Two Moisturizers for the dry skin
As I’ve gotten older, my skin has gone drier and with dryness leaves wrinkles and fine lines. I’m looking for some moisturizers that are not only going to hydrate my skin but also gonna give me those anti-aging benefits. So today I am going to share two moisturizers for dry skin which I have used for more than one year. Product 1: Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ Global Anti-Aging Power Soft Crème Price: AU$85 / 30ml It’s called Revitalizing Supreme+, so it’s definitely more than your basic moisturizer. Its texture of this moisturizer is really light and so perfect for all skin types. If you are oily skin, you will not feel stick at all. The way I like to apply it is by just warming it up between the palms of my hands and applying it upwards in a circular motion, and same thing with the neck skin where you want to work upwards. I always use it in the night skincare routine, and when I wake up in the next morning, my face still feels radiant and moist. Moreover, it really helps with my wrinkles and fine lines after using it for more than one month. The only thing I don’t like is the price because it is a little bit expensive. I highly recommend it if you can afford it. Product2: Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream Price: AU$84/125ml This is a 24-hour facial cream of hydration, and that is paraben-free. Its texture is a little lightweight and a little sheer. And the smell is quite clean and there is no real offence to it. It’s just very kind of standard moisturizer smell. When you apply it, it doesn’t get sticky at all. My skin does feel beautiful, comfortable, and plump. It does definitely feel moist, and it’s absorbing in very quickly. After applying it on my face and put on my makeup for more than 7 hours a day. My skin feels moisturized and plump. When I touch my face, I just think my skin is really healthy and bouncy. It is still radiant. My cheeks are still a bit of glow there, which is really lovely. As a moisturizer, I think it is lasted very well and using it as a primer under my eyes where the concealer has not creased at all. It doesn’t feel dry and flaky at all. And this one is more affordable, if you are a student or you don’t want to spend too much money on a moisturizer, this product is high-cost performance.

I love this anti aging moisturizer.💕
We all need this to control aging. This moisturizer is my third jar. I love to use it after my serums at night. It smells so gentle,Consistency is just great.❤️ and it doesn’t hurt to buy it on Macy’s sale 20% off .
Dupe Or Nope? Does the budget option REALLY exist? 🤔🤔
SKINCEUTICALS - C E Ferulic With 15% L-Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C Serum is the best-selling product from SkinCeuticals and is known as the gold standard of Vitamin C serum. It features 15% vitamin C, 1% vitamin E, and 0.5% ferulic acid. Vitamin E helps increase the anti-oxidant effect of vitamin C and reduce skin irritation, while ferulic acid provides an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect. There are lots of copy-cat products following its footsteps, attempting to mimic the serums magic powers. timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Refill is among the most common. Today I gonna explore that do they really DUPE? The timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Refill is super easy to use. The difference between this serum and the SkinCeuticals serum is the 5% increase in vitamin C concentration, but 15% to 20% concentration actually gives almost the same result. The main reason for increasing the vitamin C concentration is to prevent a weak anti-oxidant effect and a poor balance of its ingredients from reducing the overall effect. However, the irritants have increased as well. Experience: Both have a very runny consistency, although the SkinCeuticals serum is slightly more sticky than that from Timeless. I think the Timeless serum feels better on oily skin. Effect: I always use a lot of serum and use it only in the morning. I essentially finish a 30ml bottle within two months. I have combination-dry skin in winter and combination-oily skin in summer, and neither of these products irritate me. Instead, they offer effective oil control and brighten my complexion. All in all, I think the Timeless serum is actually a good dupe. Combo: I normally use SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) followed up with SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, then add a moisturizing serum, either ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex or Timeless Hyaluronic Acid 100% Pure Serum. I then use theESTĒE LAUDER - Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Crème as my facial cream. Last but not least is sunscreen, which is absolutely essential! Reminder: Use only a small amount of vitamin C at first to build up your skin tolerance, then slowly increase the dosage and use it up as soon as possible as it won't work after oxidizing. Have you used any of these products? If not, will you purchase in the future? 😝

