How To Get The Softest Legs On Earth
AngeGregory
One thing I absolutely hate on myself is body hair. I always have, I like silky smooth skin. I do everything I can to remove the hair & achieve the smoothness I desire. Of course with the way I usually remove it, shaving, there comes some consequences, like razor burn, red bumps, cuts, ya know. So I have search near & far for products to prevent that & will give me smooth legs in particular because that’s the part of my body I shave the most!
So I have come up with a whole routine to keep my legs hairless & smooth! & I am now ready to share that routine with all of you!
Here goes nothing.
1. I will wash my body with either a body wash or just Dove bar soap. 🧼
2. Shave with a NEW disposable razor 🪒 Lately I’ve been using Soliel brand.
3. Wash legs & the rest of my body with Dove Exfoliating Body Polish. I love this stuff, it makes my skin soooo soft & it smells amazing! My favorite scent is the Pomegranate Seeds & Shea Butter.
4. Turn off the water in the shower & while your body is still wet, rub OGX Lavender Essential Oil Wet Skin Lotion. This stuff is literal MAGIC! Not only does it somehow prevent those pesky red dots & bumps from appearing where I just shaved but it makes my skin extremely soft & smell amazing!!
5. Step out of the shower, place a bathrobe, towel dry hair & do hair routine. By the time I’m done with that, the Wet Skin Lotion will have fully absorbed. Now I go over my whole body with regular lotion. My two favorites right now are Jergens Body Butter Lavender & Love, Beauty, & Planet Argan Oil & Lavender. (Yes, I’m currently on a Lavender kick if you haven’t noticed lol I switch back & forth between that & Rose scents)
& I’m done! My skin is clean, silky smooth, & there isn’t a blemish (from shaving) in sight!
Try it out & you’ll never shave the same again!
Thanks for reading! Talk to you guys soon 💖💋

easy body physical exfoliation
**not my photo!
While I love a good chemical exfoliant for my face, I really find that it’s not really enough for the skin on my body. I use a glycolic acid body wash almost every day and I still end up with sticky skin even after I moisturize. I’ve tried body scrubs and while they can be effective, I feel like I waste a lot of product because it dissolves so easily. I also find that my chest, especially between my boobs, has these little bumps and it gets somewhat oily .
I was listening to the “Fake Doctors, Real Friends” podcast (ANYBODY A “SCRUBS” FAN???!!!), and they mentioned washing their bodies with washcloths. So I decided to try it! I just took an old face washcloth that is a little more on the rough side rather than the soft and I lathered it up with my Dove - Beauty Bar Soap and began scrubbing all over my body. While I’m sure it doesn’t match the intensity of a Korean scrub, I imagine it’s a step toward that amazing exfoliation treatment.
As soon as I stepped out of the shower, I could feel the smoothness of my skin and my body lotion went on very smoothly with minimal stickiness.
I love how easy it is to use a washcloth and although all the bumps and the sweaty feeling on my chest isn’t completely gone, I love how smooth it immediately makes my skin feel. I have a ton of washcloths and I always use a new washcloth each time I exfoliate, and I always follow up with my Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion to seal in the moisture.
I’ve been wanting to try a dry brush if anyone has recommendations!
What other ways do you use to exfoliate your body?

Suffering from eczema—a derm doc’s faves ✨
Eczema tips from a dermatologist (and someone with eczema) 👇🏽
• Use fragrance-free or unscented skincare products. My favorites include @aquaphor, @cerave, @cetaphil, and @laroche posay.
• Use a gentle soap. @dove unscented bar soap is one of my favorites. Often body washes and shower gels have added alcohols which can be more drying.
• Moisturize your skin right after bathing, the dampness will help the moisturizers work as a hydrating barrier.
• Shower or bathe with short (5-10 minutes only!) lukewarm water.
• Ointments are preferred to creams and lotions, in my opinion, the greasier the better. Try @aquaphor or @vaseline.
• Use a fragrance free and dye free laundry detergent. A personal favorite is @all free and clear detergent.
• Wear loose-fitting clothing, preferably cotton. Wool is a major irritant for me and can be found in many articles of clothing, accessories, swaddles, and even baby car seats and carriers (!)
• Avoid scratching the skin as an open skin barrier predisposes eczematous skin to skin infections. Keep fingernails short to prevent additional damage done by scratching.
• Consider seeing a dermatologist if you feel that your eczema is not controlled or is worsening.

