✨ LipSense Review ✨
I am a huge lipstick fan, especially bold colors! But I refuse to wear anything that isn’t transfer-proof (way too messy for me). So I am always on the hunt for great long-lasting lipsticks/lip stains. I had seen the ads for LipSense and thought it was too good to be true. Unfortunately for my wallet, it was too good to be true. $25 per shade, plus you have to buy the gloss which is $20 and it’s helpful to get the remover as well which is another $10. I have a hard time bringing myself to spend $15 on lipstick, so $55 wasn’t happening. However, my sister got a couple different shades of this and didn’t like it so she gave it to me! Here is my review: In the pictures I think it probably looks like two entirely different products. Those were taken 12 hours apart. Both pictures feature the shade, Lexie Bear-y. Application: I typically consider myself pretty good at applying lipstick. LipSense is definitely the most difficult for me to apply. You can only apply it in one direction, so no going back and forth with the brush. If you make a mistake, good luck because it will be difficult to remove. I don’t love the brush, it’s not as angled as I would prefer, but it’s not horrible. It dries very quickly, the packaging says to wait 3-5 seconds between applications. You are supposed to apply 3 layers. I usually find 2 layers does the trick, but for the purposes of this review I did 3. After applying 3 layers you need to apply a gloss on top. You could skip this step if you want more of a matte look, but I find it to be pretty uncomfortable and drying if I don’t put the gloss on. The gloss is sticky, but it really makes the color pop. Wear: For this review I wore LipSense for 12 hours. During those hours I ate and drank just as normal, not giving any special attention to avoiding my lips. LipSense is absolutely 100% transfer proof (in my opinion), this stuff is not coming off on anything. The gloss will come off, however. I find it usually lasts a couple of hours. You can always reapply it, but I chose not to. Once the gloss comes off this shade looks much more metallic than it does when first applied. After 12 hours it doesn’t look perfect, but I think overall it did a pretty good job of staying on. Besides the gloss coming off, it also started to flake towards the middle of my mouth. Removal: This is a difficult lipstick to remove. They make a special remover to put on top. Even with the remover it’s not the easiest to get off. On days where I only apply one layer I have been able to remove it without using anything special, just my MakeUp Eraser - MakeUp Eraser