Current night routine 🌙
I wanted to share my current night routine for my skin, starting with when I shower, because it's really been working for me: 1. In the shower, I use a half pump of YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser to tighten pores, get rid of any gunk on my face, and to brighten. 2. After I'm done showering, my blood pressure tends to go up because of circulation improving, so I get in my pajamas and apply Glossier. - Super Pure Niacinamide + Zinc Serum to calm any redness. Then I brush my teeth. 3. Next, I spray a little bit of Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spray all over and roll my face using my SEPHORA COLLECTION - Rose Quartz Facial Roller 4. I roll my face using the wide end, starting with my left cheekbone and go to the jawline while going in lines/diagonals on my cheeks. Then I do my forehead by going horizontally - the top first and moving down, focusing on my brow bones (bc of sinuses, same with cheekbones and undereyes), next is the right cheek same as the left, then chin, sides of nose & undereyes w/ small end, and I finish by going in lines like a fern - but the branches/stems, not the little leaves. starting in one spot, going out, and coming back but going to different spots each time until I get that area covered - I make 5 lines on both cheeks and forehead using this method. It's difficult to describe tbh - center between my eyes / middle of brow, for cheeks its by my ear opening) 5. After my face is all cooled off, I put on a dime-sized amount of either Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Cream or Glossier. - Priming Moisturizer Rich Luxurious Face Cream and lather it all over onto my face and neck. 6. Don't forget your lips! I use either my birthday, coconut, or my recent fave - the fig Glossier. - Balm Dotcom 7. The last step is to spray some more of my Avène - Thermal Spring Water Spray but I also have two other sprays - YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Soothe + Hydrate Activated Mist with Reishi + Ashwagandhaand TATCHA - Luminous Dewy Skin Mist Thx for reading ! 😊
Budget products under 💰40 👀
KORA - Balancing Rose Mist I love giving myself a budget because I tend to go overboard with make up purchases if I do not give myself a budget. With make up, because of how quickly we go through them, they can add up really quickly. I’ve since learned to shop on a budget and am always on the lookout for great deals. Two products that I love under $40, is Kora Organics’s Balancing Rose Mist and Philosophy’s Renewed Hope in a Jar. These two are great products that help resolve dryness in your skin. I for one have always had dry skin issues and am always open to trying new products that would help me relieve my dryness. philosophy - Renewed Hope In A Jar Dry Philosophy’s moisturizing cream does wonders for my skin. It has a nice fruity smell and the cream isn’t too thick which makes it feel nicer on your skin. Thicker creams tend to steer me away because of how heavy it feels on your skin after application, so this cream being not too thick is very nice. Kora’s mist is a very nice refresher to refresh your skin throughout the day. Gently spray on your face can keep your skin hydrated and refresh your entire mood. The cool mist on your face makes you feel very good, so not only is your skin getting hydrated, but you can also feel the hydration. Both of these being under $40, is definitely a plus and helps keep it available for anyone who is working on a budget. There are definitely more expensive alternatives that may work better, but for the price, these definitely get the job done!

3 Fancy Face Creams
I got several real fancy face creams from my friends as b-day gifts. Shout out to my FAVORITE PEOPLE! 🙌Anyway, I have used a couple. And here are my thoughts. LA MER - LA MER Moisturizing Cream It has a thicker and heavier texture, so normally I will start using it late September for fall and winter use. It's deeply hydrating and nourishing while both soothing and calming. Lancôme Absolue Day Cream Valueset I've used a Lancôme Absolue series eye cream before a few years ago and it's still my favorite eye cream until now, so I have a really good impression of the Absolue series. It has a buttery texture, spreads easily, and is refreshing on the skin. Applying your sunscreen and foundation after using this day cream will leave your skin looking radiant. Being a functional facial cream, it's truly amazing to see how it's absorbed by the skin so easily and how refreshing it is! ARgENTUM - La potion infinie Restorative Day and Night Cream I use this facial cream in spring and summer. It has a yogurt-like texture. You have to rub it between your palms for a bit longer before massaging it onto your face or else it doesn't absorb well. It's refreshing and it mattifies the skin. It's more suitable for summer use because it's not moisturizing enough for winter.

