Glowy, hydrated skin, did not help clear acne
The True Botanicals Clear Pure Radiance Oil claims to fight breakouts and signs of aging. It has a potent blend of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids and blend of other natural oils that are supposed to help unclog pores and while balancing sebum. It has a thicker consistency so a little goes a long way and it has a very natural but strong sandalwood scent. I’m giving it 4/5 stars for the price tag and I did not see any skin clearing benefits after a long period using it. It’s a great hydrator to apply on top of a moisturizer, but there are many other oils that provide the same hydrating results.

HELP!!! In need of a new skin routine. I’ve used CeraVe acne foaming face wash paired with the CeraVe moisturizing lotion & also the CeraVe PM lotion. These products have dried out my skin and made it look dull. I do want to try the CeraVe hydrating face wash and some ordinary brand but just not to sure where to start!! Beat Acne With This Simple Guide
( This is not my photo but I have tried most of these combos)✨ Comedones: these are flesh or white colored bumps (usually most common) Bakuchoil: gentle alternative for retinol. THE inkey LIST - Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative Moisturizer Azelaic Acid: amazing acid (I just reviewed). Great for acne and pore exfoliating! The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% Granactive Retinoids: lower irritation than retinol (less strength) The Ordinary - Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion (I find using Differin gel can help to but it can be irritating and shouldn’t be paired with other active ingredients) Oil Production: Niacinamide: vitamin B3 that helps with oil production (especially paired with Zinc) The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Bacteria: Bakuchiol Azelaic Acid Inflammation Niconamide (best as serum) Bakuchoil (best as moisturizer) Azelaic Acid (better in cream form (especially if you have sensitive skin) Granactive Retinol: (better as serum) Remember to always layer from lightest to heaviest! My personal routine for active acne: Morning ☀️ Cleanse Tone Serum (The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% in oil areas) Treat (The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% everywhere) Moisturize Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer SPF 30 (great for sensitive skin and when mixing actives) Evening Cleanse Tone Serum (The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% in oily areas) Treat (DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel ) Moisturize CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion mixed with Cliganic - 100% Rosehip Oil ) I have used alternative retinol, but I found my skin to get used to it and I wanted something stronger. If you mix these products together (as suggested by the guide) stick to granactive retinol and using bakuchiol. Less chance to experience irritation.

Custom skincare for your skin needs ?!
Hellooooo, This my first night ever using Curology. I came across this product because...the ad keeps popping on my YouTube LOL. It comes with a cleanser, custom formulated serum or cream thing that is tailored to your skin needs and a moisturizer. I have very dry skin, not necessarily acne prone (i usually get break out from that time of that month or too much soda and things) but other than that my skin is fine. My main concern is the dark marks that I’m trying to fade away. The ingredients in my serum is: 1% Clindamycin- Used to treat certain bacterial infections in the skin that causes acne. 4% Azelaic Acid- Used to treat rosacea and severe acne 0.25% Zinc Pyrithione- Normally something found in dandruff shampoo , it has anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties that can help with clearing skin from acne. Steps I took to apply these products: ( my skincare routine does not consist of 30 different products, I’ve learned less is more for my skin.) 1. Used a quarter size amount of cleanser, the consistency of this product looks like CeraVe hydrating cleanser but the different is this product lathers. Even though I typically don’t gravitate towards these kinds of cleanser because my skin is dry and need all the moister I can get this one actually didn’t leave my skin feeling dry. 2. Applied the custom serum about a dime size amount it’s on the thicker side on the consistency little went a long way. Also, only apply serum at night time as the instructions recommended. 3. Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant, used like 5 drops and patted it in my skin 4. The Rich moisturizer I think I used about a quarter size, I’m a bit heavy handed with my moisturizers. But overall it feels nice and it did hydrate. So that just about finishes up tonight’s review I’ll come back in a week to see if there’s any progress. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator

