OVERNIGHT BEACH WAVE TUTORIAL 🌊

BriAlecia
I love this beach wave hairstyle! It is my go to style for a party or event. It is easy to do and doesn’t need any heat styling tools so you can have gorgeous waves without any heat damage. My hair in the photo is very thick and has a deep wavy texture. To achieve this look I used: ⭐️ Miss Jessie's - Curly Meringue
This is a great product for wavy and curly hair. It conditions my hair and makes it easier to comb through. It also adds shine and removes any frizz. It helps any styles on my curly/wavy hair last longer. For this style I either use this product or Miss Jessie's - Pillow Soft Curls
which essentially does the same thing but even better! ⭐️ jane carter solution - Shine on Curl Elixer
is a hair oil that contains Aloe Vera, Argan oil and Macadamia oil. It adds shine to my hair and it also protects my hair from heat damage when I am styling with heat tools. This is great for people with dry curly hair. It will condition your hair and make it easier to brush out. ⭐️ Spray Bottle ⭐️ Wide Tooth Comb or Hair Brush ⭐️ 2 Hair ties Step by Step: 1. Fill your spray bottle up half way with water. Add a scoop of your hair cream and a little hair oil. Shake the bottle to combine. 2. Spray mixture into hair until damp (DO NOT SATURATE HAIR WITH MIXTURE)! 3. Use a wide tooth comb or brush to remove any knots from hair. I like to start from the ends 4. Part hair down the middle into 2 sections. 5. Flat twist hair outward, away from face. 6. Take twist and wrap in a bun 7. Repeat on other side 8. Let hair dry overnight and undo twist to reveal beach waves! #CherieCreator

SIMPLE SUMMER BRAIDS👧🏾
When it’s hot outside all I want to do is get my hair off of my back! Especially with long thick wavy hair. A cute style I love in the summer are Dutch braids (aka 2 large cornrows). It is super quick and easy to do. Step by Step: 1. I spray my hair with my conditioning mixture (i combine water, hair cream, and hair oil) 2. I comb out my hair. Starting with the ends and working my way up 3. I take a small section of hair from my temple and clip it up (for bangs) 4. I section off my hair into 2 sections on either side of my head and begin to braid down from front to back picking up more hair as i go 5. I place a hair tie at the end of my braid 6. Repeat on the other side 7. Un clip bangs and part them in the middle 8. Optional: use a Flat Iron to curl bangs outward, away from face and add headband! My Bunny & Her Hair 🐰
We call her Bunny. Her name is Heather Olivia. She is almost 5 years old. I was a mother long before she came along. A mother to 3 boys which, at the time of her birth, made me feel unqualified for the job of raising a girl. The youngest girl in my family at the time was 18 years old so I did not have much experience with girls since there were so many males in my family. Over time, this irrational feeling of not measuring up went away and I am now confident in my mothering of a young African American female. There was only one issue I had a problem tackling - her hair! I didn’t know much about doing a girls hair and I couldn’t just take her to a barber like my boys. So, I started out by doing what I did to my hair when I started my natural hair care journey. I even used the same products and she still uses these products to this very day! I searched YouTube videos and learned so much from them. I practiced on her and now I think I’ve got it! Now, she loves when I do her hair and I’m more comfortable doing it. Today I had to do some finger coils on her hair and she absolutely loved it. I even let her pick out her headband! Here is the list of products used during her normal regimen and today: Mane‘n Tail - Deep Moisturizing Shampooand SheaMoisture - Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen & Restore Rinse-Out Conditionerwere used for washing her hair. cantu - Shea Butter Leave in Conditioning Repair Cream and SheaMoisture - Coconut & Hibiscus, Kids Curling Butter Creamwere used on her hair as leave ins. Hot Six Oil, SheaMoisture - 100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, ECOCO - Eco Style Olive Oil GelandMiss Jessie's - Pillow Soft Curlswere used to seal in moisture as well as for styling her amazingly curly 3C/4A hair.

Need Curl Help?!
Have you struggled to find the perfect products for your curly hair routine? Well look no further, I have the answer- Miss Jessie’s! Miss Jessie’s has a wide variety of hair products that cater to all natural hair types! Whether you have beach waves to a thicker grade of hair this brand has you covered! The two products in my picture show the end result after using both products in the photo. I have tried dozens of hair products and these buy far, since transitioning to natural hair, have been my favorite go to products to use. Both products give you the hold you need while not leaving hair in a hard “crunchy” state. Your hair will feel light and fluffy! The Leave-in Condish is not thick in texture but i wouldn’t say it’s light weight either. I would say it’s the perfect weight for the desired wash and go look you are trying to achieve. The smell is also very nice. It’s a fresh smell that both men and women can use. The Pillow Soft Curls cream is AMAZING! I’m seriously obsessed with this product! It’s a cream product that pairs perfectly with the condition to provide and amazing wash n go look! This cream based product is not thick at all and definitely helps to define your curl pattern! The product has a GREAT smell! Smells like fresh linen and leaves your hair smelling fresh and clean throughout the whole day! So if you ask me what my go to products are for perfectly defined pillow soft bouncy curls, the answer is MISS JESSIES!!!! I hope my review is helpful for you! Disclaimer- my hair type is 3b/3c ish and these products work perfectly on my hair type, however, there are a wide variety of products that this brand offers. If you have a different hair type I’d recommend trying other products from the brand as well until you find the one that works best for your hair because I will say products results do vary from hair type to hair type. *Remember- Patience is key when finding the best hair products! #Cheriecreator #beautywithoutbarriers Miss Jessie's - Pillow Soft Curls Miss Jessie's - Leave In Condish - Lightweight Leave-in Conditioner