Back with another post!! DRUNK ELEPHANT - Lala Retro Whipped Cream This cream is so thick and I was honestly a little worried about looking like I was dipped in oil because of my combo skin BUT it’s perfect at night when I need a bit more moisture. My skin soaks it up leaving smoothness behind. I docked it one star because this stuff is expensive!!!! It’s 60 dollars at Sephora but the good news is I can cover my whole face and neck with one pump. I keep it in my skincare fridge for that cooling sensation as well. Wave and comment if you guys want to see my skincare fridge!!! Key ingredients: Glycerin is first after water which is great 6 different seed oils Ceramides which I personally love and are great for plumping the skin full of moisture combatting wrinkles PETER THOMAS ROTH - Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream Now this is my daytime moisturizer tho I recently replaced this with the version that has spf for the same price of 52 dollars. I have been a longtime fan of peter Thomas Roth skincare. He has a line that addresses every problem you could ever have. I hated moisturizer as a teen because it always made me look greasy. I realized now that I was probably so oily because I dried my skin out and that every moisturizer is not oil based. This lightweight cream is perfect for oily women. It’s still a bit pricey but it has my heart forever! I actually want to try the entire line. Comment some dupes you guys have down below Key ingredients: Glycerin- again woohoo Dimethicone- good to go under makeup Sodium hyaluronate- yay for hydration Ceramides- you just can’t go wrong especially if your skin doesn’t handle retinols well

Perfect night time moisturizer!
Let me start by saying I love this moisturizer. I have dry to combo skin and it’s really come through for as the weather has started to become more cold and dry. It is said to plump fine lines and wrinkles as well as reduce the appearance of pores and discoloration. It contains anti aging peptides, niacinamide, and glycerin. There is also no fragrance which I love. I have been using this product for 8 weeks and find that when I use this product my skin is plump and it stays hydrated for hours. It has an amazing thick cream texture. I am 28 and have the start of some fine lines and wrinkles. It does plump the skin enough to reduce their appearance. I also struggle with redness and it has helped that as well! Over all I give this moisturizer a 5/5 and would highly recommend it!

ESTĒE LAUDER - Resilience Multi-Effect Tri-Peptide Face and Neck Crème This cream is extremely good and a must have for any nightly routine. I’ve tried many creams before and this one is the best by far. Most of the other creams I’ve tried were sticky, which is something I do not like. This cream was not sticky at all. I do usually prefer creams that aren’t as thick, but this being a night cream is okay. The cream is very rich and thick, but it does absorb well into my skin. This is great because I can feel the cream being absorbed and I can see results right away. The smell of the cream is also very good, and after using this cream at night, I can feel my skin becoming more smooth, moisturized, firmer and healthier in the morning. I do have to leave this cream on at night for 10 minutes, but that gives me time to do my other nightly tasks while I wait for the cream to do it’s thing. I like to use this cream along side Estee Lauder’s night repair serum. The two are a perfect combination to getting your skin to be healthy and smooth. This cream also has a nice bottle design. The bottle is wide in radius and not too tall for the height, which is nice because it means that the bottle isn’t deep. The bottle not being deep makes it easier for me to get the cream out when I’m near the bottom of the bottle.

This or that? It's really a dry skin saver
My skin type: Dry to combination Chanel hydra beauty crème CHANEL - HYDRA BEAUTY GEL CRÈME Hydration Protection Radiance Price: $87 Dry skin can be said one of the easiest skin types to be cared with. The only thing you need to do is hydration. As a dry to combination skin, I am also looking for a face cream to provide enough hydration for my skin. The weather is getting warmer, and my skin is starting to become less dry. Until last month, I was still struggling with dry patches. Chanel hydra beauty crème is the last step of my skincare. Chanel Research harnessed this power in exclusive Camellia Alba PFA*, a remarkably pure ingredient that encourages skin’s natural ability to restore and retain moisture for a smooth, radiant appearance. Its texture is a thick creamy type. It’s not oily at all. After applying it, rinse it with the finger. It will be absorbed immediately. Then I can feel that my skin drinks enough water. Its antioxidant function is excellent. And my skin was smoothed and plumped after using it. Clarins Multi-Active Night Cream - Normal to Combination Skin CLARINS - Multi-Active Night Cream for Normal to Combination Skin Types Price: $58 Targets fine lines Revitalizes, nourishes, and tones Hydrates and smoothes Contains Clarins’ Anti-Pollution Complex Clarins is always the most trusted brand because it is sensitive skin-friendly. This muti-active night cream is mild actually, but not that functional as it claims. It’s not that moisturizing and hydrating as I thought. If you are dehydrated skin, it will not provide enough hydration. For fine lines and wrinkles, I haven’t seen significant changes. Teasel is a key ingredient of this night cream which aims at fine lines and wrinkles. I know it is impossible to remove all these annoying wrinkles. But I still need time to test it. For now, I will choose Chanel hydra beauty crème. I will give it an extra mark because of its luxurious scent.