Biossance is leaving me speechless...
-Thank you for reading me in advance. ✨- I recently made a post about the BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Lactic Acid Resurfacing Night Serum . And I couldn’t ask more from this product. In the same order, I got the BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil which is this tiny strong bottle that you see in my hands. 🙊 This will be your bestfriend for Brightening and firming hydration. ✨ Ingredients on this product: Squalane: it boosts your hydration, making your skin appear more vibrant and healthier. It also fights skin’s damage and free radicals. Vitamin C: helps to diminish the look of discoloration, it will visible improved skin elasticity and firmness. Damascus rose extract: awakens the senses and boost healthy- looking radiance Chios crystal oil: revitalize the skin and improve the look of firmness Fall is around the corner so I am in need of extra hydration, and for this I prefer this Squalene vitamin C oil. 🦋My skin absorbs the product so quick! 🦋I feel it more hydrated and with a glowy finish 🦋 It has a mild rose scent, but it goes away in seconds... 🦋 I have a combination skin that is more into the oily side, but this oil controls my oily side very well. Can’t complain 🦋 It is good for all skin types as well This definitely will be a great help for a mature skin. My mom is using it as well, and She loves how her dark spots had been gradually fading and she wakes up with a more hydrating and luminous face. “I don’t look like a zombie anymore”- that’s what she told me when she used it the third time 😂 The price point is totally worth it, I got a $10 travel size to try this beautiful product before breaking the bank with the bigger size. But I will totally purchase the bigger size when I finish this one. 🙊😅 I hope you enjoyed my review! 🥰
I woke up like this glow. ✨ Night serum 🤯
-Thanks for reading me in advance! 💖- I have been dealing with acne scars since I began to take care of my face back in December. I manage to get rid of my acne, but I hate the fact that they are always living a mark on my beautiful face. 🥺 I was using The ordinary Absorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% serum. Let me say that this serum is not bad at all, but you do have to be patient with the results. I used The ordinary serum for like a month and I NEVER GOT THESE RESULTS! It has 10% of a powerful vegan lactic acid which boosts skin cell turnover The Lactic acid is an AHA which it helps to gentle exfoliate the skin It balances your skin tone, and gives you hydration over night. It minimize the appearance of pores, which is something that I always look in products due to me having very large pores around my nose. 🦋During my first application I noticed a kind of herbal scent, a very mild scent that only lasted a minute and it went away. 🦋I felt a tingling sensation, I believe it was because of the high 10% amount of Lactic acid that it has. 🦋I only use two pumps and it is more than enough to cover my entire face. 🦋My skin was EATING IT! As if she was very thirsty lol. Meaning that it is absorbed into my skin very quickly. Now, I got the sample bottle for $10 since the full size product is $62. But now that I tried it, and I can truly notice the results, I can totally break my bank for this worth it product. It worked as I expected it to work! 💖 Totally recommend this product 😃 Give it a try! 😋
AMAZING products from BioClarity!
I love bioclarity! Their prices are affordable and their products work so well! The best part is that all of the products are vegan and cruelty free. They don’t have any harsh chemicals or fragrances. The bioClarity - BioClarity Cleanse suds up very well and helps unclog your pores. There are no overwhelming scents. The bioClarity - Treat Complexion Perfection helps keep acne at bay. I love this product so much because I struggle with acne. bioClarity - Restore helps take down any redness in the skin. bioClarity - Hydrate is super moisturizing and isn’t sticky. Soaks into your skin very nicely and doesn’t leave it feeling oily. bioClarity - Drink It Up Super Hydrating Serum is my absolute favorite. It hydrates my skin and you don’t use a ton of it so it lasts awhile. And finally bioClarity - Dewy Dew Multi-Tasking works as a toner but you can also use it as a setting spray as well. It’s a great dual spray. Bioclarity has so many other products that I can’t fit into this post but also love just as much as the ones pictured. Check bioclarity out end give them a try because you will not regret it! #vegan #crueltyfree #bioclarity #skincare #beauty

PM SKINCARE ROUTINE✨
Hi everyone! heres my new nighttime skincare routine!! I’m the type of person to constantly change my routine especially when i get new products that i’m excited to try. but here’s the routine i’m sticking with now and i’m hoping that it’ll calm down my hormonal and cystic acne!! THE BODY SHOP - Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash I remember using this product a lot when i first started getting into skincare. I recently started using it now because it really cleared my skin and got off all of the excess oils from my face. Tea tree oil helps reduce the appearance and severity of acne. It is also used to soothe any skin inflammation. But beware because some people’s skin can be allergic to tea tree since it’s an essential oil. The Ordinary - Mandelic Acid 10% + HA okay i really like this product. I haven’t been using this for long but every time I use it i can tell that my skin is getting brighter and some of my dark spots are leaving. Mandelic acid is one of the most gentle AHA’s which is very great for people with sensitive skin. Mandelic acid also helps regulate sebum production, unclog pores, and reduce inflammation which can lessen acne breakouts too. This product also contains HA which is also amazing to have in this serum. It may be a lil greasy but a little goes a long way and it’s very worth it. NEOSTRATA - Ultra Moisturizing Face Cream This is the moisturizer i’ve been using for a couple days so far and i can say that it’s pretty good! again a lil goes a long way for this product and it also contains 10% PHA which is a very light exfoliator. It is great for sensitive skin and very light. It is a bit greasy so if you have oily skin than i recommend that you don’t use this or use very little of it. Pls comment if you have any recommendations or questions!! I really appreciate it✨✨👍🏻
The Ordinary-Mandelic Acid 10% + HA
FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum 😐 When I first purchased and began using this serum I was definitely a fan of the way it felt on my face but after using it consistently, I don’t feel that it has really done anything for my skin. On the other hand, I stopped using it once I ran out and I have had a few breakouts but I’m not 100% sure whether or not the breakouts can be attributed to stopping this product as I have switched up my routine recently. All-in-all, I would consider re-purchasing this serum but I’m not rushing out the door to get it. I am definitely going to try a few different products before I decide whether or not to re-visit this one. CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion 🤗 I cannot adequately express in words how much I love this product. As someone with oily skin, I have always turned away from moisturizing out of fear that it would clog my pores or make my skin appear more oily despite knowing the dehydrated skin can cause greater oil production. This is the first moisturizer I’ve found that I do not feel is melting off my face after an hour. I use this product day and night, I just make sure to follow with an SPF during the day. I already have re-purchased this item and will continue to do so! The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% 😐 After reading about the wonders of Azelaic Acid, I decided to give it a try. Many individuals refer to this product as the holy grail for hyperpigmentation. I started using this product consistently at night about 6-8 weeks ago but I honestly have not noticed much of a difference. I want to love this product so badly so I did re-purchase this product today and I’m going to keep being consistent in hopes of seeing some results. One thing about this product that I don’t particularly like is the consistency, it feels like silicone and I find it very difficult to spread. Drop your comments below ⬇️ if you’ve tried any of these products! Let me know what you think 🧠

