PRODUCTS THAT HELPED WITH HAIR LOSS!

Hair loss can be an incredibly painful experience. It’s embarrassing and exhausting trying to hide. Most times whatever I did to hide it caused more damage. It’s so easy not to feel beautiful when you fall outside of the traditional standards of beauty. In my personal experience I felt like no one else I knew was going through the same thing I was and I just wanted my hair to grow like everyone else. I tried so many products and would get my hopes up when I saw some progress only to be devastated again and again. My hair loss is a direct result of stress and would happen around big deadlines or when something big was happening in my life which would create even more stress! I have very dry hair brittle hair, that doesn’t do well when it is out in its natural state and requires a lot of maintenance. 2 products I use in addition using ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo
ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Conditioner
TROPIC ISLE LIVING - Jamaican Black Castor Oil Hair Therapy
deep conditioning once a month, keeping my hair in protective styles like braids and wearing satin bonnets to sleep are Women’s Rogaine and Hairfinity vitamins. Rogaine - 5% Minoxidil Foam for Hair Regrowth
- this is a clear watery liquid. You are to apply to the area of your scalp that you experiencing hair loss twice a day. It comes with a dropper so it’s easy to be precise about where you are placing the product. I have hair loss along my hairline so I apply the product and then Pat it into my hair to prevent it from dripping. It can get a bit sticky on your hands. This is not a product that works overnight so you have to be patient but it can have amazing results with continued use. #Hairfinity - Healthy Hair Vitamins[products]# - LOVE THIS PRODUCT! This produces speedy results! Your results are based on how fast your hair grows and they may not be the same for everyone but in 3 weeks to a month of taking these pills I started seeing my bald patches starting to darken and I feel like my hair was growing at a faster rate. I started using this product first so I have seen the results of this on its own and they are amazing! My stress induced hair loss happens at the top of my head and Hairfinity helped my hair regrow in this area pretty quickly but the thin areas around my hairline still needed extra help and that’s why I started using Rogaine. This is something I wouldn’t talk about for a long time but once I realized it happens to more people than I thought I decided started to feel less embarrassed about something that is of my control. #CherieCreator

ACV for hair loss
3 years ago I started losing hair most likely due to stress. Every time I brushed may hair with a brush or with my hair and when I washed my hair which I did almost everyday because I have oily hair, clumps of it would fall out. My ponytail went from a nickel size thickness to a less than dime size thickness. I was losing hair all over my scalp. Occasionally my scalp would get so itchy right after a wash but there wasn’t dandruffs. I tried Rogaine - 5% Minoxidil Foam for Hair Regrowth for months straight and I would get an increase of hair loss and white hairs which I never had prior to using it. I even use egg masks and coconut oil masks which I have used prior to my hair loss. I even took NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies religiously. None had slowed down my hair loss nor promoted hair growth. I came upon a post one day on a google search about how this person used an BRAGG - Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with mother hair mask for their hair loss. Because I do already drink a ACV drink daily I decided to try it in my hair. I used it consistently for 2 months every other day now. I have seen so many baby hair sticking out of my head. And yes I look crazy but I’m so happy to share with you that it works for me so it could work for you as well. I diluted my ACV in a 2 ACV to 1 water ratio. I just used tap water. I poured a little bit into my scalp and massaged it in for about 30 seconds and left it in my hair for about 5 to 10 minutes, rinsed my hair, then shampooed my hair regularly. I found massaging to wet and dry hair doesn’t make much difference. There will be residual ACV smell when your hair is wet but after it dries the smell does away. ACV also balances the pH of you hair so lately I have been able to maintain my hair to a second day without it looking extra greasy. Today, my pony tail thickened up a little and I can’t wait to see more hair growth. I hope this post helps. Don’t forget to spot test the solution in case your skin is sensitive to ACV.

Dermatologist’s Top Hair Loss Tips
Hair loss is one of the most common conditions I see, and unfortunately many people have wasted time with supposed "miracle cures" before they even come to see me. Hair loss can be frustrating, worrisome and even down right depressing BUT there are many solutions that can help. Here are my top tips for hair loss! 1. Time is hair! I say this nearly every time I talk about hair loss. Time is hair! What do I mean by that? Every type of hair loss is better treated early rather than later. This is especially true of conditions like central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia (CCCA). This is a type of scarring hair loss, meaning that once the affect hair has fallen out, it will never grow back. However, when treated early, we can halt the progression and preserve as much hair as possible. That's why it's so important to see a dermatologist as soon as you notice hair loss. 2. Don’t put too much hope in supplements! While there are a whole host of supplements on the market for hair loss, many don't have convincing data supporting their use as a single agent to regrow hair. Even more important is the fact that some hair supplements may actually be dangerous. Case in point: biotin. It has been touted as a treatment for hair loss for years. However, there is no data supporting its efficacy for hair growth, and it might actually be dangerous in some cases. 3. Know that there are options! While the prospect of regrowing your hair might seem hopeless, there are plenty of options available like topical minoxidil for androgenic alopecia (male or female pattern hair loss), laser devices and prescription treatments. As I stated before, checking in with a dermatologist will be the first step to find what's right for you. Rogaine - 5% Minoxidil Foam for Hair Regrowth #cheriepartner #dermatologist #hairloss #hair