🎃 Halloween 🦇 Skincare 💀
🎃 ‘tis the SPOOKY SEASON with Halloween around the corner, Halloween make up looks are IN. Putting this much product on your face can cause a lot of buildup and breakouts! Here is what I do to prevent that! 🦇 My Skin - oily and acne prone: because I can’t acne even if I’m not irritating my skin, I have to be extra careful when using eyeshadow all over my face 💀 how i CLEAN 1) always double cleanse! i use an Oil cleanser like DRUNK ELEPHANT - Slaai Makeup-Melting Butter Cleanser to remove makeup. i let it melt into my skin and then rub it in before rinsing. I like this putter cleanser, but it is more expensive than I usually like to buy I don’t use makeup wipes, i use a makeup eraser like MakeUp Eraser - MakeUp Eraser to get any extra traces. it’s better for your skin, and better for the environment. are usually use this if i have any waterproof stuff left on my face 2) cleanser 2 Murad - Time Release Acne Cleanser I use a cleanser with salicylic acid to get out any extra oil and clean the gunk out of my skin. This is more of a treatment stuff than a make up removal stuff. I like this cleanser because it calms my skin while treating it 3) exfoliating lil scrubber tarte - Cleansing Cutie Scrubber this little exfoliating scrub her from tart is only seven dollars, andI use it whenever I need a little extra physical exfoliation in my routine. do it every day SK can irritate any active spots I have, if I’m doing a look like the one in this picture, sometimes you need a little extra manpower
What Finally Helped My Hormonal Acne! Part 2.
If you read my first post you know I’ve been struggling with acne for a long time and never had much luck. In this post I’m going to go over my nightly routine, if you want to read my morning routine please check out my first post! These pictures were taken a year apart, this hasn’t been a quick fix but my skin has never felt better. Hope this information can help someone! Nightly Routine: 1. MakeUp Eraser - MakeUp Eraser I literally could not live without my Makeup Eraser. It’s so soft and takes off makeup so much better than any other product I’ve used. I got my first one 4 years ago and I still use it, although I’ve bought quite a few more since then. I’ve been lucky and found some great dupes, as well as the name brand, at Marshall’s for much cheaper, so keep an eye out! 2. CeraVe - Salicylic Acid Facial Cleanser I had been hunting down this product for about a month since it’s been out of stock for so long. I just got it a few weeks ago so I don’t have a super extensive review of it, but I really like what I’ve seen so far! I always leave it on for a minute before washing off. My skin feels so refreshed and soft afterwards. It hasn’t had any negative reactions for me. 3. Curology - Curology formula I’ve had quite a journey with Curology. I started it in May 2019. I kept getting ads for it and since Differin hadn’t been working for me I decided to give Curology a try. I will say my skin broke out horribly when I first started. My skin really didn’t improve until about 6 months in. I’ve gotten two formula changes since starting it. Even though it’s been a long process the results have been great and I love how easy it is to contact the doctor assigned to you and ask a question. I pay $25 a month and to me it’s completely worth it. 4. CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum I started using this product about 3 months ago. I only use a very small amount each night and even though the bottle is tiny, a little goes a long way. My hyperpigmentation has definitely faded since starting this, although not completely. I’m not sure if it makes a huge difference in my routine, but since I’ve been getting good results as a whole I feel it is worth it to keep using. 5. CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion This is a super lightweight moisturizer I put on last. It’s a very thin formula so you don’t have to use a lot and it sinks right in. It gives me just enough moisture without feeling too oily or sticky. 6 & 7. As mentioned in my morning routine post, I take LOVE WELLNESS - Good to Glow and drink FGO Organic Spearmint Tea (from Amazon) twice a day, morning and night. For more information on those check out my first post! Thanks for reading!! I hope to post more soon :)
Chanel L’huile Anti Pollution Cleansing oil
This cleansing oil does clean my makeup very nicely without any greasiness left or dry out my skin but it make my skin soft after using it. The smell of this product is quite nice but different people different taste. But I feel the scent is not that strong. It is really important to never leave your makeup before bed and to wash your face properly.Chanel L’huile Anti Pollution Cleansing Oil. Step 1. I use the Chanel L’huile Anti Pollution Cleansing Oil 2. Then I use the Avene Micellar Lotion Cleanser And Make Up Remover with the cotton pad to wipe my makeup off 3. Use my cleansing foam to wash my face.CHANEL - L'HUILE Anti-Pollution Cleansing Oil

💫 Olay Microdermabrasion Worth The $$?
💫This OLAY - Microdermabrasion Plus Advanced Facial Cleansing Brush System costs around $6o but I got it on sale. I had this device for quite some time so I don't clearly remember what price I got it at. Since it has been a while back, the packaging you see in the pictures is not what the packaging looks like now. However, everything that is included in the set is still all the same. I bought this device because my skill was feeling dull and I had some problems with noticeable pores. This device and product claim to improve the appearance of fine lines, radiance, brightness, and pores. It also says that after 2 and 3 uses, you'll visibly notice improved texture and over 90% of people notice silkier smoother-feeling skin. With this, I immediately purchased it. 💫To use this gadget, attach the facial cleansing brush to the device by pressing it onto the connection pin until it clicks into place. Dampen the face and the brush with water and apply a bit of the formula onto the face. Turn on the device by pressing the button and massage the face for 1 min. Rince face and the brush with water. These treatments are recommended to only be used for 2 non-consecutive days since it could be harmful if used excessively. 💫After using this 3 times a week, every other day. I felt like there was a noticeable difference. My skin did feel smoother and less dull. However, sometimes I get lazy and rather wash my face with a cleanser and my hands. So if you are a person that can embed this into your routine I would definitely recommend this device since it does work. However, if you are lazy like me... you should still get it! I use it occasionally on days that I feel my skin condition is not great or on days where I have excess time and want a simple pamper session. #cheriepartner

