One brand love, @benefitcosmetics 🥰 finally reviewing some products from one of my favorite makeup brands - benefit! 💖⁣ ⁣ • benefit - Cyber Monday Free Porefessional Face Primer Deluxe Sample With Brand Purchase - been using this for years, one of my favorite and go-to primers. Yall know I have big pores and this really helps me blur them out 😭 it has this silk like balm consistency that feels really lightweight on skin. It excellently works for minimizing pores and out of all my primers here, this one lasts the longest!!! One of the best primers I’ve tried so far but a little bit pricey too 🥲⁣ • benefit - Benefit Tinted Cheek & Lip Stain - to be honest, I don’t really like this one. It dries out my lips and doesn’t really last all day. I have to reapply every time. And not a fan of the formula and faint rose smell 😔⁣ • benefit - Hoola Matte Bronzer - THE BEST!!!!! I would repurchase this over and over. This is the perfect shade not too dark and too light. I wear this for my everyday makeup! It looks so natural on me and it’s so easy to build up. 💕⁣ • benefit - High Brow Eyebrow Highlighter - Just a simple highlighting pencil for brows and inner corners of the eye. Just the right amount of highlight and smooth texture. ☺️⁣ • benefit - Goof Proof Brow Pencil - I SWEAR benefit has the best brow products!!! I emptied this pencil so quick. I love the formula of the pencil, looks really natural on my brows, stays all day and blends beautifully. Best brow product ever, HANDS DOWN. 🙌🏻⁣ • benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel - Another great product from benefit, this definitely holds my brows in place without feeling wet or sticky and keeps the pigment of the brow product as well. No crunchy feeling at all, works really well with other brow products. ⁣ • benefit - Free Roller Lash Mascara Deluxe - Not really my favorite, formula leaves smudges under my eyes. Though it makes my lashes lengthy but doesn’t curl and is really clumpy. ⁣ ⁣ Overall, I love @benefitcosmetics! I really look forward to trying all their brow products because they are THE BEST!!!! SKIN TYPE: Very dry skin, eczema, sensitive and acne-prone all at the same time🙃🙃 Sometimes using prescribed cortisteroid ointments (Novasone) for eczema flare ups or reactions. PRODUCTS USED (in order): Primer I use e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer , it’s so cheap but acts as a nice bond/barrier between skin after skincare routine and applying makeup; it’s so good in preventing drying out my skin but it’s not very hygienic as fluff or dust gets stuck. Usually patting the primer into the skin and waiting a moment for it to melt into the skin. Foundation is a cushion #CHANEL - Vitalumiére Glow[products]#[FourStars] (#21), gives a shine upon application while still looking like natural skin. It’s a light to medium coverage and I find it doesn’t cling to my dry patches. I don’t use concealer most of the time but I do use the powder Charlotte Tilbury - Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder to set under the eyes, smile lines, nose contour area, chin and forehead. I don’t produce much oil through the day at all but I do sweat and the powder helps set makeup while still looking natural and doesn’t take away the glow too much. For the price though, there might be better cheaper alternatives🥺. Brows I usually use the innisfree - Auto Eyebrow Pencil or the ETUDE - Tint My Brows Gel New +benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel, the tint can last ~2-3 days so it saves time if I’ve already filled in and drawn my brows the night before😂. The only con is that on initial application the tint looks green-ish in the camera. #NARS - Original blush - Orgasm[products]#[FourStars] for the slight golden shimmer enhancing the glow of the cushion foundation, usually building it up for a slightly brighter flush of colour on the cheeks as the colour doesn’t show too much when you first apply it. Highlight usually the FENTY mini Kilowatt highlight in the shade Hustla Baby, it’s a golden sheen that really blends in with my skin tone and not too glittery while also blends in with the NARS blush. If I’m feeling extra then also lightly adding in the FENTY mini Diamond Bomb highlight. Eyeliner is the brownUZ - Eye Opening Liner Usually use various lengthening falsies or innisfree - Skinny Microcara Last but most crucial thing for me is the URBAN DECAY - All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray , it really pulls the whole look together, adding back some shine where I’ve powdered thus making the whole look more natural. Also with the spray I don’t have to worry about the makeup transferring or fading/melting away during the day unless 8+ hours.
