Why I love lactic acid?
I’ve had acne for the majority of my life, and my skin turns extremely sensitive when seasons change—poor me. So I have to choose the right ingredients and products to get rid of acne while not damaging my skin. Life is so hard.😭😭 My friends always recommend products with acid to kill acne. But I never give it a go because I feel it’ll be terrible for my sensitive skin. Until last month, my friend gave me a small sample of REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask, told me it’s sensitive skin-friendly cuz the lactic acid inside works mildly to kill the acne and smooth skin. It sounds good, and why not have a try? It can’t be worse for me if it doesn’t work like others. 🤷🏼♀️ I did feel burning on my face when I first used this mask, and I felt so worried the nightmare came again! Guess what! It didn’t damage my skin. The magic came after washing off the mask, my skin looked super bright and shining, and my pores were gone! Huge surprises!!! Yeaaa! I can’t tell you how much I love using this mask. Today, I can proudly tell you, I seldom have acne, and my sensitive skin is well protected!! I’ve dreamed of this for so long. There is no doubt that lactic acid has become one of my favorite skincare ingredients. If you have the same problem as me, REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal MaskIS WHAT YOU NEED! I strongly recommend it!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thank me later, ladies.

Dos✅ and Don’ts❌ for Nail Cuticle Treatments！
Because my skin is so delicate, it's easy for my hands and nails to become dry and damaged, leading to cracking, peeling and ripping that is uncomfortable, which even led to infection. Since I realized the importance of cuticle, I started to heal it. After trying a variety of approaches, I have found some very useful tips to share with you sis who have the same nail problems as me. Dos The best way to take care of your cuticles is to keep them moisturized and then leave them alone. I'm using this one cuticle oil L'OCCITANE - Shea Nail And Cuticle Oilfor three weeks and there has been a noticeable effect. Soak our fingertips in warm water. Submerge for 20 minutes and use a soft washcloth to gently push back your cuticles. Slather on moisturizing hand cream every night, and slip on a pair of cotton gloves before you go to bed. Sleep in your gloves so that your hand cream has a chance to soak into your cuticles and heal them. Don’ts Don't use clippers or cut your cuticles, which could cause infections and more damage. Don't pick. Give your cuticles the chance to heal by avoiding pushing them or picking at them with your fingernails. Never have your cuticles removed or cut. It can cause injury and infection. Tips If you wear nail polish, always use a polish remover that's acetone free. Acetone can exacerbate cuticle damage!

Full Pedicure at Home-Save Time + $$
I love pedicures. I feel like they are such a luxury experience. It is definitely pricey and can add up if you are on a regular frequency. They are really easy to do on your own. Today I want to share my step-by-step pedicure at Home. I have this callus remover tool that I really love to use. It helps to remove all the dead skin. Normally I like to use it on the heals and rough areas as well as the side of big toe. Callused skin is uncomfortable and unpleasant. And I usually do this step in shower. I would follow up with an exfoliation. Or use a foot bath.Soaking the feet during a pedicure can be a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. sumbody - Ginger Jasmine Vanilla Whipped Sugar Scrub This is like a sugar scrub and smells amazing. I just apply this all over my leg and work it down to my feet. You want to make sure the your foot is baby soft after exfoliation with no dead skin cells before moving to the actually parting step. You can also Put a quarter-sized amount of moisturizing lotion into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together, and do a massage. Make sure you moisturize the gap between the toes. I would start with a manicure kid where I got from target with buffer, nail files, trimmer and nail clipper. I would also use a 100% pure acetone and some cotton balls as cleaning. I like this shape of container and I feel like its super easy to work with especially you are doing everything at home by yourself. you can pop top, take a jumbo cotton ball to clean the leftover nail polish and cleaning your nails.

Nails Alert⚠Most common mistakes with gel polish will lead to chipping & peeling!
Doing your manicure is quite fun, but it's quite frustrating to chip a nice manicure. Gel polishes are durable compared to most other regular polishes, so they are always my go-to products. However, if you keep making some mistakes, you can't let your gel manicures last from two to three weeks without chipping or peeling, and some of them even harm your health. ❌Non-stop gel manicures Applying and removing gel nail polish wears and tears your nails, leading to breakage and dehydrate your nails, so it's better to avoid using gel polishes frequently and give your nails a rest from being suffocated. ❌Leaving gel polish on for far too long I admire the long durability of gel polishes, but it is suggested to remove your gel manicure after 3 weeks. Otherwise, it will damage your cuticles and nail beds. What's more, as for overextending gel manicures, there's also a risk of being infected with bacteria apart from fragile nails. ❌Removing an old gel manicure yourself Most people like to remove their old manicures themselves, but nail experts' advice is turning to salon workers. Without the professional nail tools, simply getting rid of old gel manicures are likely to cause breakage and make your nails dry and brittle. If you find it difficult to go to the salon while under quarantine, I recommend investing in a high-quality gel nail polish kit. I've been usingRED CARPET MANICURE - Gel Polish Removal Kit myself. This kit includes a buffer, liquid remover, foil wrap, and an orangewood stick, and you can get everything you need to remove gel polish safely all at once! ❌Not using cuticle oils Healthy nails make your gel manicures last longer and look better. However, some chemical ingredients inside gel nail polishes can dry out your nails. In order to fight nail dryness, cuticle oils are a MUST-HAVE! Only dropping a few of cuticle oils will make a huge difference in nail nourishment. essie - Apricot Cuticle Oil is my favorite one, which is super nourishing and lightweight. I like to keep that at hand and hydrate my nails whenever I want to lol. What're your nail tips? Time for you to share!

Maybe you’re doing it wrong!
Having thick hair can seem so luxurious on a good hair day, but come a bad one, I almost feel ready to chop it all off! Not that I would, I enjoy my long hair too much for it. My hair is especially challenging because not only is it thick and long, but my hair is also course. This means that doing anything at all to my hair requires a long period of time, and a good amount of upper body strength! Because of this, I used to hate straightening or curling my hair, and most of the time I just hoped for the best. It used to take me ages to straighten my hair for an event, only for it to get frizzy and unmanageable within a matter of an hour. But I soon figured out how to tame this mane of hair! It is my fixed routine that doesn’t fail me at all! I generally start off the straightening process by applying a good amount of the L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL - L'Oréal Spray before using my straightener. I bought the 5.7 oz fl (170 ml) spray for only $4! Once I have that applied throughout my hair, I get started on the straightening. For thick and long hair, sectioning is SO important! I typically start out by sectioning layers and beginning with the lowest one. I then work my way upwards towards my crown. Another huge addition to this routine is the use of a good paddle brush. Now, people may generally use a wide-toothed comb during the straightening process, but I stand by the paddle brush. Because my hair is thick and course, it also gets tangled easily, so I strongly prefer the detangling paddle brush over a comb to get the job done. I use this brush to figure out which part of the section will be getting straightened and essentially, the brush is leading the straightener. This method, I find, is SO helpful in getting every strand of hair straightened. Before, I used to have sections of wavy hair and other sections of straightened hair, but with this method, EVERYTHING gets beautifully smooth and straight. Once I am satisfied with the result, I set everything down with the OUAI - Texturizing Hair Spray that I got for just $12 (!!!), and this makes my straight hair last the entire day!
