Many of these have been repurchases. If a product is sitting out on my counter or in my cabinets, Iām enjoying using them. I have baskets of products that didnāt work so well for me but I keep them for friends to try or to create fun texture art.
Itās taken me at least an entire year to gain the collection I have. I had subscribed to many subscription boxes so a good majority of products came to me that way. I havenāt received PR in a long time and the few items I did receive were from some small companies. I donāt mind receiving PR/gifts I just am very picky about what I will use so sometimes the offers donāt jive with them.

Sustainable Brand Spotlight: Earth HarborāØ
My first Texture TuesdayāØ I just received my Pearlesque box and honestly, Iām in heaven!
Iāve been trying out these Earth Harbor products for about a week now, so Iām gonna wait little longer before I give a full review, but so far the Aura Eye Creme is definitely my favorite. It had such a smooth, velvety texture which is great for the under eye area. I have dark, hereditary under eye circles which I donāt think this product can fix, but I do have high hopes for what it can do.
I already love this brand because of their dedication to sustainability and the preservation of marine life, so Iām really excited to see how their products work on my skin.

Skin Journey Progress
I still have some acne here and there, but overall my skin has been more clear.
My freckles are lightening, partly because itās fall, and partly because of the vitamin c serum, and the AHA/BHA serum.
I do have larger pores, but some of the āporesā it shows are freckles.
I donāt love the dark circles. I have a new eye cream to try once Iām finished up the one I have.
I think the wrinkles and fine lines look good. Iām 39, so Iām not expecting miracles.
Iām integrating the EARTH HARBOR - SIREN SILK Multi-Tasking Hydration Cremeinto my routine. Iām using it on days where I donāt use the daily resurfacing peel from Beauty Counter, since the siren silk has sea retinol. This is my first experience with any type of retinol, so Iām excited to see how my skin does. I think itās purging a bit right now since I have some extra pimples on my cheeks.

Here are my two favorite moisturizers, one perfect for the AM and one I love using at night!
I love the CAUDALIE - Vinoperfect Brightening Moisturizer with Niacinamide because it is lightweight and perfect for my morning routine! It also does instantly brighten my skin which I love in the morning! ā£

The EARTH HARBOR - SIREN SILK Multi-Tasking Hydration Creme is a great PM moisturizer as it is a little thicker and contains sea retinol! The texture of this one is so unique as itās more whipped and feels so refreshing on my skin! ā£

Me: DRY skin in winter (combo in summer), very sensitive/reactive/allergic, currently acne prone, also have a nose that is very picky about scents
Onto my next bunch of brand minis, I tried the YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - With Pride Minis Kit
Overall excellent kit for the price, all good products worth trying, and generously sized minis!
Least Favorite:
YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Yerba Mate Resurfacing Energy Facial This one was just kind of anticlimactic for me. It smelled nice, it worked fine, it didnāt bother my skin, but I also didnt see much of a difference? Overall good physical exfoliator, but maybe physical exfoliators just arent for me. The next physical exfoliant Iām trying is the GOOD MOLECULES - Pineapple Exfoliating Powder

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser I liked this cleanser. As a dry skin person I was SURE this would be too stripping, but actually it wasnt too bad! I am definitely more of a creamy cleanser person, but I can see myself loving this in summer. I like the ingredients, and i like the green juice smell. Overall ~4.5 stars. My next āgreen juiceā cleanser to try is the Krave - Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask literally a dream. Hydrated and glowy and smooth and so much more. Iām realizing that it is quite hard to get both hydrated AND glowing. This smells delicious and makes my face feel like a babyās butt in the morning. Absolutely 10 stars all around. Iām trying out another vitamin c sleeping mask (KORRES - Wild Rose Vitamin C Brightening Sleeping Facial) but honestly, I dont even know why because i should just take the plunge and buy the jumbo size of this dream mask āļøš
How do you feel about YTTP? Iām curious to try the moisturizers. I love the green smell but Iām guessing the superfood air whip moisturizer will be too light for me. Any dry folks who have tried both? Also need to try the superberry oil, especially if it smells like the mask! Also, which of their two eye creams would you recommend trying? Leave it in the comments!

I have never had such a consistent glow to my skin since starting these! I get complimented daily!
I love these products so much.
The two Youth To The People creams absorb so quickly & donāt leave it feeling like you have all this junk on your face either. My previous moisturizer would always pill up once I went to put anything else on my face & these donāt do that!
The Glossier serum is also extremely light & doesnāt clog pores which is something I was worried about initially. It comes out in this pinkish color but it doesnāt turn your skin any other, it just gives you a dewy look.
& the Youth To The People serum is amazing of course! It literally gives me this glow like no other! A little bit goes a very long way, as with most of their products.
Now I just need to clear up the little bit of texture I have left in my chin! I blame it on the fact that I went out quite a bit the last week (church, grocery shopping, random errands) & of course wore a mask the whole time! Resulting in some maskne š¢
But that is just temporary! As is every blemish!
I definitely recommend trying these products guys!
They are HOLY GRAILS if there ever was one!

