5 minute face lift!
In the previous post, I talked about the nuface and want to document my journey to see if microcurrent truly works. In this video, I am showing how I use it. - I start with a clean washed face - Then I use a mask like layer of the hydrating leave on gel primer on one section of my face - I turn on the nuface mini and wait for it to beep - Then I drag the mini in lifting motions across my face and wait for the beep until I repeat - I end up doing each section about three times - I run the nuface on either side of my cheeks, jaw, forehead and neck I personally feel like I see immediate lifting which is why it motivates me to continue to use it. It also feels like a facial massage. I’m going to use this consistently for 30 more days and then we can compare my results! NuFACE - Mini Mini Facial Toning Device

Best At Home Skincare Device
As part of my #selfcare routine, I’ve added a few skincare tools to my collection. For today’s #minimonday, here’s my new NuFACE - Mini Mini Facial Toning Device , mini review. Since I’m in my early 30’s, I like to do extra when it comes to anti-aging. I think that supplementing your skincare products with powerful skincare tools significantly increases their efficacy. This NuFACE mini is a petite, microcurrent facial toning device that helps improve facial contour, tone, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This is a travel friendly device that allows for a 5-Minute-Facial-Lift anytime, anywhere. I finally bought it because it was on 20% off a few weeks ago. I’ve been using it for more than a week now, in the morning after cleansing. It comes with a conducting gel that you apply before gliding the device on your neck, face and forehead. Microcurrent facials don’t hurt - I actually don’t feel anything during the 5-10 minute treatment. After using it 5 times a week for a week now, I can see a tiny bit of difference - my eyes are less puffy; my brows are lifted; and my jawline is more defined. My husband said that my skin looks firmer and brighter, so he started doing it too. Because of these mini results, I am very encouraged to keep up although sometimes I can be lazy. But note, that this device requires consistency in order to see long term benefits. What skincare tools do you use or what to buy in the future? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Come on my micro current journey!
Come on my nuface journey with me! During the Black Friday sale, I purchased the nuface mini. This tool is provides an at home microcurrent treatment to help with facial contouring, toning, and firming of aging skin. I’ve been using it pretty consistently for 3 weeks now and already notice a difference! But now I want to track to ensure this is actually working! So here is my face in the morning after I applied my skincare. I’ll post an update after using it for 30 days. I have my hair down so there is no tugging. I hope to have positive results that I can see through my pictures! NuFACE - Mini Mini Facial Toning Device
grace & stella - Rose quartz face roller Received this product as an add on in my Ipsy subscription for 12$. I have never experimented with skincare tools because i always felt someone with acne prone skin may be these tools will aggravate my acne even more. But in the recent times my skin has become a lot clearer. And i think i was ready for this. Talking about the product it’s a jade roller made of jade stone used in Chinese traditional medicine and a popular skin care tool. How does it work?? 🔸 when we massage our face with the roller, we increase the flow of blood which helps in making our skin look more healthy and plump. 🔸this also helps in lymphatic drainage leading to skin detoxification. 🔸 when used regularly it helps in reducing the puffiness, giving a nice lifting effect to our face . How to use?? 🔸 can be used in your AM- PM routine after the application of serum 🔸 while using sheet masks Pro Tip: make sure ro refrigerate it Atleast an hour before usage and also please be careful while handling this. As it is very delicate. If strongly hit on a floor / a hard surface can easily break. Cons: 🔸 I don’t think it works for anti aging, reducing wrinkles . But if you are interested in investing in a good skincare tool, this could be a start!🤓 Happy Day Guys!👻 Xoxo💋

Foreo for Sensitive Skin: Do you need this?
I started using this product December of 2019 (oh how times have changed), and right away I liked it. It felt to luxe to use this while cleansing my face morning and night. It has several speeds I’m guess for comfort level, but I just put it on the highest speed (this is starting to sound like something else...). It claims to give you a deeper cleanse without irritation and it’s supposed to help with wrinkles. Okay so, do I feel like it made a difference in my skin? Unfortunately no. It’s nice to use every once in a while, but if I were to try a cleanser tool like this, I’d use one of their other products that have the silicone bristles, not this almost smooth one with little ridges. HERBIVORE - Rose Quartz Facial Roller How I use my face roller on face and eye area. I normally use this with a serum or oil step and love how therapeutic and relaxing it is. Make sure you’re doinf this in one direction (outwards). Thats how you drain your lymphs, but it reduces the squeakiness vs massaging back and forth.

ZIIP Nanocurrent Routine ⚡️
Do a ZIIP Routine with me! I've posted before a comparison of the ZIIP - ZIIP GX to the NuFace Mini Facial Toner Device - in short the ZIIP is my favorite, but go check out that review on my page for more a reason why! In this morning routine I did two different ZIIP treatments. Each time I ZIIP I start with the Primer treatment, it gets the face ready for anything that follows. This is also a great treatment for those that like to do their own thing because the current stays the same the entire time. Next I did my favorite treatment, the Lymph and Lift. This one works to clear out the lymphatic pathways and also instantly lifts the face, you can see the difference when I finish with the first side of my face! This is perfect for the morning and especially after a night out. I do this treatment twice a week at least. I then went in with a matcha ice ball to soothe and lift even more! This was something I saw in TikTok! I ordered two whiskey ice ball molds and filled them myself. This one is matcha powder and water, in the second ice ball mold I used organic coffee! Both soothe, depuff and have caffeine to wake the skin up - plus they feel amazing to use!
High Tech Skincare Tools - Worth it or Not?!
I won this FOREO - LUNA mini 3 in a giveaway on Instagram and up until that point, I hadn’t used any sort of techy skincare gadgets. This model retails for around $159.99 Canadian at Sephora. When I first received this in the mail, I used it religiously every night when I washed my face, I also used it to apply serums and/or oils. As you can see in my little video, the front side is used for cleansing and the backside is used for massaging your serums or oils into your skin. I have super sensitive, reactive skin so I was a little nervous about how this would (or wouldn’t) work for me. In my opinion, I feel I can do just as good of a job cleaning with my hands or a washcloth and my skin isn’t left as irritated or stripped feeling. I think because I have sensitive skin the cleansing aspect of this is just a little too harsh for me. That being said, I absolutely LOVE the other side when used to massage in my other skincare. It feels sooo relaxing and makes you feel like you’re at a spa for a minute while you apply your skincare. Overall, I feel like these gadgets are quite expensive for what they are/do and for my skin type it’s something I can definitely do without. I actually ended up accidentally throwing the charger to this away months ago and haven’t been able to use it since (but I don’t really mind). What have your experiences been with high tech skincare tools? Do you think they’re worth it? #CheriePartner
