There is something about this sunscreen that makes wearing sunscreen fun😅 It is so so lightweight that it doesn’t feel like I am wearing a sunscreen! I love it so much that I had to get the backup of it. It does contain alcohol and is not fragrance free but I have not found any sunscreen that works better for me. My #journeyoffindings is on but until then this is probably going to be my #holygrail

#The Skinhouse - Sunblock [F
. #The Skinhouse - Sunblock [FourStars] ☀️ PR| Thank you @theskinhouse_official for sending me this sunblock to try. The Skinhouse Sunblock SPF50 PA+++ is a physical sunscreen that has the just-right consistency – not too runny and not too thick.  It is easily spreadable and although there seems to be a slight white cast, it quickly goes away.  It layers well with my other skincare products and make up.  It does not get oily throughout the day which is a huge plus for me. I don’t find that it clogs my pores either which is another bonus. I don’t mind fragrance in my skincare products but this has a fairly strong, flower scent.  There are some days when I don’t mind the scent but there are also some days when I feel like the scent is way too strong for my liking.  I noticed that the scent lingers for a few hours because I started to wonder why I kept smelling fragrance while wearing my medical grade mask at work. . Overall, this sunblock ticked most of my boxes for a good sunblock but the fragrance may actually push me towards not purchasing this product in the future.

The most elegant & heavy-duty sunscreen yet!
The most elegant & heavy-duty sunscreen yet!
If you frequent any Asian Beauty subs you know you’ve heard of this sunscreen! TheKanebo - ALLIE Extra UV Gel Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++ is touted as a holy grail for many in the sunscreen community. But is it worth the $25-$35 dollars it retails for? PROS Water-proof! It will stay put when swimming and won’t wash off without some serious effort. It creates almost a film-like barrier that you can feel on your skin when you first put it on but disappears after a few minutes of wear and I suspect this film is what makes it so good at protecting you from the elements. Sweat-proof! I actually put on this sunscreen when hiking. It’s pretty sweat-proof though I wouldn’t be able to tell you for how long since I always reapply after 2 hours. Resistant to friction! You know the feeling when you just put on your sunscreen and now you have to take off your t-shirt or put on a hat and your sunscreen comes off when it touches your face? No more! As long as the sunscreen is dry, it won’t come off! CONS If you have deep skin of color, you should consider skipping this. I wear foundation shade MUFE Y405, for reference and the white cast is visible on me. You have to double cleanse really well in order to take off the sunscreen before bed. This sunscreen is a workhorse and not easily broken down. If you have skin that will be easily irritated by too much cleansing, or haven’t found the right cleansing products for you, consider skipping this sunscreen. When rubbing in, you must work quickly and in thin layers. Additionally you have to let the layers dry completely between applications. The friction-proof qualities of this product make it so that if you accidentally let a big glop dry it will dry thick and white and will be difficult to spread out. Make-up can be difficult to spread on top, depending on the formula. For example, my wax RCMA foundation is easy to apply on top of this. But my sticky cream blush is not and will apply streaky. 💰💰💰. At $30ish for 40g you are not getting a lot of bang for your buck. Summary If you have a deep skin tone, definitely don’t get this unless you are willing to put up with the white cast. And honestly, as excellent as it is, I would really only recommend it for outdoor activities or when you need something heavy-duty due to the steep price point. This is the Supergoop! Sunscre
This is the Supergoop! Sunscreen mouse with spf 50! This is my all time favorite sunscreen it’s so light weight and melts into the skin leaving no white caste or gray sheen of color. I moved onto my second bottle a couple months and the first bottle lasted me 6 months with daily use. It’s got 3.4 fl. Oz of product so definitely worth the price of 34 dollars. The product is discontinued but they have the body mouse which I love just as much and can be used on the face of course. Supergoop! - Super Power Sunscreen Mousse Why it’s my favorite: -REEF SAFE!! - Includes blue sea extract which protects your skin from free radicals (free radicals speed up skin aging and soak up the lipids in your skin. You basically don’t want that bear your skin. - Has coconut oil in it so it’s very moisturizing You can find this product on www. Dermstore.com

THANKS TULA, IT’S THE GLOW FOR ME!!!

TULA SKINCARE - Daily Sunscreen Gel Broad Spectrum SPF 30 #CherieCreator There’s not much bad that I can say about this sunscreen! This is my first experience with an SPF that doesn’t leave a white cast on my dark skin. I discovered this product through an Instagram influencer, she explained how important it was for her to find a sunscreen fit for her skin! I went to Tula.com and used her coupon code to try this product, now I’m addicted!!! I’ve featured this product in a few of my YouTube videos already and I still stand by this I think that this sunscreen is great for any skin type. 👏🏾 It blends into my skincare routine perfectly, as I need a bit more hydration for my skin. It contains probiotics & superfoods like pineapple and papaya to help promote even skin toon and prevents water loss all while strengthening the skin barrier. 💦 This sunscreen DOES NOT CLOG PORES 🙌🏾 Did you know anything about blue light stress? I didn’t before trying this. 💁🏾‍♀️ Tula includes Wild Butterfly Ginger Root to help protect against blue light stress. This takes my skincare up to another level and I’m so here for it. And when I’m not wearing any makeup, I feel like the sunscreen adds the perfect amount of glow to my skin which leaves me feeling so confident walking around in my own SKIN 🤎✨ *reapply every 2 hours as you would a normal sunscreen Active ingredients: Avobenzone 3.0%, Homosalate 10.0%, Ocisalate 5.0% TULA SKINCARE - Daily Sunscreen Gel Broad Spectrum SPF 30

My favorite Jbeauty sunscreen!
My favorite Jbeauty sunscreen!
This is a Japanese brand that has a water gel texture. It is described as a hydrating Japanese lotion. It definitely has a hydrating effect to it and I have combination skin but I would say the hydration doesn't feel greasy. It doesn't have a sticky feeling to it and the best part is, it doesn't leave a white cast. This can be used as a makeup base and is not water, sebum or sweat resistant. This sunscreen has been compared to Kravebeauty beet shield spf, which I have tried and surprisingly is true to some degree the textures are similar but the price points are totally different. I bought the Canmake for $11.99 for 30ml/ 1oz from amazon whereas the beet shield I bought for $20 for 50ml/1.69 oz. So, you are getting extra .69oz from kravebeauty. I honestly feel both are reasonably priced and I would repurchase them both again but I love how this gives a glow to my skin.