What it is:
A lightweight gel-cream with Kale extracts (phytonutrients, vitamin C/E/K), green tea extracts (antioxidants) and hyaluronic acid. It claims to help fight free radicals and also replenish and support healthy skin barrier. $48/60mL (2 oz).
Texture:
Lightweight gel cream. Not greasy. Absorbs fast. Smells light and refreshing.
My experience:
It was one of my favorite moisturizers back when my skin was more oily and I didnāt have to deal with NYC winter nor staying inside with heat blowing on my face 24/7.
That being said, I still like it a lot. I love the texture and the scent. It helps with my redness too. I think itāll be a great summer moisturizer for me (mid 20s, combination textbook skin). But right now, it doesnāt lock in as much moisture as I need it to.

This madhippie Cream Cleanser is my current favorite cream cleansers! It has ingredients such as jojoba oil, orchid extract, macadamia oil, sodium hyaluronate, algae extract, sesame oil, green tea, chea butter and sodium PCA - all are mostly for hydrating and moisturizing. Ideally, this is best for dry skin but my oily skin enjoys it. Felt weird at first because its light creamy texture and I was always used to foam, oil and gel. This is perfect as a morning or a second cleanser. I really like how it smells and feels after wash.
Then I got excited about their Mad Hippie Eye Cream because the ingredients sound amazing - it has Matrixyl Synthe '6 (skin rejuvenating benefits), Regu-age and Syne-eye (peptides that improve issues on the eye area), Chamomile Extract, Pomegranate, Vitamin C, B3 and E, Wheat Protein, Argan Oil, White tea, and Ceramides. So here's me thinking what could go wrong? As soon as I applied it on my orbital bone, it stung and it just didn't feel right. However, I tried it again after a few weeks and it didn't sting anymore but up to this day I stopped using it because I've accepted that it isn't for me. It's not as hydrating and I even got white little bumps. I might use it for my neck instead.

Itās light so itās not the most hydrating sleeping mask Iād probably just use a propolis serum instead and get the same effect
āŖļøIUINK Centella Calming Gel CreamāA gel cream with soothing gotu kola water & tea tree water. Itās fragrance free which I love. Itās nice and Iāll use it up but I think Iāll just go serum route next time for my gotu kola. Personal preference is all
āŖļøIUNIK Propolis Vitamin Sleeping MaskāA bit thicker and more of a creamy gel than the CosRX with propolis (16%), sea buckthorn fruit (8%), gotu kola (5%), niacinimide, beta glucan & purslane. This one is more hydrating. Has a bit of that silicone texture. Itās was OK but not my favorite sleeping mask ever
COSRX- Ultimate Moisturizing Honey, Overnight Mask
1 (almost) empty + 1 newbie!
MAY COOP - Raw Sauce is a cult classic essence... for a good reason. This is the first essence I ever purchased and I havenāt felt the need to try any others! This product is made with 93% acer maple sap and it claims to be a toner, emulsion, and serum all at once. A lot of people also say that it aids the absorption of products that you put on afterwards, so Iāve been using it before my serums to help those absorb better.
Iām in love with this product. First of all, the frosted glass packaging is beautiful and I feel fancy every time I pick up the bottle. I used to not think essences were necessary, and while Iām sure some peopleās routines are perfectly fine without them, I donāt think Iāll be without this bad boy again. My skin looks so PLUMP and GLOWY after using this! I love that it gives me an extra layer of moisture underneath my serums and moisturizer. As you can see, I love it enough to repurchaseāthis is actually the mini size, which is around $10-11 on Amazon. Iāve been using my cash back points from my amazon card to get one every time I run out, so it feels like itās free š So I would definitely say itās worth the money.

I was gifted this MISSHA essence and I absolutely loved it! (Itās supposedly a dupe for the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence) Itās very hydrating and itās consistency is just like water. It feels nice when I apply it right after my shower followed with my other skincare products.

As a longtime K-beauty fan, and Laneige Sleeping Mask addict, you can imagine how excited I was to try their Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer! Since moving to a dryer climate hydrating toners have become a staple in my routine and Iād heard great things about this one in particular.
Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer is a 2-in-1 formula that preps and softens like a toner and moisturizes like a cream for maximum hydration benefits in one simple step. The standout ingredient in this formula is White Leaf Tea Water, the leaves of which are harvested once a year and grown in the shade, meaning more amino acids to strengthen the skin barrier, moisturize, and soothe skin.
To apply I cleanse, use my standard calming or exfoliating toner, then I use this more like an essence, pouring a few drops of product into hands and pressing gently into skin until absorbed.
While I did expect it to have more of a lotion-like consistency, this is more of a milky toner that manages to be both rich in moisture and lightweight. It does have a bit of slip to it but absorbs quickly into the skin for me and although I do still need to follow with a moisturizer I find it to be soothing and relieve that dry, tight feeling very quickly. It also seems to play well with all products and layers well under makeup.
For those prone to dryness, dullness, and uneven texture the Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer is a great hydration toner option and is available at Sephora in both a 5.0 oz/ 150 mL for $33.00 and a 1.6 oz/ 50 mL for $15.00.