New Routine For My Combo Acne-Prone Skin
I have used each of these products before, but never for prolonged use or in a structured routine. Using this new routine for the past two days I have not had any new breakouts and my forehead texture seems to be improving! AM ROUTINE ☀️ 1. Rinse face with cool ( 😎 ) water. 2. Apply The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% and The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 as well as The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG under my eyes. 3. Moisturize with stratia - Liquid Gold and a few drops of The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Squalane PM ROUTINE 🌙 1. Wash face with The Ordinary - Squalane Cleanser 2. Exfoliate using PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator (I don’t do this twice a day because I broke out in awful cysts all over my forehead when overusing this in the past) 3. Same serums as above, but instead of the caffeine solution under my eyes I sometimes opt for the dear, klairs - Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drop 4. Same moisturizers as AM! I rated many of these as 3 stars because they are good products, but not too sure how beneficial they are on their own. A lot of The Ordinary’s products seem to have a higher success rate in combination with other products! I will post updated pictures of my skin in a few weeks to see if it really does anything! ✨
The Ordinary-100% Plant-Derived Squalane
my love, my life
im OBSESSED with this. i bought the PAULA'S CHOICE - 10% Azelaic Acid Booster a few months ago when i was really struggling with redness and a generally uneven skin tone. i initially couldn’t figure out how to use this without it having issues with some of my other skincare as i had been mixing it with my moisturizer. i find that it works better for me by itself, applied after serums and before my moisturizer this is meant to target uneven skin tone, any spots, and is meant to soothe irritation. it took about two months of consistent use before i noticed a real difference, but the redness in my cheeks has really evened out and now i only have flare ups sometimes rather than every single week. and when i’m having a breakout, i spot treat with this and it really works wonders this is $36 for 1 oz, and i really CANNOT recommend this enough
PAULA'S CHOICE-10% Azelaic Acid Booster
Hi all! So I’m 29 years old and just started my nee PM skin regimen! I’ve always suffered from acne.. so I’ve tried it all in the books!!! IVE ONLY BEEN USING THE PRODUCTS FOR 3 DAYS!!! BUT I HADDDD TO SHARE BECAUSE OF THE SIGNIFICANT CHANGE!!! The The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% has really controlled my oily skin and inflammation of new pimples. TheCure - Natural Aqua Gel I use it 2x per week and it’s a super gentle water based exfoliador that removes all your dead skin without the harsh acids or chemicals. The HADALABO - Rohto Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion Moist moisturizes your face! And I use it AM and PM... which btw my fave is pretty dry because of all the new things I’m trying out. The SHISEIDO - Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream is very smooth and your skin sucks it up! But it does have a mild fragrance smell (which I don’t mind). I use it for fine lines...more of a prevention... TheDIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel I just started using it as I mentioned -3 days ago- it’s supposed to take up to 12 days to actually see a difference but I already do!!! My pimples have reduced in size and they definitely don’t hurt as much. Last but not least! The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA I seal off the entire treatment with this moisturizer!!! You definitely need it because your face will DRY OUT and look patchy!!! I WILL POST AGAIN IN 14 days to see any improvement!!!
SHISEIDO-Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream
I’ve been loving these products and have been using them almost daily in my skincare routine! I can’t live with out my COSRX - Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch because they flatten pretty much any pimple overnight. OBSESSED. The FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads have also been a godsend in trying to clear my obnoxious breakouts I’ve been having. I’m also pretty stoked on the Kate Somerville - Kx Active Concentrates Bio-Mimicking Peptides Serum because it seems to be helping in keeping my skin glowy and smooth. ✨