HOW TO SLEEP WITH & TREAT SUPER DRY HAIR!
My natural hair is longer than it has ever been. I have struggled with hair loss over the years but I’ve finally found a system that works for me. Washing & Conditioning: Once a month or each time I take out my protective styles I deep condition my hair with Salon Care cholesterol Cream Conditioner. I take the cream and fully saturate my hair and scalp with the product, cover my hair with a disposable plastic cap and put my heating cap on for 30 mins and wash my hair. Cholesterol is great for adding moisture to dry damaged hair. I use ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo & ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Conditioner . These products are amazing! They smell great and add much needed moisture to my hair leaving it looking shiny and healthy. Hydration: I add castor oil to my scalp every day and put it on my hands when I am twisting my hair for bed to add moisture and shine to my hair. I apply it from roots to ends of my hair about once a week or when I notice my hair starting to get dry. Castor oil promotes hair growth, repairs split ends, controls hair loss and helps to thicken hair. Sleep: When I am wearing my natural hair I will twist my hair before bed about 2 times during the week. When I twist my hair i wear a head scarf to protect my hair and keep everything in place. In the morning I will untwist my hair, separate the strands and use a wide tooth comb to fluff the roots. On nights after my initial twist out I will put my hair (untwisted) in my Grace Eleyae Satin Lined Cap. This protects my hair from friction when I sleep and helps my Hair retain moisture and shine. I also use a satin pillow case in case my scare or cap slips off while I am sleeping so that my hair is protected for friction damage. I use the one from Organic Olive Oil Root Stimulater. Protective Styles: This has really helped my hair to grow. I don’t keep my natural hair out for extended periods of time. I am also straying away from wigs because they can take moisture from your hair and the friction between the wig and your hair can cause breakage. When I get my hair braided it usually lasts 1-3 months depending on the style. Cornrow styles last about a month and box braids and twist last closet to 3. When my hair is in braids I put castor oil on my scalp every day or when my scalp feels dry. #CherieCreator

I Got My Hair To Grow After Years of Hair Loss❤️
For the last 10 years I’ve struggled with Androgenic Alopecia or Female Pattern Baldness. My hair would start to grow and then start thinning and falling out in patches. Hair has always been an emotional subject for me and the I have shed so many tears over the years. I’ve gone to dermatologist and hair specialists to help me treat my hair and find something that would help but nothing did! I would wear wigs to hide my bald spots and sometimes just give up on my hair all together until I started using these products together and wearing protective hair styles. Last year in May my hair began falling out again and I cut the rest off so people couldn’t see the bald spots. In the first picture you can see my hair is completely shaved. The second photo is my hair this year in April! My hair is dry and brittle so I need products that will add moisture to my hair and create a barrier around each strand to protect it from the elements especially in the winter. 💫 ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil Conditioner The OGX coconut Miracle Oil shampoo and conditioner have really worked miracles for my hair. These products are made specifically for dry damaged hair! Both the shampoo and conditioner are thick and creamy. Both products have coconut oil which is filled with fatty acids and has a ton of benefits for hair and skin: + Helps hair grow longer, thicker and healthier + Helps with Frizz control + Dandruff + Lice + Boosts Shine & Softness + Helps Protect from Sun Damage These products smell amazing and are Sulfate and Paraben free. They make my hair soft and easy to comb through which means less hair down the drain. They add so much shine to my hair and make my scalp feel like it had a tall glass of water. 💫TROPIC ISLE LIVING - Jamaican Black Castor Hair Growth Oil Sunny Isle - The Original Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil I’ve tried so many hair oils but nothing has worked quite as well as Jamaican black Castor Oil. I used either Sunny Isle or Tropic Isle castor oil and they both are amazing! Jamaican Black Castor Oil has many benefits for digestion, skin and hair: + Promotes Hair Growth + Moisturizes Hair + Strengthens Hair + Prevents Hair Breakage + Heals and Prevents Split Ends While it doesn’t smell the best it has really has helped my hair beyond expectation. I would 100% recommend these products to anyone that is experiencing hair breakage, damage, thinning or hair loss. They are pretty inexpensive. Each product is less than $12. I also tie my hair up in either a hair scarf or satin lined bonnet at night to prevent any breakage from friction on my pillow. One of my favorite products to sleep with is Grace Eleyae satin lined caps. They hair a variety of hair care bonnets, hats, headbands, scrunchies and pillow cases so you are protecting your hair all of the time! Products can be found at graceeleyae.com.