Dove Exfoliating Body Polish
So I’m used to using high end body scrubs and wanted to try a more budget friendly option! I have used some of Dove’s products in the past and have always liked what I tried! This product smells absolutely amazing. And the scent lasts long after my shower! I love that this gets dead skin off so easily and the beads are so small. This doesn’t leave any kind of residue like I’ve experienced before with some body scrubs. I will definitely be repurchasing this product! Dove - Exfoliating Body Polish Body Scrub

Have you tried 𝐂𝐁𝐃 skin care?
Hey Babes 👋🏼
I found this really great 𝐂𝐁𝐃 cream that I use not only on my face, but also my body!
🌿 𝐂𝐁𝐃 offers many great benefits. It’s anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, controls oil production, moisturizes, heals, minimized eczema and psoriasis.
I like this brand because they are 100% THC free, so you will not get high. The consistency is a medium thickess, more on the watery side and very easy to spread with super fast absorption. This bottle contains 260 mg of 𝐂𝐁𝐃, which to me was plenty!
When applying, it has a slight warming sensation that I like and really eases my muscles and moisturizes my skin. 😍 the light lavender scent is heavenly. I like applying when coming out of the shower to avoid dry elbows and knees or after a workout.
The ingredient deck is pretty good too. Orange peels, lavender, argan oil, and cloves - many which are organic. This product has yet to irritate my skin.
This can be purchased directly on Source Pure’s website for $37.98 and comes in a 2oz squeeze bottle. SOURCE PURE - 𝐂𝐁𝐃 Cream

Sensitive Skin Body Care
Usually if you have sensitive skin, it doesn’t just affect your face. Eczema, hives, and dry itchy skin can strike anywhere. These are my tried and true body products to keep my reactive skin hydrated and calm (plus a new buy!)~
💟Dove - Exfoliating Body Polish Body Scrub
Just used this tonight for the first time- smells fantastic (I got lavender + coconut milk) and gives a gentle but thorough scrub. My skin feels soo smooth! My body definitely needed this. So far no irritation but will keep this updated 🙏🏼
🧼Dove - Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar
This bad boy eliminates a plastic bottle in my shower and is super easy to travel with. Not only does it not exacerbate eczema, but it actually helps to hydrate it! It’s also perfect for shaving as the lather is so creamy.
🪒billie - Billie Razor
So many tout this as more effective than drugstore razors, but I honestly don’t find the results that different from my old Venus Embrace. That being said, the shave from my Venus Embrace was sharp as hell and Billie is about half the price, comes with a shower magnet, and the shave bar is hypoallergenic- so it’s a no brainer swap for me.
🧴Eucerin - Skin Calming Lotion for Dry, Itchy Skin
This is a nice fragrance free, lightweight lotion with serious soothing power from colloidal oatmeal. I love that it’s not super thick because it lasts me longer and is a breeze to apply. Gently rubbing this into eczema or sunburns provides almost instant relief!
PS~ nothing here is over $15! And the lotion is the only thing over $10!

Like a summer in Italy 🥰 plus super soft skin!
This duo from Jordan Samuel smells so amazing. I love starting my day with this duo and I feel like I’m sipping an espresso in Florence.
JORDAN SAMUEL skin - Granita di Caffè Body Scrub - this coffee scrub smells SO GOOD. It probably is the best coffee scented scrub I’ve ever smelled. It also leaves you incredibly soft and supple! The down side that knocks of 2 stars is that it’s quite creamy for a scrub. Granted the creaminess is what makes you super soft after, but it’s really hard to wash off. It scrubs in really creamy and leaves a white residue that is hard to work with. For me, it’s worth the work once I feel how soft my skin is, but at the same time I wish it was better!
JORDAN SAMUEL skin - Olio per Il Corpo Body Oil this oil is so luxe and has a bright fruity smell. It doesn’t absorb super quickly so it’s only nice in the morning if you don’t have anywhere to go (which I don’t since it’s still a pandemic!). If you don’t like thicker oils you might not like this, but personally I think it’s LUXE!

Summer deodorant
I’ve been trying this about two weeks now and I’m super happy with the results . It glides on easy and clear no white spots on shirts . It lasts hours and I don’t have any stink at all . It’s also aluminum free which my armpits are very happy with . I’ll be picking up another when I finish this . This one also has a floral scent to it Merci Handy - Flower Power Deodorant