using beauty products in different ways!!
I really love emptying out beauty products. to me, it means I loved something enough to use it to completion. I made it a new goal to empty out more products than ever during quarantine, and I’ve found that beauty products can be used for more ways than originally intended. today, I’m talking about using facial cleaners as bubble bath!! this is my second bottle of bliss - Rose Gold Rescue Gentle Foaming Cleanser it is a wonderful cleanser for the face, but also an AMAZING bubble bath! since it’s a foaming formula, it gives the nicest bubbles ever! it feels wonderful on the skin, and soaking in it feels truly like a true spa. it’s at target for under $10, so it’s definitely worth the multiple uses for me!! have you used a beauty product in a different way than originally intended? tell me about it!! #cheriepartner

FARMACY Green Clean Cleansing Balm Review
[PRODUCT REVIEW] Makeup Remover FARMACY - Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm What You Need to Know: Cruelty free Gluten free Vegan Contains essential oils My Personal Experience: One of my favorite makeup removers! This is probably my third jar and I will keep buying. I love cleansing balms because it removes makeup gently and very very effectively, and the solid form makes it mess free and much easier to travel with. This one removes makeup very well, even waterproof eye makeup and liquid lipsticks. It is also very gentle in my opinion because occasionally if it gets into my eyes it doesn’t hurt as long as I quickly wash it out. (whereas another popular cleansing balm, CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balmdefinitely hurt my eyes.) I use silicone products and put on makeup basically everyday, so I really do need a powerful makeup remover to pull everything out of my pores. I think this one does it for me. I even noticed that it helps a little with blackheads and pimples (the ones you got from clogged pores) as it cleans my pores so well. At the same time it’s never irritating to my skin. It comes with a spatula and I usually just use that to get the balm into my palms instead of digging my fingers into the jar. I warm it up into oil and massage my face for about a minute, paying extra attention to my nose and chin. Then I wet my hands and emulsify the oil on my face before fully rinsing it out. This way it never leaves a film on my face. And then I proceed to my regular cleanser and double cleanse. Final Tips: ALWAYS TAKE OFF YOUR MAKEUP BEFORE BED! 😴 I do recommend trying double cleanse if you wear makeup (especially base makeup) and your skin isn’t overtly sensitive, even though in theory, a lot of cleansers can take off a fair amount of makeup. Double cleansing has helped me a lot with pore congestions. ✨

Makeup melt magic #Cheriepartner
Every time I use makeup or sunscreen I double cleanse. This Clinique makeup melt is so perfect for makeup specially waterproof! Just a little scoop of this and everything just melts right off. After this product I follow up with my favorite cleanser to make sure everything is off my face. By the way this product should lasts a LOOONG time because a little does go a long way! I’ve had this since the beginning of this year and I haven’t even made a dent in it! Considering it’s $31 dollars, you’ll get a lot of product!! You don’t even need more than a penny size to remove it all! Very worth it to check it out! I personally think makeup wipes are bad for the environment. Though there’s a lot of choices for cleansing balm, Before I bought it I made sure to do my research and look for the best one! Trust me when I say that DO MANY people recommended this particular one! And they weren’t wrong! This has been my staple product to double cleanse if I wanna remove my makeup after a long day! Behold. The roll.
I have — for an assortment of reasons — procured many makeup eraser towels over the years. Don’t ask me why. They always seemed to turn up as stocking stuffers, in FabFitFun boxes, in giveaways, you name it. Now I have like 10 of them. It is what it is. So given the excess of time I find myself with and barring other creative outlets, I give to you: the roll. MakeUp Eraser - The Original Makeup Remover Cloth Do they do the job? Sure. I will usually swipe a little micelar water on my face to loosen my makeup a bit then follow with a makeup eraser soaked in lukewarm water. Then I double cleanse with a cream cleanser followed by a foam cleanser. All this seems to break up the cement-grade makeup I put on to withstand Texas heat in the summer. The makeup eraser seems like the gentlest way to scrub the tough stuff off. Do you need 12 of them? No. But if you find yourself with a bunch like I did and have a spare towel bar, have at it!