UNDER $10! Choose the right natural hair products from durgstore!
I have thick natural hair and as a young girl just out of university, I am always on a budget😰😰. After years of trying out different high end products and getting the same “OK” results, I started looking elsewhere. Below is a list of hair products I use faithfully that are all under $10. aussie - Miracle Moist 3 Minute Miracle with Avocado for Dry Hair RepairThis is a great deep conditioner for days when you can’t do the whole thirty minute deep conditioning routine. You can find Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle for as low as $3. aussie - Miracle Moist ConditionerThis is my favorite hair conditioner. I use this twice a week to condition and detangle my hair. aussie - Miracle Moist Shampoo . If you haven’t figured it out by now, I love the whole Aussie Moist line lol. ogx - Coconut Miracle Oil ShampooThis coconut milk shampoo by OGX is a steal. It smells like a tropical vacation in a bottle. It lathers nicely with only a small amount of product and leaves hair feeling soft and strong. The coconut oils moisturize and nourish your natural hair and the coconut milk and egg white proteins strengthen your relaxed hair. Eden Body Works Jojoba Monoi Deep Conditioner This has got to be the best deep conditioner under $10. After using this product on my hair the shine and elasticity was out of this world. If you are struggling with dryness and need a moisture boost I strongly suggest adding this deep conditioner to your regimen. Eden BodyWorks Coconut Shea Cowash Eden BodyWorks is one of my favorite brands and the Coconut Shea Cleansing Cowash is my favorite cowash. It’s one of the only cleansing conditioners that makes my hair and scalp feel squeaky clean. It also has pretty good slip, which makes detangling easy. It comes in a 16 oz jar, and you can typically find it for about $9. Curls Goddess Curls Botanical Gel Looking for a botanical gel to get your curls popping without flakes and crunch? This Goddess Curls Botanical Gel is your answer. This product will cure your wash and go woes, define your curls, and leave you with soft bouncy ringlets for less than $10. Sounds like a steal to me. Price: $8 cantu - Shea Butter for Natural Hair Deep Treatment Masque  I alternate between this and my Shea Moisture deep conditioning masque and it works just as good. I use it as least twice a month for thirty minutes at a time  and it keeps my curls poppin. Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo Trader Joe’s makes a great sulfate-free clarifying shampoo made with quality ingredients like peppermint, tea tree oil, and eucalyptus oil. A 16 oz bottle only costs $3.99. Maui MOISTURE - Heal & Hydrate + Shea Butter Hair Mask It has a really nice smell, it’s made with quality ingredients, and it can also double as a leave-in. If you have fine hair, you should try them and won't regret!
If you have fine hair, you should try them and won't regret!
I have very typical fine and soft hair, which can cause two problems. On the one hand, the hair is easy to produce oil and becomes greasy and ugly. If the grease is serious, it will block the pores of the scalp, resulting in dandruff and itching. On the other hand, thin hair is hard to set. If the hair is close to the scalp, the face will look big. So, I am glad I found some useful products. Below I will introduce a set of shampoo and conditioner. Here is a personal TIP to share, that is, it is best to use one brand of shampoo and conditioner. This not only help the product to maximize their efficacy, but also does not cause allergies or mutual exclusion.   AUSSIE Miracle Volume Shampooaussie - Paraben-Free Miracle Volume Shampoo with Plum & Bamboo For Fine Hair $6/360ML I occasionally buy this shampoo during the promotion, but who knows it has become my favorite. This brand is very popular because of its high cost performance, and its ace products are also very popular all over the world. This shampoo is mainly used for the fluffy effect. In my opinion, it can keep the washed hair fresh for a long time. At the same time, it has a relatively strong cleaning power, so the soft hair is not easy to turn oil. More importantly, I think it has a unique fragrance of coconut milk, which makes it very enjoyable to wash your hair.   aussie - Miracle Moist 3 Minute Miracle with Avocado for Dry Hair Repair $5/236ML This deep conditioner is a consistent winner of top beauty product awards including the 2011 and 2012 Allure Best of Beauty Award and 2013 Glamour Glammy Award for “Best Conditioner". It is indeed worthy of such an award, and for me, this product is indeed a miracle. With 3 times of moisturizing ability, it could turn dry hair into silky waves in just 3 minutes and add nutritious high moisturizing formula with a little Australian Aloe Vera, Jojoba and Kelp. This conditioner is thicker than ordinary conditioner, so after using strong shampoo, I will put it on my wet hair, and it is best to wrap it up and rinse it off later. Leave a comment if you have questions!

