Velcro rollers for a long lasting blow out!
My hair is long so blowing out my hair is an arm workout!! When I’m in a rush, being lazy, or when I want to just make styling my hair that much easier, I use this method. I rough blow dry my hair and curl just the ends with a 2 inch curling iron. This gives me the look of a blow out without the effort. My hair doesn’t take to curls too easily, they usually end I’m falling. Especially when I do large curls. So I like to set the curls with #Kitsch - Velcro rollers[products]# It helps the flip last all week and I achieve a blow out look with minimal effort!
kalsthanks for sharing your method...as I also have long thick hair...and always wondered how to keep the ends look good....as it takes quite a bit of time and is super exhausting at the end...
Darker warm color hair look!
Goal was a light ash color, what we got was a darker warm color! Reason is the history of the hair has a lot to do with the outcome, during Quarantine my client used a dark color hair mask only left it on for five minutes and when we tried to go in and remove it out, it turned pink 😭 so this is the best we can do for this session until all the color fade and we go in again and rebleach.

My Mental Wellness Improved Through My Self AcceptanceWhen I was around 13 or 14 years old, I remember routinely taking one of my older sister’s black eyeliner pencils before school every morning. I’d arrive early so that I could slip away to the girl’s bathroom to apply a single black line to my eyelids. My parents didn’t allow me to wear any makeup at the time. Although this smudgy line on my eyelids didn’t make me look all that much different, I never felt comfortable at school without it. My teenage mind convinced myself that I needed some sort of cosmetic symbol in order to appropriately express my femininity. Up until that point in my life, society had told girls that looked like me - tall, Black, and with kinky hair - that we somehow weren’t as beautiful as the other girls. For far too long, I believed it too.3 DAYS AGO
