Days 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 of Beauty 🤩
I am deep into my Macy’s 25 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar now and I have to say, the numbers are getting a little messy. I will open one spot and two products will be in there, or I’ll open another spot and no clear product will be visible. It’s a bit confusing! So, know that, I have 5 days’ worth of beauty and six products to show! I haven’t had a chance to try any yet, but I’m excited for some of them! Here’s what I got: Day 11: Pur’s 4-in-1 Correcting Primer (which contains 1% salicylic acid and claims to be an anti-pollution, anti-blemish, mattifying and acne treatment). Day 12: Luxor’s Large Angled Brush and Phase Zero’s Blusher in “making moves” Day 13: Mario Badescu’s Facial Spray with aloe, sage and orange blossom (which claims to tone skin and improve clarity). Day 14: SK-II’s RNA Radical New Age Moisturizing Cream Day 15: Caudalie’s Vinoperfect Radiance Serum (which claims to promote skin radiance). Can’t wait to give them a try! Have you tried any of these products? Thoughts?

Eyebrow Shaping 101! Sharping your eyebrow is NOT difficult....
Maintaining the eyebrows can be a extremely difficult task for some makeup beginners and sometimes it takes a close look in the mirror after a little while of skipping this step to realize how necessary it is (eep!)! Here are some easy steps prove shaping your brows doesn’t have to be a dreaded task. From where brows should start, to how far they should reach, it will tell you what we need to know to prep the forgotten part of our eyes, before we add the eye makeup. You can find the tools you need in Pic 1. Steps 1. Brush your brows upward using a brow brush. 2. Next, trim the hairs that are overlapping your brow line. 3. Next use the same brow brush (or a pencil) to measure where each brow should start. The best way to decide this, is by lining the brush up with the outer corner of your nose. Where the brush hits at the top, is where the brow should begin. 4. To measure where the arch should be, align the brush from the outer corner of the nose with the iris. 5. To find where the brow should end, line the brow up from the outer corner of your nose up to the outer corner of your eye. 6. Use tweezers to remove any stray hairs that aren’t a part of the “meat” of the brow. 7. Lastly, use a brow powder and brush to fill in any sparse areas. Brow gels are also helpful for holding brows into place.
If you have thin eyebrow like mine...
Today I'd like to share share some tips for making over your eyebrows if you have thin/sparse eyebrow Here are tools you may find useful: 1. Eyebrow Brush for applying powder and combing through hairs. 2. Eyebrow pencils for correcting the shape of your brows and then filling them in. 3. Eyebrow serum for growth. For thinner eyebrows, follow these guidelines for filling in with a pencil. If you prefer to use an eyebrow brush and powder, the same guidelines apply. Step 1: Using a pencil that is about one shade lighter than your natural eyebrow color, gently fill in the head of your eyebrow. Use light, short strokes to mimic your natural eyebrow hairs. Step 2: Moving past the head, begin gently filling in the body of your eyebrow. This part is typically the most dense, so focus on just filling in sparse areas with pencil so you don't overdraw. Step 3: Fill in the tail of your eyebrows and extend out past the outermost corner of your eye (to tail spot you found while mapping out your eyebrows). Step 4: Use a spoolie brush to brush through both eyebrows. This will blend in the pencil with your hairs to everything look uniform and natural. Tips: If your eyebrows are thin or sparse like mine, you can apply a daily eyebrow serum to help them grow.
Brushed up brows tutorial🔮Soooo EZ!
Before creating a brushed up brow, the key is to make sure your brow color matches your hair color. Otherwise, even though you have excellent makeup skills, your eyebrows still look not natural. My hair shade is medium brown, so I pick MAC eyebrow pro longwear waterproof brow set here. Color name is bold brunette. 1. The first step is to use eyebrow dye. Before using it, wipe off excess paste on paper, or you may have an uneven appearance. Comb your eyebrows upside down to ensure that the dye covers your brow evenly. Then comb gently along the direction of hair growth. ATTENTION! Be patient and wait for the dye to dry out! This step is very important 2. Fill up the vacant position in the eyebrow with eyebrow pencil by following the growing direction of your eyebrows. Then using eyebrow brush to comb. 3. Brushed up brow pursues natural sense. They should be looked like your naturally growing eyebrows without any makeup. So there is no need to remove all extra brows around your eyebrow. Leave a few broken miscellaneous brows can enhance the natural sense of your overall makeup finish. MAC - Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Definer

