Healthy Hair-Do’s and Dont’s
One myth i want to dispel is that volumizing shampoos are not for hairloss. Volumizing shampoos are meant to create volume but not meant to fix the problem of thinning. Any shampoo that says to create more volume is not a medicated shampoo or treatment for hair growth. It is actually a haircare product that specifically created for styling only and give the illusion of fuller hair or thicker hair so that you are able to style it and feel better. The only thing that has been scientifically proven for thinning is minoxidil. This is doctor recommended treatment. You can get that through prescription from your doctor. Here are some hacks to stop or at least slow down thinning hair I want to share with you. 1. Keep your scalp and roots clean - One of the main reasons for hair fall is dying and thinning of hair follicles. It is important to do cleaning by maintaining a healthy environment for hair growth. Try to avoid over use of shampoo if your hair tends to be dry. This may cause extra thinning and breakage. 2. Take vitamins. Sometimes thinning hair would be a sign from our body for lack of certain nutrients. Vitamins H, D, and E are associated with hair loss. These supplements will nourish the hair and encourage healthy hair growth. It would be best if you eat a balanced diet. If you find that becomes challenging, try some vitamins. Especially if you feel like you are not having enough proteins and seeds from your daily intake. 3.Use the right product. Many products in the market can clog pores and cause follicles irritation and dying. AVEDA - Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer AVEDA - Invati Advanced System I went on this Aveda series for three months after seeing my dermatologist and it did helped regrowth of my hair especially on the top! How to prevent hair loss? My secret is...🤫
Since I've been bothered by hair loss for many years and also tried many ways to treat my hair, I'm going to recommend three products for you guys! AVEDA - Invati Advanced Thickening Conditioner AVEDA - Invati Advanced Exfoliating Shampoo AVEDA - Invati Advanced Scalp Revitalizer ·Brand: AVEDA is a natural brand owned by the Estee Lauder group, founded in 1978. When the brand was founded, it adopted a pure plant series and seriously rejected all chemicals, arguing that "what you use should be as safe and healthy as what you eat". ·Shampoo: Aveda Anti-hairloss series is formulated with powerful natural herbal ingredients to treat thin hair, utilizing the natural power of turmeric and ginseng to help stimulate and restore the scalp around the hair follicles, and a blend of vitamin E ingredients proven to help accelerate microcirculation in massage therapy. ·Conditioner: The conditioner is still moisturizing and smooth, but it works really fast. This conditioner is also designed to be rubbed onto the scalp. Note here, other brands of hair conditioner is generally not directly used on the scalp ! But this one can. Then remember to massage!Massage! Massaging is really important in this series. ·Spray: The official requirement is to press 16 pump to ensure the whole scalp is evenly applied, but I don't think so. I always spray my hair in lines and then massage it with my hands to make sure it's all in essence. General spray 9 pump 10 pump can be enough. Make it twice a day! The problem is that this series of product produce less foam, but I like the feeling of rich foam, so I use a lot of doses every time, which leads to a quick use up.Aveda's quality is trustworthy. It is strongly recommended for those who’s hair loss is particularly severe. ·Scent: Strong, with a hint of spicy ginseng and a touch of ginger. What kind of products do you use to treat hair loss? I love hearing from you guys!