Coarse hair may be a big problem for many girls, including me.   Since I bleached and used a lot of heat tools on my hair. So safe to say I get damage and split ends. My hair now become dry and fragile. Therefore I have to always seek for some hair products to help prevent slit ends and fizzing.   Recommended by a friend, I ordered MOROCCANOIL - Restorative Hair Mask. After one use, honestly speaking, it’s better than any brands I've ever used before.   Moroccanoil Restorative Hair Mask is specially target at hair damaged by chemical processing or heat styling. Infused with argan oil and shea butter, it can nourish deeply to rebuild hair’s strength and restore elasticity.   After cleaning your hair with shampoo, dry the hair as far as possible, and then apply a little bit in your hand and use on your hair ends, remember not to touch the scalp, leave on for 10 minutes, finally rinse well with water.   Even with just several minutes, you'll feel a sliky smooth noticeable difference. It definitely calms down the frizziness and the dry looking pieces. I usually use it twice a week. Even though the product is pretty good, don’t overuse it!   It does like a white greasy texture, but your hair is not oily after use. Instead my hair absorbs it quickly. Then, it become soft, moisturized and much healthier. The scent is awesome. I get compliments all the time about how my hair smells!!   For better results, I always use MOROCCANOIL - Moroccanoil Treatment together. I apply a little on the ends of my hair when my hair is wet and while it's been dry. The Moroccanoil doesn’t make you feel greasy. It gives a beautiful shine to the hair.   I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a mask to help protect hair against breakage. If you have any questions hmu!!!

How I wash my fine hair  My hair is damaged and fine. my hair is made of up strands that are smaller diameter than other hair types. My scalp is also oily and easy to get itchy because I got my hair blenched.  I have to wash my hair frequently, means buying a good shampoo and condition is very important for me. I need to find a shampoo that is nourishing enough to prevent my hair from dryness and also not too greasy.     The best shampoo and condition I found for my hair is Ogx’s BRAZILIAN KERATIN THERAPY SHAMPOO and OGX Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen conditioner. The shampoo contains coconut oil, avocado oil and cocoa butter. It smells like cocoa butter. The ingredients help to strengthen and soften the hair. it cleanses my hair, does not strip my hair and irritate my scalp. The texture is very thick, only a litter bit goes on a long way when mixing it with water. After using this shampoo, my hair feels clean and soft, but also a little bit dry. My hair turns to soft, smooth and not greasy.   After cleansing my hair, I use a nourishing conditioner to moisturize my hair. the condition contains Vitamin B7 biotin, protein and collagen to nourish the hair. the conditioner has an elegant smell and leaves my hair super smooth and hydrated. The end of my hair is dry and easy to breakage. I apply this and massage my hair from the ends up to the ears, leave it for a few minutes during the shower. The ends of my hair look nourished and nice after using this. My hair becomes soft and silky after drying out.  The shampoo and conditioner work well with each other to add a luxurious glow and luminescent shine to my hair. I highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner for people who have fine hair. The set can control the oil and also brings nourish to the hair. Both of the products cost AUD 11.9, I think it is a decent price for such good hair care products.