Eyebrows are one of the facial features I think are easy to be changed. I always change different shapes of my eyebrows in terms of my daily look. Both of the length and thickness of eyebrows can change your facial feeling. I always used anastalia pencil before. The pencil is very thin. But I change the other product recently. The nib is trapezoid， which is totally different from the sharp pencil. It is more convenient from my view. Following are two my favourite eyebrow shapes. ✨Cara Delevinge & Audrey Hepburn. The most prominent feature of their eyebrows is that they are bushy, medium in width and medium in length. The inflection point of the eyebrows is slightly behind. The line between the inflection point of the eyebrow and the end of the eye reaches to 60 angles. The tail of eyebrows are round compared to other types. This type of eyebrow has a small gap between the eye and the brow. It makes you have a deep eyes. ✨Lily Collins Her eyebrows are sharp, and the ends are drawn longer to lift the height of his facial features. Lily Collins' coarse eyebrows are not carefully shaped, and the messy feeling are visible on her brows.
Eyebrow Mistakes I’ve Made
I used to try to recreate the Instagram brow because that was really popular when I started to get into makeup. It made my brows look so dark and boxy. It looked so unnatural and didn’t look well with my brows or makeup look. I used to use the ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Pomade in Soft Brown because my hair was ombré then, so my hair was darker than it is now, so it doesn’t look as good now. But it was $20 so don’t want to waste it, just trying to use it up now. It’s very pigmented, lasts all day, doesn’t smudge, lasts forever because you need so little product. I’ve found it’s hard to make this look natural. I also purchased the ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brush 12 Dual-Ended Firm Angled Brush at the same time as the brow pomade and it works great! The spoolie is the perfect amount of grip to brush the hairs into place, but isn’t scratchy. The brush part is great for using any brow product and has a great amount of control. I’ve found running the spoolie through my brow again helps blend the pomade in better and look more natural, but it’s still pretty harsh for my liking. . I’ve recently been into trying to find a more natural brow and have brought out my ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - ANASTASIA Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in Dark Brown. It is pigmented for a powder product, it’s easy to go light though and to build up the pigment to the desired intensity. It fades naturally throughout the day and looks very natural. The lighter shade (middle swatch) is for the beginning of the brow and the darker shade is for the tail of the brow (swatch on the right). This creates an ombré effect that gives a more natural look! This is a great deal because you need only a little amount of product, but I think you could get the same effect with using eyeshadows. . #CheriePartner

Only $21! I successfully made brushed up brows look
Recent years brushed up brows look soon becomes a celeb trend all over the world. This brow style looks soft, textured and fluffy, totally fits in fits in with the current trend for fresh, glowing, ‘no make up’ make up. From high fashion look to daily makeup, this brow look is wearable to anywhere. I love this brow style. It makes my brows look bigger than what they really are. As long as I wear makeup, I give myself a brushed up brows look. I really like doing my makeup everyday, especially fill in my brows, but I don’t like to use too many products at the same time for handling one part. I have found my favorite products for creating this brushed up brows look. Only use these two products, I can get a satisfied brushed up brows look. These two products are all from Anastasia Beverly Hills, one is its ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Pomade , the other one is ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Gel. It’s easy and useful. After I brush my brows into shape, I use this Anastasia Dripbrow Pomade. It goes better with an angled flat brow brush. Apply and blend a small amount of this brow pomade to precisely outline and fill brows. It extends smoothly and evenly on my brows. Soon my brows get a perfect shape and become thicker and structured. It gives such a textured, natural and matte finish. It is full pigment, and provides a long-lasting and highly water-proof effect, totally love it! Although it retails for $21, this product goes a long way and makes up for more way more than $21. Definitely recommend. Next, the magical Dripbrow Gel plays a key role which helps to create a brushed up brow look! It gives me natural looking brows within a few seconds! It is also a highly pigmented brow gel, and helps to achieve fuller-looking, more defined brows. It really clings to brow hair, and holds place your brows to a one place. So my brows can stay brushed up for a day long. It has a mini version. Mine is a mini version, but it definitely worth buying a bigger one!
