DIY FRENCH NAILS HACK
I love the look of French tipped nails put achieving the look is hard for me to freestyle. Many years ago I saw a tip in a magazine on how anyone can achieve this look at home. All you need to create the design is reinforcement stickers that will make the outline for the design. HOW TO: I start off by placing the stickers on all of my nails where I want the design to be. (Some nails may require more then one sticker.) Next, I apply two coats of L.A. Girl - Color Pop Nail Polish to the tips of the nails. Let dry, then pull off the sticker carefully to reveal the design. Next, I use Sally Hansen - Nail Rehab as the base color polish and apply avoiding the white tip area. Lastly, I apply a layer of gel top coat and cure under a UV light. That’s it, your nails are complete! I love this look because it is a classic and compliments everyones skin tone.

If you want to paint nails at home, you should buy these!💅
I like to do nail art at home when I entered the university, and sometimes I go to the nail salon when I meet complicated and favorite styles. The idea for my first nail art came from an Instagram blogger who introduced exactly what you should do each step of the way. She also wrote online what a manicure kit should include: nail lights, scrubs, repair kits, nail polish, nutritional oils and related stickers. DIY steps： Step 1: Trim your nails, either square or round Step 2: Rub the area that is not smooth enough with rubbing strip, and you should remember to polish fingernail surface. Step 3: Apply a clear base glue to the surface of your nails. Buy a good base glue if possible because it will protect your nails. Use a nail light to illuminate the nail polish glue each time it is applied Step 4: Paint your favorite nail polish on top. Be careful not to paint it over your nails. If you feel the color is lighter, you can apply another layer to strengthen it Step 5: Apply transparent adhesive, Decorating with your favorite accessories, such as bows, bear stickers, or accessories that are popular these days. Step6: Apply the reinforcing gel to seal the layer and shine the nail light for about 90 seconds. At the beginning, I only bought 4 bottles of nail polish color, and the whole DIY kit was $30.The capacity of nail polish glue basically again 30 milliliters or so. There are a lot of colors for you to choose, and you should not buy too much at a time, because nail polish glue also has shelf life. Depending on the complexity of the style, a manicure at the salon can cost anywhere from $25 to $40.It might be a little expensive for a girl who is still in school. I usually only go to the store for a complicated nail at New Year or Christmas. .I usually buy Kiko nail polish
A Quick Guide To Painting Nails At Home💅
Nail art is absolutely a part of being a beautiful woman. Even though we girls only have ten small nails, they deserve exquisite designs. I’m a big fan of nail art. At the beginning, I went to shop for nail beauty services twice a month. But I realized afterwards that getting a manicure isn't cheap in a nail salon, it cost a lot of money. And after observing how manicurists do manicure every time, I have already known all procedures of nail art. So I decided to do DIY manicures. If you wanna be at-home manicurists, nail kits are necessary, especially for starters. You can purchase starters kits directly if you don’t want to waste time to pick each tool. For me, there are some tools I don't use in the kit, and some I need are not included in. So I bought nail manicure tools and nail polish separately. They only cost me about 40 dollars in total, which can only be for one manicure in the store. Nail art actually involves several steps. In general, you can start simple DIY manicure following the instructions below, First, clean your nails, use clipper and nail file to trim and shape them. Second, apply base coat, (that will help to protect your nails, also make your color layer last for long days ), cure 60-90s by LED nail dryer lamp until it’s dry. Third, pick your favorite color and apply color coat, cure 60-90s again until it’s dry. Fourth, apply top coat to prevent chips and also shine your nails. Then finished. Something you should pay attention to in the process, a. gel polish need to cured with UV/LED light. b. always make sure the current nail polish coat is dry before apply next layer. c. remember to wrap the tips of the nails when you apply each layer. d. don’t apply color coat directly, remember to apply base coat and top coat. In a word, I highly recommend DIY nail art because it really save money from nail salon. Try it!
this week’s at-home mani 💅🏾 with OPI
OPI - OPI Nail Lacquer in ‘put it in neutral’ is one of my favorite neutral nail polishes. it’s the easiest polish to use because you don’t have to be perfect with it - it’s very forgiving. it is described as a pinkish beige, and it just looks like your nail color but better. i also like the texture - it’s kind of gel-like. this is a great color to start learning how to do your nails at home!! it has been one of my consistent quarantine colors. i purchased this for $11 on amazon.

Easy French Chevron - For Beginners
Today I want to share my hacks of creating this French Chevron nail art. Its supper easy and good for summer. You can customize it with your own choice of color. Materials Required: 1. A base coat - You will probably see nails getting yellow and soften after too much chemicals build up from polish. You want to get a good base polish to help protect your natural nails. 2. Straight-edge nail clipper, to get a square shape 3. Nail polish remover - to clean up the edges 4. 2 colors of your choice and a metallic or glitter polish 5. Top Coat - Using the right top coat makes a huge difference in the longevity of your manicure. Step by step Tutorial: 1. To start with, I apply this clear base coat and wait till it dry. 2. Next I am using a tile blue striping polish and painting left corner of my nail. Once its dry, using a while paint to fill the right corner. and create this V-shape. Normally a French manicure would be in a curve. Here we want to create this strong V-shape 3. Then you will need a thin brush (you can also use a toothpick to create a straight thin like with glitter polish) 4. Finish up with a clear or matte coat. One take away from me is that When I paint, I start in the center and move down then outward. In addition, I like to make sure that I am painting in thin coats. and Voila! This Easy French Chevron nail is done. I recommend at least 15 minutes before you touch other things. It can actually take up to two hours for your nails to dry fully. Once the nail color is dry, I also massage this oil into my cuticles for added moisture. OPI - Nail Lacquer Base Coat OPI - Rapidry Top Coat OPI - ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil

Top Coat on a Budget
Hey, y’all! If you’re looking for a reliable top coat that’s in reach by way of a drugstore, try Sally Hansen’s Insta-Dri (red bottle)! When I’m in a pinch (which is usually lol) this top coat saves the day by drying in 5 min or less while coming through with an incredible shine. I’ve been using this top coat for over 7 years and haven’t looked back. One critique would be that because of its great drying chemistry the top coat doesn’t have a very long shelf life like the average product. Personally for me, someone who nail paints everyday, it lasts at most 4 months on the shelf. If you have tried this or considering it let me know! 💕
