Easy Braid into a Bun!
It’s basically a French braid into a bun! It’s super easy and quick! You can spray hairspray into the braided section to make sure it stays, but I’m lazy. . My hair type: I have thick and curly hair! . Tools needed: 2 hair ties (a smaller and larger one) . Steps: 1) Divide hair into side part. 2) Grab 3 sections in the front. 3) Braid them one time. 4) Add more hair to the outer sections. 5) Braid the sections another time. 6) Add more hair to the outer sections. 7) Keep repeating until you get equal with your ear. 8) I pull a little section/tendril out from around my ear so it doesn’t look too harsh. 9) Tie the braid off using a hair tie. 10) Combine hair in the hair tie and the rest of your hair and gather around the bottom of your neck. 11) Twirl together to make a bun.

Faux Waterfall Braid
A waterfall braid is the perfect compliment to any down style! The problem is, waterfalls can be tricky to perfect, and often the hair can slip out of the “waterfall” and become loose! Instead of wasting your time on a true waterfall braid, add a simple 3 strand braid instead. Once secured, poke through each section from underneath, and pull a piece of hair through the braid. This will perfectly mimic a waterfall without all the extra steps! It’s that easy!

How to Deal w/ Thick Hair in the Summer
I currently have thick, medium length and wavy hair. My go-to hair style is beach waves, but sometimes it is too time consuming and I am just too lazy. Also there are some days I don’t want to add heat in my hair...especially if it’s already hot. French braiding my hair is my favorite way to get my hair out of my face especially in the summer. Not only it is quick, but I feel cute as well. Sometimes throwing my hair up in a bun doesn’t make me feel pretty so this is my go-to hair style. I tried making a tutorial, but I am not the best teacher so I am sorry 😜 I am sure there are plenty of YouTube videos that will teach you how to French braid. Using a small rubber band is the best way to tie it wirh. Regular hair ties will do, but it slips easily. The smaller rubber bands will stay put until you want to take it off. What is your favorite way to deal wirh your hair in the summer? I’d love to hear all about it! Francesca 💋 #CheriePartner
Let’s make a DNA braid!
Hey Cherie babes! Let’s learn a trending braid: a DNA braid! This braid is super unique and gets its name by resembling the twisting of a double helix! Similar to the hand motions of a fishtail braid, you’ll catch on in no time. The how-to: Start with 3 sections like a traditional 3 strand braid, but leave the middle section a little smaller than the outer two sections. This section is stationary, and the other two will move around it. Beginning with an outside section, take hair from that section and bring over the section, then under the middle. Add to the opposite side. Moving on to the next outside section, bring a section under and then over the middle section. Repeat until you reach the end of your braid! Remember: over, under. Then under, over. Once you’re in a groove it’s a simple motion! You’ll notice the braid twists as you move along, just like the strand of DNA!
Three Easy Braided Hairstyles for Curly Hair
This easy dutch braid is my go to for a quick, fun look! Plus it's super versatile - I use it as the base for the three looks in this video. I have thick, curly hair. This style works the best for me on my day 2 or 3 hair - this way it requires very little styling! Here's a quick how to: 1. Part your hair into two rows on the top of your head, this is where your braids will go! 2. Dutch braid (or French braid) these two rows. Both of these braids are easy! Simply start a normal three strand braid, as you braid add small pieces of hair into each strand. 3. From here have fun with it! You can leave these two braids out, add them into a ponytail, go with one top-knot style bun at the top of your head, or go with my favorite style which is the two fun buns! Products Used: IGK - Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel this medium hold gel works well for my second day hair. It isn't strong enough for me to use on my wash and go days, but works really well when I want to restyle or change up my style.
