How me (& my partner) got such white teeth!! 😱
#ad #cheriepartner Hey everyone! I thought I’d do a post on how I got such white teeth as it’s a question I ALWAYS get asked!! My friends always compliment my partners teeth too saying how white they are. And who doesn’t want bright pearly whites?! A few people have asked about the first photo of us and if I have edited our teeth white, and I say nope!! 🙊 the red lipstick also makes teeth suuuuper white 😍 I know my confidence has gone up so much after having braces and then getting them whitened- I always smile with my teeth now when before I always smiles with my mouth closed. In the past I’ve tried other teeth whitening at home kits and they worked, but was a process to order and took a lot of time to whiten them and I ALWAYS got teeth sensitivity with these kits. We also have both been using the Colgate *4 shades whiter* toothpaste for many years now, but over the last year I’m onto a great natural alternative- blac charcoal & bentonate clay whitening toothpaste which helps with the up keep of having white teeth. About 2 months ago we went into lush smiles in papamoa (Bay of Plenty, NZ region) to get my teeth whitened professionally as the owner wanted to collab with me and I was super excited as my teeth were still white but had gotten quite yellow over the year of not whitening them. OMG! After 3 15 minute sessions in one sitting my teeth went 6 shades whiter!! I was so happy with the results and usually costs $199 for a whitening session if you take a friend- perfect for special occasions when you want your teeth sparkling white!! 😍 Then she introduced her at home Lush Smiles whitening kits and WOW is all I can say! Soo easy to use- literally spread the whitening pen over the teeth and bite down on the LED mouth guard, turn on the light for fast active whitening and keep in for 15minutes! You only need to do this for a week! Each time my teeth got a shade whiter. And the best thing is, it’s vegan and I got NO teeth sensitivity I couldn’t believe it! Not even a tingle that night or the next day! So I got Matthew onto trying the whitening pens aswell. The 3 whitening pens last a while as a little bit goes a long way, and every time my teeth get a tad stained or before an event, I use this kit! I am now shade 2 on the tooth chart that comes with the kit (last image) and I used to be sitting at shade 3-4 before using the whitening kit. And the before and after was before I got them professionally whitened with lush smiles. PS they ship worldwide and she also gave me a discount code to share with you all a few weeks ago! It’s ALYSHIA10 for 10% off at https://www.lushsmiles.net/ ❤️ If you do end up buying this kit let me know!! It’s so worth it especially if you have struggled with yellow teeth for a while or if you suffer from tooth sensitivity. This home kit is designed for sensitive teeth, and it’s SO easy to use!! 😍 I hope you guys liked this review and it was helpful in some way! ❤️ #Lush Smiles NZ - Wireless teeth whitening device[products]#

eileenhsu29Does this work for genetically yellow teeth or is it more for yellowing from coffee/food stains?

In order to heal your face, you need to know your skin issues/concerns! →Then you need to know what ingredients are best suited for your skin issues/concerns. →Obviously the next step is to choose the right ingredients in the right products you’re using! ~ Overall, I literally just summed up what a dermatologist does. - Suggestions = • Go to a dermatologist to have your skin diagnosed • Know what ingredients are best for your skin concerns/issues • When choosing a product look at the ingredient list and make sure it’s suitable for your skin! *Always do research! ~ Don’t have $$ to have your skin diagnosed by a dermatologist?? • Go to a reliable website that can diagnose your skin issues by a picture of your face. • To check the the ingredients in the products you’re choosing go to Cosdna.com;Paula’s Choice Ingredient Dictionary - Cheer for me if this information was helpful for you! 💛
The best foundation to wear is clear skin 🙌🏼 My skin may not be perfect- I have issues with pores and redness I may never overcome, and thats ok- but its been a loooong time since ive felt confident enough to post a picture of my bare skin- no foundation, no tinted moisturizer, no BB cream, no concealer- maybe grade 8?? This skincare journey took a long time to get here though, skincare is definitely not an overnight process. It took all of three years (and possibly a pregnancy to “reset” my hormones) to get to the skin I’m confident in today. But skincare is definitely a huge factor in your clear skin goals, just be patient, and be sure to find the right products for you!

Like I said in the video, I want to do what I can to not be an unconscious contributor to landfills. The Return to Origins’ recycling program, which started in 2009, is a great way to do that. Origins takes any empty cosmetic packages — tubes, bottles and jars — and converts that packaging into energy or properly recycled the ones that can be converted. (No sponges, tweezers, trial-size packaging, paper boxes or plastic wrapping.)
Here I am . Just me. No makeup, hair not done, natural light. Raw Jordana. My biggest skin issue is redness, but I am starting to see age around my eyes, and my forehead could be more taut. My hair is fine and curly/frizzy, and I haven’t been able to have my treasured Brazilian Blowout for months due to salon closures. What are your biggest beauty concerns? We’ve all got them. #cheriecreator
Do Ingredients Really Matter?
The short answer - yes. No matter what you’ve heard, ingredients do matter in one way or another. BUT just because something is “natural” doesn’t mean it’s good for you and vice versa; if something contains an ingredient like alcohol or a “chemical” it doesn’t mean it’s terrible for you (nearly every ingredient is some form of a chemical, they’re not all bad or harmful). Think about the dose, think about how it’s preserved, think about what it’s uses are, how in interacts with other ingredients, if your skin is sensitive to said ingredient, etc. This is where educating yourself really comes into play and it is something I am still learning to do. No matter who you ask, they will have an opinion (sometimes a very strong one) on ingredients in beauty products. I am all for everyone forming their own opinions and staying true to what they believe in. You may choose to believe that clean beauty is simply a marketing tactic used by brands to sell products and that people who believe in clean beauty are naïve or brainwashed; you may believe just the opposite. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but please remember it’s just that - your opinion. Share with others, join the conversation; we all have a right to believe however we choose and learning from each other is all part of the experience :) #CherieConversations
