased it was for all those reasons above and finally making the purchasing and trying it out for myself, it does exactly as the name says! It’s an affordable cleanser for $16 and combine it with their own products and you’ve got everything you need for glowy skin! It leaves my skin feel soft and it’s the perfect cleanser when you feel like your skin needs the extra love such as when it feels irritated. This is an all round great cleanser! I highly recommend! Worth every penny!

BASKET OF BLUES I use the Supergoop 100% Mineral Matte Screen every day! It’s a holy grail product that I have repurchased time and time again. It blurs my pores and makes me feel like I don’t need foundation—but most importantly—SPF! No white cast, no greasiness! The texture is light, airy and preps my skin for whatever I want to put on next which is usually a light finishing powder.