SILKY SMOOTH HAIR IN 35 MINS!
My hair is naturally a dry coily fro but when I want a break from my natural hair care routine or just a change of pace I wear wigs. The wig I am wearing in the photo has very thick, loose curls and it can get very dry. ⚡️Before I do any styling i always use Jane Carter Solution Curls to Go Shine on Curl Elixer. It adds shine to my hair and it also protects my hair from heat damage. This is great for people with dry curly hair. It will condition your hair and make it easier to brush out. ⚡️I like to use the REVLON - One-Step Volumizer Hair Dryer to blow out all of the curls. Everyone needs this product!!!! It makes like so much easier whether I am styling my natural hair or a wig. The heat and brush combo has this hair blown out in 20 mins and makes straightening so much faster. ⚡️I use the Fahrenheit Hair Care System Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron. This is a quality iron. It goes up to 425 and gets my hair super straight. It also makes my hair look super silky and shiny and I don’t have to pass it through my hair a million times before it is straight. ⚡️JOHN FRIEDA - Frizz Ease Moisture Barrier Firm Hold Hair Spray this is my favorite hairspray. Your hair is not moving with this product! It has amazing hold and it doesn’t take away from my hairs shine. Step by Step: 1. I spray 1 pump of Shine on Curl Elixer into my hands, rub my hands together and distribute the product evenly throughout my hair. 2. I part my hair in small sections. Working from the back to the front I take the Revlon Volumizer and blow out each section. 3. I use the Fahrenheit iron to bump the ends of each layer of my hair and style my bangs 4. Spray Frizz Ease hair spray from 12 inches away into hands and scrunch hair I love this super cute hairstyle. It frames my face and It takes me 35 mins to do! #CherieCreator

Dealing with curly, thick, dry hair...
Dealing with curly, thick, dry hair...
Hi friends! I have had thick, curly, dry hair for my whole life. Bleaching it definitely added to the dryness and frizziness! Because my hair is so dry, I NEVER use hot tools on it, nor do I ever blow dry. Air drying is key for this hair type—especially if you have a wall of dense, thick hair like me! When air drying, first I’ll let my hair chill after the shower for about an hour (towel drying is NOT a thing with thick hair lmaooo) so my roots are less damp but my ends are still soaked. Then, I’ll take a quarter sized amount of a curl styling cream (today I’m using the Briogeo - Curl Charisma Rice Amino + Avocado Leave–In Defining Cream — it is so good for my curls and inexpensive) and finger comb it through my hair. This prevents tangles and knots from forming. Then, to make sure the product is evenly dispersed i will wet my hands with water and finger comb back through. To keep my hair out of my face while it’s air drying, I’ll usually clip or pin it back with bobby pins. 24 hours later through the humidity my hair is less frizzy than it should be, but the leave in curl cream is still in there so you can refresh your curls by finger combing again with wet hands! This cream lets me have my hair styled like this for the whole week before I wash again! What’s your main tip for thick, frizzy, curly hair?

A quick braid to juje up my hair on a busy day!
A quick braid to juje up my hair on a busy day!
Hair type: curly/frizzy/kinky/3C I don’t braid my hair often as a hairstyle that I rock on a day to day basis; however, when I’m busy and running around all day but still want to juje up my hairstyle I throw in a braid at the front of my hair just to feel like I’m having some fun with my hair 😊 1. Separate the bang part of my hair 2. Start braiding it 3. Throw my hair in a relatively loose ponytail to preserve a little “fun”

Easy And Perfect Hairstyle For Curly Hair🤩🤩
Easy And Perfect Hairstyle For Curly Hair🤩🤩
This is honestly a perfect hairstyle for curly hair! I really like to spend time doing my hair. A couple of my friends told me that it was hard for them to find a nice hairstyle. I recommended this hairstyle to them, and they all loved it! But honestly, it looks different for different hairstyles. I personally think it looks the best with curly hair. And here is how to do it.  Step 1: Everyone has slightly different curls. You should pin up sections of curls according to your curls. Find the best ones for you.  Step 2: Don’t brush curly hair! You can use a leave in conditioner spray if you have any tangles. Step 3: Separate a section on top of your head down to around your temples. Give it a twist at the back and pin it in place with bobby pins. I like to leave it loose to keep some volume on top. Step 4: Take a section of curls near your ear and twist them over and around the first bobby pins. Pin them in place with bobby pins. Step 5: Depending on how much hair you have, split the rest of your hair into smaller sections. Twist each section up into a loose bun and pin in place. Step 6: Look out for any curls poking out and push them back in. Use a pin to keep them up if you need to. If you have long or thick hair, you can use hair elastics to create some small ponytails in step 5. This helps hold your hair up so you can pin the curls more easily. Also, you can use spin pins if you have thick hair. I hope you find this helpful. If you have any other tutorials for curly hair, let me know!!

Easy Slicked Back Pixie: 1) Apply Bed Head for Men Pure Texture molding paste to damp hair. 2) Blow-dry with a small round brush, working the hair back as you blow-dry. 3) Once hair is 100% dry, apply Bed Head for Men Power Play Firm Finish Gel evenly to set the style. Happy Styling!