Entry level hair products for hair loss🥰
Entry level hair products for hair loss🥰
THIN AND SOFT, LOW DENSITY。 EASY TO OIL AND DROP. I think many of you have bought the Body Shop shampoo and conditioner. This is a hair care kit for girls and boys who are concerned with hair loss. Every time I go to the body shop, I only want to buy a bottle of Shampoo, but the clerk always says half price for the second one. As a result, I will buy at least two products every time. Lmao! Today I'd like to share with you two products in pairs. Body shop ginger shampoo + ginger conditional First of all, I recommend this because the price! Good value for money. It's $11 a bottle, 16.5 for one combination ( shampoo with conditional). A bottle of 250 ml. The main ingredients of these products are ginger juice, vitamin B5 and other natural scalp care ingredients, whose main function is to prevent and control oil. With foaming net, foam will be more rich and dense. The most obvious change is that there is not as much hair loss as before and do not worry about becoming bald. :)My hair belongs to soft and fine, so often soft lie prone on my head. After using this, the fleeciness feeling has been improved. Talk about the weaknesses. Once my mother used my shampoo by accident and asked me, what bad shampoo did you buy? It smelled pungent and it was really frizzy after washing my hair. 😂I wondered what she had used, until I realized it was body shop ginger shampoo. There are a lot of people can not accept the scent of ginger. I actually think the scent is acceptable, especially after I use it a lot, I get used to the smell. Also, this shampoo must be used with conditioner, as your hair really looks dry after it's washed, so use conditioner behind! If 5 is a full mark, I think I will score 3.5 for this combination, of which 3 points are for his high cost performance!

How I maintain my bleach dyed hair at home!
How I maintain my bleach dyed hair at home!
I’ve been bleaching and dying my hair for a few years now and I love lightening my naturally dark hair. My go-to bleach treatment has always been the “balayage,” aka a technique involving hand painting highlights onto the hair with a focus on creating dimension. The great thing about balayages is that they grow out so naturally and I don’t have to worry about constantly revisiting the salon to add more highlights as my black roots come back! The natural dimension is very forgiving and looks great for months. However, the one thing I DO struggle with when it comes to bleaching my hair is keeping my color and fighting brassiness! My natural Asian hair color is black and it has a tendency to resist staying cool-toned. Brassiness is a natural problem that comes with lightening darker hair tones. This is because dark hair has strong warm red/orange/yellow undertones. Consistent maintenance is required to keep my bleached hair from turning orange after I get it done at the salon. It’s recommended that you tone your hair frequently at the salon, but I (like many of you guys) have been staying home and thus having to self-manage the impending brassiness. 💜 My secret weapon for keeping my hair looking toned and fresh and maintaining my cool-toned color at home is PURPLE SHAMPOO! 💜 Purple shampoo works to neutralize warm undertones and keep hair looking cool and ashy after it has been lightened. Purple is opposite to yellow on the color wheel and counteracts those natural warm colors in dark hair. Using purple shampoo will help to tone your hair, reducing brassiness and helping the bleached areas appear bright and cool. My all-time favorite is the Fanola - No Yellow Shampoo ! I love this product so much because of how pigmented and dark the purple is and how effectively it works. I use it a few times a week, massaging it into my scalp and ends, making sure all parts of my hair are covered, and then leave it in for 5-10 minutes. On special occasions / when my hair is looking extra brassy, I leave it in for longer! I follow it up with a hair mask or very moisturizing conditioner and my hair always comes out looking so much fresher and cooler than before. I’m sure my hair is looking forward to the next salon appointment I make to bring some more life back to my grown-out roots, but I’m very glad I’ve been able to manage the brassiness issue while staying safe at home in the meantime. If any of you guys are looking for ways to tone your hair and keep it looking fresh in between appointments, definitely give purple shampoo a try (if you haven’t already) and let me know if anyone has any other hair products they love using to manage bleached hair! ✨

A wonderful duo for my hair!
A wonderful duo for my hair!
Just like skin types, we have different hair conditions as well and that’s exactly the reason why sometimes I feel hard to relate to others with very thick or very dense hair. It is totally fine because we are just here to share beautiful and useful tips and experience, right? I am really excited about this combination of a shampoo and hair oil I just found that works for me and worth trying.    My hair is quite thick but I had a few times of massive hair loss so it is now in medium density. It sometimes is really oily near the root but bit dry and dull from the middle to tips. I usually wash my hair every two days and it is basically just the shampoo, conditioner, and a mask if I have the mood for it. I bought this The Bodyshop Ginger Shampoo from their store for its hair strengthening effect but it did not work for me. However, it is a great shampoo that can remove all the oil from my hair and roots, and amazingly adds some volume to my hair. It has a non-fragrant herbal smell and a medium to thick lather, quite a shampoo for daily use with a totally affordable price.   Hair oil is always a friend to people like me. Hair oil has so many uses and benefits, and the one I am using is from Schwarzkopf. I really like its rose scent, super gorgeous and warm. Not oily at all, this hair oil gives such a lightweight nourish to my hair after the shower. Usually, I apply it on the towel-dried hair first, then blow-dry, and apply again before bed so that I can fall asleep easily with its beautiful smell and the feeling of my silky hair. For those with hair in medium-density, please give it a go and try them out and I bet you won't regret it!
