All the product that I have posted helped me get rid of my cystic acne as well as helps with my melasma.
At home microdermabrasion
I use this MICHAEL TODD BEAUTY - Sonic Refresher Wet/Dry Sonic Microdermabrasion System with MicroMist Technology once a month. It makes my skin really soft and sweeps away all the dead skin as seen on the pictures. ⚠️ Don’t use this over acne or troubled areas. It gives me really nice glow next days. Always use this at night so your skin has time to rest before you apply makeup or sunscreen. Step 1: Cleanse my faceNeutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash Step 2: use the microdermabrasion as instructed Step 3 : use gentle toner sukin - Hydrating Mist Toner Signature to lightly remove excess dead skin from the face Step4: use sheet 🎭 masks Step 5 : moisture Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream

Are you making the same mistake as me????
I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I use sunscreen vigorously everyday. I have always used sunscreen but got melasma anyway. But today after 4 years of my battle with melasma, I found out that I was doing one thing wrong everyday. There are two types of sunscreen chemical NIVEA - Sensitive Protect SPF50 Sunscreen Lotion and physical Neutrogena - Sheer Zinc Dry-Touch Sunscreen Lotion with SPF 30 and if you have melasma you are supposed to use physical sunscreen. To prevent against melasma, you need a sunscreen that blocks not only the sun's rays, but also its light and heat. Only physical sunscreen does that. I found out about this today and from now on I will only use physical sunscreen and if you suffer from melasma make a switch today.
